I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle from them. Patience was great with communication and showed knowledge and care for what she does. The entire process was smooth she easy. We really worked well together until seeing the end goal of my purchase that I am satisfied with.

This is the second time that I have purchased a car from enterprise. It s a much better experience than any other car dealership around. I like that the person who helps you find the car you want is also the one that does all the paperwork when you buy the car with you. Hopefully I don t need to purchase a new car for a very long time but when I do I will be going back to enterprise. I also like that they reach out to make sure that I was happy with my car purchase after I left. I would recommend enterprise to anyone that is looking to buy a car.

Everyone was awesome there. Process was also super easy and everyone was straight forward about everything making buying a used car less nerve racking. Special thanks to Taj for finding the AWD Nissan Altima that is the perfect fit for what I needed and wanted.EDIT: It is now the beginning of Feb 2024 and I have had to fix the rear differrential, all 4 wheels and this car is still making sounds. This car has costed a lot of money and now I am stuck with a decision to either trade it in and have to put out a lot of money to make it work or wait and hope that the problem can get fixed under warrenty or it lasts long enough to pay the car down and then trade it in. I am not blaming this specific enterprise because this car was not one of the ones they had on their lot, this situation has just been stressful and irritating. The people that helped me were still amazing though when we were there.

Taj Logan got me into a really nice SUV (Ford Expedition) at a great price. Took great care of me. Easygoing and friendly.Shoutout to DJ and Chris, the managers, too. Ask for Taj.

Extremely warm personalities. Very relatable and personable. My salesperson was new and she was a natural. Worked well with us and patient. They even took care of my rental thru Enterprise and was able to drop it off at the lot!No hassle, no bull, just showing us what we already knew what we were looking for in a car.

Friendly and always smiling staff. Jay was helpful. He listened to our vehicle needs for our son's disability and guided us to a better vehicle than the type we originally thought we wanted and we are so happy with our choice. We have just changed from a 2006 vehicle to a vehicle with all the updated electronics and everyone was so helpful with our questions.

Very professional and respectful people walked in & was greeted by sales personnel. Made sure I was comfortable and offered refreshments while I waited to be seen. Also had a smooth transaction while purchasing my vehicle made sure I had an understanding of everything that was presented down to the paperwork. I was in a car accident recently needed a new vehicle was told about enterprise by a friend filled out the application MJ called me we talked sent more info set up appt for the next day. MJ is wonderful she is very helpful, knowledgeable she just the best and an hour or so later myself and my husband left with our new car thank you so much MJ and enterprise

This was the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever been involved in! I brought my own financing from USAA and Shelley and her team handled the rest of the transaction. My vehicle was detailed and prepped exceeding my expectations. This is an extremely knowledgable staff. Lastly, the vehicles are very reasonably priced.

They really went above and beyond to make sure I had the car I wanted. They were exceptionally amazing and professional through the whole process. They were patient and kind. This is the worst car place to go to. They do not care about their customers got a car from them realize the car was painted after having it for a week it started to peeling call them to fix it and tell them the car was painted inside they have, someone come and fix it later it started to do it again call them back and they said there s nothing we can do about it. I told him is there anyway that I could train my car they said no said I am paying a lot of money for a car that s painted inside And peeling so now I am stuck with a car and a big car payment that the paint inside is peeling all over the place do not recommend this car dealership to anyone anyone else have this problem please let me know enterprise car sales Lebanon pa

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass. MJ was very helpful. There was an issue with the tire pressure monitoring system, the enterprise team was very prompt to fix the issue. I would highly recommend enterprise car sales. Thanks for the outstanding service.Update on previous review.The tpms system failed again. The radio screen went blank and flickered. I stopped by my car enterprise office, to alert them that the problem is occurring once more. They told me I do not have a warranty on electronic components. It is going to an authorized Jeep dealer Wednesday July 5th. Since they fixed the initial issue. I am very upset the way I was treated after returning for the same issue. This issue better get resolved quickly, or I will seek legal advice.

It was a pleasure buying a car from Enterprise! From the welcoming phone call responding to my original inquiry for information, to the friendly greetings when I walked in the door, to the salespeople that helped me choose a car and make the sale. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They genuinely like their jobs and like helping people get beautiful affordable cars. I have already recommended them to my dad who bought a car in a different Enterprise location with just many good things to say. We've agreed it must be company wide! Great customer service with a smile. I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

My experience with Ariana ,Nikki and James was an amazing experience they were polite caring and very understanding of my situation. One word to describe these individuals... Beautiful. I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to enterprise in Lebanon pa to buy a car! I have never been to any car dealership that made me feel so warm and welcoming. .and when I left I felt so grateful that Ariana called me In to take a look at some options. Thank you Ariana, Nikki and James for being such beautiful warm and understanding people I am truly grateful .

Can t say anything but great things about my sales person, Kaylen Duran! Informative, helpful, super great personality! After my mother purchased a vehicle from her, I had to make sure I did too! Was not disappointed at all! I d ask for her if looking for a new used car but all the team members were friendly and great!

Super friendly staff. Highly recommend M-E! She was able to take all the information and preferences we gave her and show us a vehicle we LOVED on the first try. She was also able to work to get us a loan with the down payment amount we had and get us monthly payments that worked best for our financial situation. I am extremely satisfied with our purchase and absolutely love our new car! Huge thanks to the whole team at Enterprise Car sales!

This is the best experience from a car dealership. These guys are amazing and I would definitely be going back there because Jay is the man for getting me into a new car and this guy did everything in his power and his supervisor did a lot also and because of Jay I was able to drive away from the best dealership I have ever experienced.

I purchased a new vehicle from enterprise in Lebanon PA. My sales associate was Kaylen Duran. I can t say enough about this young lady. She was the epitome of what every salesman should be. From professionalism to overall knowledge. She made the entire process of trading and buying a car stress free. She assisted in every detail from start to finish. In all my years of buying cars I have never felt so at ease. Her personality and overall character speaks volume to her professionalism. Enterprise should be honored to have her working for there company!! I will be recommending her to all my friends and family!! Thank you again!

From start to finish best experience with buying a car. Top customer service and friendly are the icing on the cake. Never felt pressured and ALL staff was willing to help not just us but each other as well. That is a rare find in today's world. I would recommend to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Had a really great experience here! The process was easy and I was walked through the whole car buying process. James went above and beyond! He made the car buying experience easy and painless. Him and Nikki worked tirelessly to get me into my new car. With all of the vehicles on the lot being so high quality and affordable, it was hard to pick just one!Not only did they pay top dollar for my trade in, but were also able to lower my payments and cut the interest rate in half.
