Ethan, Ian, and Brent are an A+ team. Purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger and from Sales and Service experienced patience, going above and beyond to help me anyway they could and answered all questions I had honestly. When I originally saw the car there were cosmetic defects (photos attached below) and I was going to walk away when Ian stated they would fix the car free of charge. I came back to see it, brought my mechanic and the Moyer team followed through with what they said. All defects were fixed (photo attached) and my mechanic (Barry at Barry's Autoworks in Doylestown, best mechanic if you're looking for one) approved the car was in great shape. I spent months driving to dealerships near and far looking for a Challenger and was disappointed by dealerships being deceiving. Moyer was the first dealership I went to where the team did not push me to buy a vehicle, gave me the final pricing upfront, went above and beyond to fix the car instead of letting me walk away (no other dealership offered to fix the issues I pointed out on other Challengers), kept the pricing the same even after fixing it, gave me a fair trade in value for my car and were completely transparent when going to finance. I saved and worked so hard to afford this car and Moyer is the only dealership I felt comfortable writing a check to. The car has been running great for weeks, no issues to date. Megan was my sales person and she was absolutely amazing. Not only did she help me find the vehicle that I love, she completely understood that I was in over my head with everything and had a hard time coming to a conclusion. At no point during my time at Moyer did I feel like I was rushed or pressured into making a decision. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone that needs a new car. The sales manager, Aaron(??), was also great at making sure my vehicle was within my price range and answered all of my questions.

I traded in my 19 Audi here for a 21 wrangler Rubicon. I had already scoped the car out during off business hours and went first thing when they were open. Rob greeted me right away with assistance with test driving the jeep wrangler. Rob sat with me and went over my trade in and what I was looking to get for it and after a brief easy discussion we came to an agreement that I was happy with. The entire process was complete with a couple hours and they handed me the keys to my new jeep that they washed and cleaned for my ownership. I have since had it in for an oil change which was complimentary and the service advisor was very pleasant and informative on a price discrepancy for future oil changes. I had also taken the Jeep in for a noise while turning and the driver window making a scratching sound. They promptly got it in and fixed it right up for me.

They ripped me off and covered it up I can say with certainty months later, found by accident. They tried to charge me thousands just after I took it to them for service weeks prior. I drove it off the lot and stuff that wasnt wrong started to go downhill immediately. I waited like 2 weeks took it back. And for my vehicle there was found to be a recall, they didnt tell me! In which it actually 100% determines what my error was now they gave me bad service and a hard time and tried charging me ALOT like it was a simple miscommunication mistake, they knew what they were doing, i suggest it was deliberate.I was the only who noticed it and got it changed. But I was still charged for this part that was part of recall. It was lesser than the before parts, which was thousands, this was 600ish. The quality of workers here is terrible. In addition they had me wait all day and said it will be ready and told my ride they can go, they didnt even have the courtesy when they were closing to address me as I sat in front of them, nobody could remember who I was in there waiting room.

Me and my kids and other people in vehicles almost crashed and died twice now in my 2020 jeep compass i just got in January.It randomly stops while im driving it almost causing a major accident each time.I had it towed in last Friday back to them and on Tuesday I was told it was just a battery. And they wanted to charge me almost $700 to put a new battery in.I told them it really seems like something else and can they please look again because we almost caused a major crash when it happened randomly at a very busy intersection and i have little kids in my car.Like if they're sure thats what will fix it-ok but please make sure.They did look again and then they said its actually my thermostat. They said i still need a new battery though because it still failed.When i picked up my car it says they only actually ended up doing the thermostat and not the battery then. Guess they decided it wasnt my battery and had a change of heart to not rip me off last minute.Well i took it home it drove ok for almost a day and then bam - same thing happened.Car randomly stops and locks up and shuts down at a very busy intersection. When this happens it puts the E brake on lock so we cant even push it into a safe spot and then a whole bunch of lights flash on.Each time this happens i have to call police, and road workers to direct the traffic that is almost colliding into each other almost causing a pile up trying to get around my car. And then it gets towed and now im going to sit over the weekend again with no vehicle after my kids have to miss some more school tomorrow from not having a car.I pay for the highest warranty so im supposed to get a rental car in the meantime, but no one seems to want to help me with that.No one felt like helping with that last weekend either. I guess no one cares.Im terrified to drive this car as each time this happens its almost a crash.Its going ro end up causing a law suit. I hope that they help us and fix the situation because im tired of playing with life and death and paying so much monthly to sit for a week without a car to get my kids around.Here my car in the middle of the road dead in a few places so far.

Rob mogetz was my Ladd Hanford in Lebanon PA helper! A 2023 Jeep Wrangler Freedom Oscar Mike edition was my Selection. I popped in on a whim. Found him in a little hut in the middle of the lot around 8pm of all times. He let me take it out for a test drive. The vehical felt tight and looked good all the way around. I was helped. Thoroughly. I've never driven a jeep before. Always wanted too. So I'm new to the jeep world. Gladly a new member in the Mopar family. Never thought I'd say that haha!! The final signing went well two. Both people that I talked to were nothing but genuine, positive, happy and helpful people. Caveat emptor ------Bought my wife a certified Jeep.we didn't get to the other side of Lebanon before we needed air in the tire. Got home found a missing media center. And cargo cover in the vehicle. They reduced the price for the car by $100 I asked nicely for the new price but they wouldn't honor it because " I already put money down to hold it and they already gave me $500 of the asking price for the vehicle". They fixed the tire and replaced the missing media center but "wouldn't replace the cargo cover because it wasn't listed on the window sticker" according to Ian. They said that they're none commission and no haggle pricing. The financing officer Tim put the hard sale on a extended warranty. Plus they charged a document filing fee (this is a fake fee according to the FTC). I buy vehicles and equipment for a living and if my wife wouldn't have loved the car I would have haggled more. I bought the vehicle and will take my business elsewhere from now on.I'm also still waiting on licensing and the title from PennDot my connection their hasn't received the paperwork from them. I'll give them a few more weeks before I have to get the state police evolved to get my documents.I Found out the service scam is trying to talk everyone into cabin air filters.Update I have received the licensing paperwork from the dealership.

Lebanon PA Ladd-Hanford. The service department did me wrong. Today I went in for my routine oil change which I've been getting here for years. This time I specifically asked for antifreeze. I was assured that was a part of the service. After I paid I checked and they did not add any antifreeze to my empty reserve or notify or report that my reserve was empty. Their solution was to tell me that they didn't add it because they didn't have any. He came out totop it off with an "almost" as he put it empty bottle. Never again.

I was so excited to be able to order the new Tuscadero jeep when it was available. Ben Winters was so helpful throughout the entire process. He patiently worked with me to select all the options to build my jeep. He kept me updated every step of the way during the build. My husband and I had been shopping around for a certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee for quite some time, and it seemed that every time we came across a vehicle that checked all our must-have-boxes it was at the Ladd-Hanford Jeep dealership in Lebanon. Though we live 45 minutes from the Ladd-Hanford dealership, we decided to take a little road trip and check out their inventory, which was larger than other dealership in the area. That was the best decision we could have made.When we arrived at Ladd-Hanford, the selection of certified Grand Cherokees looked just a nice in person as they did online. Now, to the part I hate most about car shopping the overbearing, nagging, and relentless car salesmen; my husband and I were waiting and prepared for it. We figured it would only be a matter of time before we got slammed with questions from that stereotypical salesmen but that never happened! We strolled around for a good 5 minutes before being greeted by Dennis Weber. From the moment we met him, Dennis was easy-going and informative, but kept things very light, simple, and straight-forward. After he introduced himself, we were left to do our thing without being pressured or harassed to take a test drive or have our car appraised for trade-in.We decided there were two vehicles that caught our eye. They had the options we were looking for and were priced to fit our budget. So we found Dennis and asked to take them out for a test drive. During our test drives, Dennis continued to keep things light. My husband and I were the ones asking the questions while Dennis happily and honestly answered, which made me feel like we were more than just a sale. He helped us make an informed decision.Once we decided which Jeep would be ours, Dennis walked us through the process seamlessly. We laid out our expectations and after some back and forth discussions, a deal was made. During this process, we worked with Gary Deibert to find the best loan possible. Gary was extremely helpful. By the time we were ready to make the sale, most banks and credit unions were closed, but Gary was determined to get us approved so we didn t have to make another 45-minute trip. He came through and got us a great rate for our car loan.When we drove off the Ladd-Hanford lot in our Certified Pre-owned 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, smiling ear to ear, my husband and I agreed that this was the best car-buying experience we ever had! Working with Dennis was an absolute blessing and real treat! He NEVER made us feel pressured or rushed. He was thorough, informative, and full of stories and positive energy. Dennis had us laughing throughout the entire process! Like Dennis, Gary was extremely thorough, honest and went above and beyond to get us in our new car that day! I will recommend the Ladd-Hanford dealership to anyone that s looking for a Jeep, Chrsyler, Dodge, RAM, new or pre-owned. Their selection is unbeatable, but their service is like no other!! My wife was wanting a new vehicle with a moderate towing capacity 4 wheel drive and still enough room inside for a small family.. she/we decided on the 80th edition Jeep Cherokee in an olive green color.. lots of features and after a bit of driving and learning the new vehicle she really likes it.. wont let me drive it just yet so there's that.. has made comments about getting me into a Grand Cherokee at some point.. we will see .. well 24K miles later I got to drive her Cherokee in for service.. told her stereo has good sound to it and it drives nice.. yesterday added s decal to it

We found Ladd-Hanford Auto Group after an online search for a used GMC Truck. My husband is very particular about the condition of his vehicles and we'd been shopping for weeks. He was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Ladd-Hanford to find the truck ACTUALLY matched the online photos. The truck was in excellent condition and it was priced fairly. We met Ben Winters by chance but he was awesome to work with - super helpful but never pressured us to make a decision. The dealership worked with us on our trade-in value and helped us secure our own financing. The buying process was by far the easiest we've ever experienced.

I had an extremely poor service experience with my Jeep.I took the vehicle in for two issues, one of which was excessive driving noise. After diagnosing, I was informed that the drive shaft was making the noise so I had it replaced for around $1,100. When the vehicle was finished, I picked it up. As soon as I got in I noticed that the fan no longer worked, the check engine light was on, and the odometer was blinking. I was told that they didn't do it. I drove it off the lot and noise was as loud as ever also.I was able to Google a quick fix for the fan and engine light after being told they didn't cause it and didn't touch anything that would cause it. The service rep was going to speak to the manager and call me back about the driving noise, which never happened.Even if I would have received a follow-up call saying they couldn't do anything on the price, at least they would have kept their word to contact me.I understand diagnosing a problem can be difficult but I'm left with a lot of questions as to the effort that went into my vehicle and the responsibility they felt with my money and trust.Henise was able to look at my car and within 10 minutes tell me that the tires were definitely causing the noise I was hearing and the tire wear was excessively uneven and gave me a free rotation.

They always seem to find a lot that needs to be fixed every time I get my oil changed. Earlier this year I bought I service package and was supposed to get 2 free oil changes. I had to get a new car and they said they can't change the service plan to the new car. So the money spent on the service package is down the drain. I was frustrated with them before but now I'm done with them.

I have bought three vehicles from here and now live in Scranton and will make it a point to make the two hour drive back to get my vehicles serviced or buy new! Always a great experience and the staff is awesome. Mr Torres my service advisor made sure we were taken care of while waiting for our vehicle and went out of his way multiple times to ask if there was anything that we needed or anything that he could do for us. Cannot recommend this dealership enough!

I purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler with 20,000 miles last week. After speaking with Josh, the salesman over the phone, I was willing to drive one hour to test drive my vehicle. The whole experience was easy, thanks to Josh's attention to detail, knowledge of the vehicle, and his willingness to accommodate my tight schedule. The price was reasonable, I got a great price for my trade-in, and there was almost no time waiting around. Paperwork was prepared on time, follow-through, and attention to detail was top shelf. Service got me right in for an oil change and tire rotation last minute. It worked out to be 45 minutes and I paid the bill and out the door. I think an hour is a very good turn around time. I got my first car a couple of months ago when Ladd-Handford had ownership, and I had a wonderful sales rep named Jacob who helped me. He made the entire process so easy through phone calls and email exchanges that the day of buying the car was so smooth that I just needed to review forms and sign. I would recommend him as a sales rep if you are looking for a new car! Jacob provides wonderful customer service.

I have bought several vehicles from Ladd Hanford . a few jeeps and two or three trucks. had great experience buying all of them from ladd Hanford. I dealt with Scott Keith who took very good care of me and was able to handle everything I needed and wanted to buy. the process was very quick and very easy no problem doing the paperwork or getting the vehicle to drive home.

Bought a vehicle from ladd hanford back in 2014 . Ladd hanford had repeatedly told me as long as i continue getting my oil changed through them i would have lifetime engine replacement, everytime I went there to get my oil changed i repeatedly asked them that i only had to get my oil changed for the lifetime engine replacement they said yes that's all . So fast forward to now ive had every oil change there up to now and now im starting to have engine problems so i called and asked what i needed to do about the lifetime engine replacement and they said they're not sure with new ownership so they said let us find out . Then they came back and said new ownership wouldn't honor that and besides you didnt fulfill the contract i said what are you talking about i had my oil changed everytime thats all you told me i needed , so they say well you declned other services so we wouldnt honor that anyway. I definitely know im not buying another car from ladd hanford / moyer not if they treat loyal customers like that .
