I was traveling through this area, which is about an hour away from my home, when I got a flat tire after running over a nail. I took the tire here and they were able to plug it quickly and free of charge! It was refreshing to find such an honest and helpful place to take my car. I wish I lived closer to this location, because they are trustworthy and I d go there for all of my car care needs.

Assistant Manager Kash had amazing service and helped me through every step of the way even through an error on my end. Very calm and showed great initiative. Got all 4 tires replaced in under an hour! Amazing work!

Kayla and her team at Mavis Tire on Quentin Road are amazing! I trust them implicitly for quality work and for their integrity, honesty, and always putting their customers first. I have had so many instances at large dealerships (Honda, Nissan, and Toyota) in Central PA where the service department has tried to gouge me for unnecessary parts and labor to make money! Kayla and her team don t operate that way! I highly, highly recommend!! I won t go anywhere else!

Thanks to the crew at Mavis in Lebanon for getting me back on the road 2 hrs from home! I went in for a plug on a slow leak. I didn't know there was a law against plugging an LT tire so the plug couldn't get done. They instead lowered my spare, switched it out and got me back up and running within 30 minutes. Thank you very much gents. Much appreciated!Gino

I work for a company that does medical transports of blood work from southern Maryland to NJ. I was in transit to our lab in PA and got a flat. I m sorry it s taken so long to do the review and can t remember the exact date but it was early March and I had made it on my spare to Mavis Discount Tire on 1700 Quentin Rd, Lebanon PA. This was after stopping in an actual Hyundai dealer, another Mavis and them telling me they couldn t help me. They couldn t help mainly because they wouldn t take a company credit card over the phone. Well I will tell you these people on Quentin rd we re extremely helpful and VERY accommodating. One young man that stood out, professionally and most helpful was Will Asm. What an awesome young man that made my terrible day better. Thank you and to the rest of the crew at Mavis Tire Supply on Quentin Rd.

Stopped in today at 5:30pm, only 30 minutes before closing with a slow leak in my tire. The manager himself fixed the screw in the tire with a plug. Then waived the cost and said it was on the house!Amazing quick service! Highly recommend.

I bought tires here almost a year ago and everything was done at a great price and in a reasonable amount of tire. I just recently had an issue with a tire (not Mavis fault) and they resolved it quickly for me. I will keep going back here. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I had a flat tire and it was still under warranty. They were great and fixed it for me, but told me I had a seal leak and oil was on my brake pads and rotors. They both needed to be replaced along with fixing the seal. It was going to be over $700. I was waiting at the shop so I said I would make an appointment later. I scheduled the appointment, but decided the rotors were not needed and I only wanted them to replace the seal. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and at 2:00 in the afternoon they called to inform me it was to difficult for them to fix and I needed to take it to a dealership. I went to pick my car up and they never even took it in to look at the seal. They saw no rotors and decided they couldn't do it. I was able to get my vehicle in the next day at another shop and they looked and NOTHING was wrong with my seals, brakes or rotors. They were just trying to make money off the parts, beware when you take your vehicle in. The woman who works at the front desk is who explained what needed to be done.

I was in a tight pinch today. My valve stem broke off while going through an automatic car wash. So I had a flat tire. I called this Mavis and the service advisor Kayla informed me they had a valve stem to replace for me. So I put my spare tire on and headed to them. Kayla and her team were nice a friendly and made the visit fast and easy.

I scheduled with them to get an oil change over the holidays and I ended up having to reschedule, on my own accord. They were super nice and were able to get me in on Christmas Eve! Not only that but they were able to plug my ladies tire at no extra cost. I highly recommend brining your vehicle here. The service and convenience alone is enough to be a life long customer. Thank you!

Went in for 4 tires and an alignment. The Sales person Adam gave us a great quote. Had a leak in the driver rear tire and he got his techs right on the job and fixed it. Awesome crew to deal with!

Short version: This shop, and the entire crew is amazing. Would and WILL recommend them to anyone in need of tires! And if there's a problem, they make it right!Detailed story:Low pressure sensor led me to find a nail in one of my tires. Headed to the Lebanon Mavis for quick repair. Tech says nail too close to sidewall. Time for new tires, anyway. He hooked me up with a set of Mavis A/S HTs which they had in stock in my size. Was late in the afternoon, and we needed an alignment, so left it overnite. After rubber and alignment, we were happily on the road home. Had a strange vibration at certain speeds. Took it back a couple days later for the lug check, and explained about the noise. Kayla took it out for a ride, and agreed, "This isn't right". They rechecked alignment, dropped and rebalanced all four wheels. Vibration and noise still there. Decided tires were defective. Suggested to change out to the Traction Controls, which we did the following Monday. Much better!Next day, while shopping, TPMS lights up. Figured it was a result of all the tires off/tires on activity over the past few days. I self check pressures and all were right at 35. And on the driver's front tire, staring me in the face, was a big ole screw. In my BRAND NEW TIRE! The new tire sticker hadn't even worn off yet. I wasn't even due for the 25 mile lug check yet!!! Back to Mavis. Kayla saw me coming in the front door, and met me at the door. Discovered the TPMS sensor in the same tire that had the screw had failed. (no possible link that I can think of, but had it not failed, I would never had noticed the screw...) Anyway, Kayla's team replaced the sensor, plugged the tire, and sent me on my way.Did I mention, they did not charge me extra for the second set of tires, nor the pressure sensor, nor all the additional labor they invested in this almost comical adventure. THEY MADE IT RIGHT.Go see them!

Absolutely the best service!The feeling when you get a flat tire is the absolute worst but the staff here were so beyond friendly I actually left with a smile on my face! I was a first time customer here but I will definitely be back for all my tire needs. Thanks Adam for getting me back on the road so quickly.

Adam and Kayla are super friendly, not at all pushy to get things done and can multitask at the front desk quite well. They are polite and professional with customers. Scheduling is also hassle free and easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from the walk in the door. Kayla knew right away who I was and what I was there for. Adam was in and out of the shop area and was on the ball with what was going on. I was there for an oil change, but also wanted to check on tire replacement in about 6 months. She went over everything with me and was very informative about changing aspect ratio for availability. She showed me a few choices on the floor and even went in the stock room to bring out a tire to show me that was similar to the tire I would be getting as they did not have one on hand. Adam was very professional in explaining that it would be longer than expected as they were dealing with an emergency short handed employee situation in the shop. Honesty goes a LONG way with me as it is so hard to find these days especially when you are up front with me and don't wait to hear a complaint. Class act all around. I highly recommend this business if your vehicle needs attention.

Words are inadequate to express our gratitude for the team at Mavis.Last Friday we were scheduled to head to DC for our nephew s Air Force promotion to E9, Chief Master Sergeant. We were taking my sister, Brad's mom because she was unable to drive. This was a promotion not to miss as less than one percent of all enlisted personnel achieve this rank.As fate would have it on Thursday night we picked up a nail in a tire. We called Mavis at 7:25 pm and they told us if we rolled in within the next 30 minutes they d get us taken care of.Although they were unable to repair the tire we figured we might as well replace it anyway because we frequently travel to southern states to visit our grandchildren.Had it not been for Mavis there is no way we would have made it to the ceremony. Thank you Kayla, Adam and Kevin for always being there when we need it most. You are the BEST!!!!

Kayla has always done so well on my car I ve never had problems after my vehicle has been inspected/worked on by her an her crew! Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for tires, oil and any other maintenance for your car! :) always leave happy and with new information

We got stuck in PA because of the snowstorm and was lucky enough to find Mavis Discount Tire near our hotel. Adam helped us and was super efficient. We explained to him that my son was on the way to college at Hyde Park and Adam was able to expedite changing the tire for us so we were able to get on the road and in time to drop my son off at his dorm. I can t express how thankful I am of him doing that for us. He is awesome!!! Thank you again!!

I arrived without appointment for low tire pressure. I didn t have to wait long and they fixed the issue quickly. They didn t charge me for the repair. They made me aware of a few issues with the tires/car and gave me quote with no pressure to get those services done there. Seemed knowledgeable and professional.

For starters they have respect for your vehicle. Putting plastic on the seat and paper mat on the ground to keep your seats&floor grease free. Everyone there is friendly, I had a few questions, and Adam was able to answer them verbally and visually, showed me examples, he even gave great tips. I couldn t thank adam enough for the great work and detailed explanations! I won t take my car anywhere else.

I was heading home to Philly when my tire popped. Instead of unsafely driving home on a spare, I stopped at Maivs for a new tire. Adam told me the wait would be a little over an hour but he would try his best to get me in quickly. I was out of there in less than an hour and the new tire didn't break the bank.

Had some car issues on our way to Hershey Wednesday before Thanksgiving..."the death wobble" and it was violent...we drove to Mavis on Quentin Rd in Lebanon..We had our grandson with us...the team here were warm and welcoming and there was a play area for toddlers thank goodness. Evaluated our car gave us straight to the point feedback and guided us thru the process...car was ready Friday am as promised. Great place, great folks and we couldn't thank this team enough. If your on your way to Hershey and have any car issues...come here..

Quick response and had my tire fixed in minutes. Recommended things I needed to change and that when I get new tires to get a front end alignment. Great job by friendly crew!!!
