I feel guilty giving them 1 star. I don't want to give anyone the impression that they deserve even 1 star !!! Needed a new bumper for car. The estimate was a little more than $1,600 for the job. 3 days after dropping off my car, I called for an update. They said they couldn't find a bumper for my car and wanted my permission to try and melt it back in shape. Keep in mind I made the appointment a month in advance, and they're just telling me this now after the Car sat in there shop for 3 days. Long story short, they charged me the $1,600 anyway and didn't have to buy a new bumper. They really made out on that deal !!! Probably went out for drinks after work

Hit a deer! Bennett Collision Center of Lebanon made the whole process super easy. From the estimate to completion. The Technician kept me informed, was quick to respond to questions. Best of all my truck looks outstanding. Thanks again for the experience.

This place was best in class. We were in an accident in Aug last year and they took care of everything thru the insurance, kept us updated ,and the car looks awesome!Sadly my husband got rear-ended last week so we are back for more exalent care.

Very bad experience so far. Car went in jan 18th. Said it would take 3 days. Found extra damage. Its Feb 5th and they still dont have all the parts . Even after they said all the parts would be in Feb 5th. When the hell is my car going to get done?
