We purchased a vehicle and an extended warranty at Frederick Chevrolet in 2020. The vehicle now needs extensive repairs, and we have been waiting for over a week to hear if the repairs would be covered by the warranty. This have been an extremely frustrating experience; no one seems to return calls or answer emails. The service manager promised to speak to us over 4 days ago, and nothing so far. We really need to get our car repaired and are frustrated we spent $3,000 for this warranty that we can't seem to use.

Thanks to Nate and the mechanics he had working on my Tahoe they was able to get it fixed and me back on the road. Long story short, they really helped me out and got the work done on a very short notice. I m actually from North Carolina and was just traveling through, if I was from here this is where I would always bring my Chevrolet.

Very fair very professional loan approved walked out same day Acura MDX with the technology package. Totally awesome.

I've only lived here for a few months and I feel like Frederick Chevrolet treated me like I've lived here forever- like family. They supported me when I really needed help and they have earned my trust and my business from now on. I can't express the kindness shown to me and how much it has impacted me as a new member of this community. Thank you.
