I recently had an issue while having my vehicle serviced at Bennett Toyota. As soon as the Service Director, Kyle, was made aware, he immediately reached out to me to rectify the situation. I was very impressed with how quickly this was taken care of along with his level of professionalism. He seems dedicated to his position as Service Director and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied with their experience.

Had my 2001 toyota 4runner in to have both rear axle seals replaced. $ 695.00 ..both seal were $14.00...the rest was for 4. 5 hrs of labor..Fine paid my bill and left..10 days later I took it to my mechanic to have my inspection done..he called me and said i thought u had the axle seals fixed at dealer said i did...he told me they were never replaced. I went over to look took pictures..they we still leaking bad..they never even attempted to replace them..no nuts or bolts were ever removed and the differential fill plug was still rusted fast never removed to fill with oil..this place is a scam customers beware..I went right over with pictures to manager..had a check for full amount next day by 10am..I owned toyotas all my life never no problems with other dealers...I will never stop foot in that dealership again..theft of services..scamming customers..and ripping people off so please beware of Bennett toyota...and this is the 1st review I ever wrote for anything..I hope people go else where..and not get ripped off..

Went in for the 5,000 mile checkup. Was greeted by each staff person I saw. Had good repore with the service writers in the intake office. Talked with the parts salesman about helping me find an accessory for the Rav4. He was very helpful in doing a thorough search, even though that accessory wasn't available yet. The service was good, as expected. What wasn't expected is they washed the Rav4 and polished the windows. It was also a great surprise when one of the managers handed a United States Navy Veteran hat to me and thanked me for serving. Totally unexpected. Did I mention the service was very fast?

Very nice people. They keep you informed of your repair or in my case the recall. Comfortable waiting room have coffee and water.

Everyone was so very helpful. I was very pleased with the young lady who helped me get my insurance issues resolved. She was so patient with the situation.

Bennett Toyota is the best They always keep you informed about what is going on with the service to your auto The staff is so considerate and professional Rich is the best and goes over everything with you and also has a sense of humor Thank you Bennett Toyota for your time

Rotation and balance took them 1.5 hour to do. And that's with a scheduled appointment.
