Had an amazing experience today dealing with Philip and Josh at Haldeman Auto / CycleHunters! Allow me to explain A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled across an ad posted on Craigslist for a VERY lightly used Suzuki TL1000R, also know as my dream motorcycle . Once I clicked through to their website, I was treated to not one, not two, but FOURTEEN photographs of said dream bike (I added to this review so you can see what I m taking about!). Not only this, but Josh basically created a short documentary video (here: https://youtu.be/u1qJ9pDnGUU?si=yRG02zYu3mGK332m) to highlight the special place that the TL1000R achieved in bike lore when Suzuki released it in 1998. Every square inch of this motorcycle could be seen in perfect detail. This was very important to me as I live in NC and CycleHunters is in PA.. which is a long drive to get there and not find what you thought you saw online.Long winded review, I know but I am THAT impressed with my experience today. You can t go wrong getting your next bike from these guys (Josh even has a Ducati Panigale V4 ringtone on his phone for crying out loud )The bike was right, the price was right, and the service I received from Philip and Josh was damn sure right. From one bike nerd to another, great job guys!I would make the 16-hr round trip again in a heartbeat to do business with these guys again. Go check them out!

Extremely helpful staff, great selection and fair prices. Nobody pressured me to buy or tried to upsell me, they just answered my questions clearly and honestly and helped me get the bike that I wanted. They were very patient and even helped me get my bearings after years without riding.My only suggestion for improvement is that it would be a really nice touch if they made sure that the brake and clutch levers were adjusted comfortably for the rider before they leave. Mine were set way too far from the grip for my hands, so the trip home was a bit of a challenge. Then again, I could have turned around and asked them for help and I suspect they would have happy to lend a hand, so that's on me, too.

I purchased a klr650 in the beginning of March with a trade in. I sent photos via email and was given a call with a general idea of what it would be valued at. I then took the trade in to get looked at physically so a final value could be assessed. I was satisfied with the value I was given and proceeded with the purchase of the klr650. I am very happy with my new bike and the whole process was quick and easy.

Everyone I met there treated me right. I got a fair trade-in value for my 2003 Honda VTX1800C and walked away with my dream bike, a 2020 Kawasaki W 800. I am one happy rider!

picked up a very nice Yamaha R1 here. Josh & his team worked hard to get me out there on 2 wheels in no time. absolute great experience through my process, was smiling ear to ear all the way back home!

I recently purchased a 2015 Yamaha FZ09 (from FB marketplace) that I knew would need some work. I brought it in to Cyclehunters with a long list of things I THOUGHT it would need, but after inspecting the bike, Matt informed me some of the items were just fine and did not need replaced. This says a lot about the shop s integrity and dedication to saving their customers money; they did not gouge me for labor hours on unnecessary replacements. They look out for their customers.Overall, I am very happy with my experience and will be a return customer. I would recommend this shop to anybody in the market for a used motorcycle or service work. Thank you guys so much!

they refused to provide an estimate of the trade-in value until I had chosen a bike, and even then, they did not provide an appraisal. I sent them a ton of photos and videos of the bike.

Every aspect of our buying experience was amazing. The 3 men that we dealt with (sadly, we didn't get names. I could point them out in a line-up, though) were fantastic! They helped us in every way. AND they're very friendly. Would definitely recommend doing business with them!

I rarely leave reviews but I feel these guys deserve one. These were great, from the initial call to picking the bike up. I Bought a 2014 ninja zx6r from them and they gave me a great deal on it. They answered all my questions and were very transparent. I met the owner and their mechanic when I went to look at the bike and they were super chill people. Salesman was great as well. Highly recommend!

I'm a former business owner and I realize the hard work involved in owning a business and to try to serve customers so that their needs are met. Haldeman Auto/Cycle Hunters did just that with me. I saw their good reviews, so I went there and purchased a beautiful Honda Gl1800 Goldwing. Also they serviced my Honda Valkyrie 1500. Very friendly staff and professional. No one's perfect, but I give them a thumbs up if your looking for your next purchase, or service.

Excellent experience!! Honest and good guys that will sell you a quality bike. They know what they are doing. I had a small issue with the bike a couple days after I bought it and they fixed it because they wanted to make things right. Bike runs perfect and couldn't be happier with it. They want you to be happy with your purchase. Totally worth the hour trip from York. I will be buying my next bike from them in the future.

Bought a motorcycle from them in 2016 and had an awesome experience but never posted a review then. Then in 2019, I traded that motorcycle in for something more me . And a year and half later, I figured I had to leave a review since I continuously think about the experiences I had. Both interactions I had were extremely positive. They have great prices and extremely friendly sales and service. The owner/salesman will talk you through the process and will get you the best deal possible. The service guy will take care of anything you need and explain any questions you have. 100% chance I will return to this dealership if I ever need a different motorcycle.

I really had a good experience there. I came in with my scooter trade and the guys gave me a fair price for it! Fair price? Yup they did....!I picked up a Yamaha road warrior 1700cc and loved it. It was in great condition. They have a great selection of bikes. They are worth the trip! Thanks,Ed

Excellent Service department. Joel Haldeman could be one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I ever had the pleasure of knowing. I have never bought a bike here, however all the bikes on their showroom floor are immaculate. Seems like they take pride in their inventory and customers. Would recommend for anyone that needs a reliable and honest service on their motorcycle.

Great people, very fair price. Also a top notch service center. Bought 2 bikes from them, very satisfied. I just came back in to Haldemans with a unique situation. They sat down with me and came up with a solution that was very fair. Bottom line it worked out for both of us. Only professional and down to earth business people would have taken the time they did to help out a customer in my situation. Thank you gentlemen. my son and i walked onto the lot for the first time and the guys there treated us like old friends. their inventory is immaculate, the guys are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Phil was very willing to work with our situation, Josh was very personable and Joel answered all our questions and eased our concerns.these guys are great. no hard-core salesmen, just really friendly guys who genuinely want to help and are looking for repeat business... we bought 2 bikes mainly because of how they treated us. we WILL be back and we're telling ALL our friends.this is truly a hidden nugget. run, don't walk, to let these guys help you. keep up the great work, guys :)

Great place to buy your cycles and a awesome group of guy's that work there. You can't beat there prices and there cycles are looked at prepared for you to buy and get it on the road. So if you're a beginner to advance rider they have everything you need. The #1 place I would go to and to refer anybody the best in Lebanon county for used cycles that look brand new.

These guys are great! Joel and Phil sold me a bike, first street bike, that fits me like a glove! They re professional and their high level of experience shows as they guide customers through the selection and buying process.The bike was ready when they said it would be. Runs great. Sounds awesome. Looks like new.Haldeman is a little out of the way for me but, I ll never shop anywhere else!For the best in customer service buying a bike, go see these guys! Eye contact and a firm hand shake goes a long way in my book. And that s exactly what I got here!

I absolutely love motorcycles and this shop is great if you're looking for a motorcycle that is reliable and reasonably priced! The guy I spoke with was fantastic he took time to answer each and every one of my questions!
