Excellent service from everyone involved!One off the techs even offered to turn the TV on while I waited in the customer lounge.A hub seal broke on my freightliner and they were able to squeeze me in. I was back on the road within an hour to head back to Pittsburgh.

Great shop very good people. Called them on short notice with a serious problem they worked me in fixedthe issue and got me back on the road.... and all of this was done during the virus quarantineI can't thank them enough... good folks over here that care about their finished product not just getting the work done as quickly as possible but actually fixing it correctly.... what a concept

They had my truck for 4 days,to change a waterpump and after 1800.00 dollars for diagnostic never got it out of limp mode and another 1100.00 for the water pump.picked it up at 5:45 on Friday drove it 100 ft took it back,and they wouldn't do a dame thing.Plus being a hi no dealer we over knighted the water pump,when i got in the truck it had not even been ran long enough to move the gauge and the just took it out of the garage.so if u want to get Screwed go see the good folks at Looer Mack and hino

The only salesman in the mack dealer plays a lots of games . Not a good customer service buddy.Advise to the owner of the business get a second salesman out there because that dude is something else

horrible service... said they couldnt check trucks in because it was raining... when it had clearly already stopped raining... dont recommend anybody to come here for anything... i would leave NO stars if i could
