The purchase of my new car was so simple and quick. I ve purchased more cars in the last 10 years than I care to admit. It s always been a challenge. I figured this time would be much harder given other circumstances and was skeptical of wasting my time and effort. However, Cheyenne found me something practical and they were able to quickly get an approval with the lowest down payment I ve ever seen on myself. They didn t try to get me to purchase anything extra. I ve been through financing and signing more times than I care to count yet Greg still explained absolutely everything throughly as to what and why I was signing. I was able to do everything before arriving. The staff is friendly, quick, trustworthy, and professional. They are located quite a distance from me but I would and will absolutely return here to do business again without a doubt.

We had a great experience with Ethan and John. Our only complaint was waiting an hour and a half for the finance manager to get there only to find out she was there well before that just sitting and talking with other employees. I know because we seen her. Just felt a little unprofessional. Other than that we are in love with our car.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Cameron Eshenaur in Sales. I worked with him who was almost an hour away from our home because the other 5 sales people in dealerships around my home was not attentive or honest about our needs. Cameron has been so patient, informative, honest and responsive as we purchased a new GMC Sierra Denali 3500HD DRW. Not knowing anything about diesel dually or towing a fifth wheel he went over every option in detail so we could understand what we needed for the best towing experience. I also want to honorably mention the service department who went above and beyond to get the truck ready for us in the short time we had available. Ethan was also a pleasure when he had to fill in for Cameron and provide us updates on the arrival. And of course the finance manager, Greg finished the transaction quickly. My dogs have a ton of room in the back seat for that full time traveling adventure we will soon begin!

I highly recommend Angelina up at reconditioning for ANY of your paint care needs, she did a PHENOMENAL job taking care of my Genesis. The previous owner did a number to the paint and she did a fantastic job and turned back time!Thank you much for working as hard as you did on it, and taking pride in what y all do!

Easy in/out service. Having the service team grouped together helps with the newer staff learning the systems. I actually feel more confident that I am getting the best customer service this way. Theresa helped the new guy out.

I was very pleased with all aspects of the buying experience. I had been looking for the right new or preowned truck for nearly 6 months and I was finally able to check all the boxes at a fair price at Bennett GMC. Sarah Gonzalez did a great job answering questions and communicating while waiting for the truck to be ready for delivery. She has a positive attitude and low pressure approach. I would recommend her to anyone. I even had an enjoyable time in finance doing the paperwork which is like saying the DMV was fun. A shout out to the sales manager, Ethan, as well for helping work through the details painlessly. Thanks to all who had a part in this positive purchase process.

The facility is in the middle of a major construction project. It was not the most comfortable area to spend an afternoon. The staff did a good job trying to accommodate us with what they had. They worked with us to give a fair price for the vehicle and our trade in.

Sales process was pretty seamless for an out of state purchase. This review is in regards to the registration and title process. I purchased a GMC Yukon in October and now at the end of December, nothing has been done. The temporary plates have expired, the title clerk has not returned phone calls in over a week, despite leaving multiple messages. The last I was told is someone forgot to notarize a document the paperwork was returned by NY state. No one seemingly can provide any information. If you do decide to purchase out of state, I would recommend staying on top of these people early on as it seems I was forgotten about until I called and started asking questions

Overall I am satisfied with my service. The ladies in the office were nice and helpful. I think the walk-in idea for service is nice. I showed up before they even opened and I still waited. I would have preferred to make an appointment so I didn't have to wait 2 hours for an oil change and inspection. I was told they don't take appointments for oil changes on the weekend, it's first-come-first-serve. I do think that the cost of the service seemed high. There were similar comments made by some other customers as well, while I was in the waiting room.

Service staff tries hard. Why oh why was a great customer service waiting area destroyed for inferior replacement. Can't imagine what they plan to build that will be better. Better tire selection and prices at Henise. Tires to be replaced have only 26,000 miles.

This was amazing! I came in to look at cars on a Tuesday never thinking that I would get approved. Such a wonderful experience with Sarah & Amy, that I drove back again from Adams County to Lebanon on Wednesday to get my 2017 Dodge Journey. I'm so excited for my future adventures! I highly recommend Bennett and Sarah and Amy. Come check them out - you won't go wrong!

Sarah was great! Helped me find my truck after a while of me searching and would let me know as soon as a new one would come in. When I did find the one she made sure it was ready that day for me. Amy also got me a great rate and was very helpful. I like it i love it i want some more of it.

The purchase of my vehicle years ago and the service I have received have been good. Because I bought my van here, I get free state inspection for the life of the vehicle. Saving that $30 or do is worth the drive and because I have had them fix a few recalls, I have grown to trust them to do my service work as well. I was slightly frustrated today- when I scheduled the appointment I asked them to allot time for brake work but it wasn't on the work order when I arrived. It's hard to rate any dealership or car related business as 5 star unless they have bent over backward for you but I find Ebersole to be a reputable business.

Total chaos. Lost my paperwork and keys. Could not find them because they were sitting in a pile by somebody's computer. Called at 830 and said car was done. Got there at 1030. Total to bill never figured out. Took 2 people to attempt to do it. Had my paperwork mixed up with another person. Never returned my registration and insurance. Had to tell them to mail it to me because I will never return.

I ve spent upwards of 20k in the past 3 years had a new engine installed multiple other jobs not to mention I lease a vehicle from these guys too. The engine makes noises that it shouldn t (engine was wrapping from damaged push rods and given to me like that anyways) every oil service I get leaks huge amounts of oil in my driveway and I m told that s it s a ghost or there s never any problem they could find wink-wink . Now this is the third time I ve had a oil change and other services done and I am definitely not happy specially with my engine still making noises. I ve had issues under the 3 years less then 5k miles and I m charged for what should be under warranty and oil constantly leaking. I am willing to pay the extra money bringing it to a dealer thinking the dealer would do a great job but honestly this has proved not to be the case. I m very disappointed and dissatisfied and feel like I have been taken advantage of. We definitely will be taking our business elsewhere and when our lease is up in October we will find a new place to lease from too. Utterly ridiculous to be treated this way considering the amount of money I ve invested and trust I ve put into this place expecting a good experience. I totally feel ripped off (buyers beware!). Thanks for your time reading this I hope no other customers will go through this and exactly why I m sharing this info shop around there is much better out there..

I ordered some accessories for my truck on the day of purchase. I received a call from the service team to have them installed. On the day of service I dropped my truck off and learned at the end of the day that the parts were not in. They said they d have them tomorrow so I left my truck there. The next day the parts arrived but apparently the technician thought they were the wrong parts and did not install them. No one checked with me or sales to confirm that they were indeed the correct parts. At this point I ve been without my vehicle for two days. They rescheduled me for the following week and when I brought the vehicle down, they told me that it was a drop off appointment not a wait appointment. I was very disappointed after having my truck for two whole days they needed it for another half a day instead of making me a priority and getting it done ASAP. I have been a long GMC owner, but I can tell you 100% for sure I will never buy or service a vehicle through Bennett. I will return to Faulkner GMC, where I ve had great experiences all along.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The app through my car recommends this car shop to use so I booked an appointment. When doing so through the app it tells you what the overall price should be, mine happened to be $74. They asked if they could rotate my tires and I said yes. When I went to pick up my car the total bill was around $180. They said it was because of the tire rotation $106 for a tire rotation?? When on their website it says $29.95 for that service. My mother later called because it didn t seem right to her either and the person on the phone said they also checked my rear and front brakes. Which when I booked the original appointment that was already included in the $74 along with many other things. After taking it to a different place they found that most of the caps that they checked weren t on or on property from them checking it. I think they saw a young girl walk in and thought they could take advantage of her. I could only imagine what they have done to other people.

We had an amazing experience at Bennett Buick GMC. The whole team was wonderful to work with, Sarah, Ethan, Ricky, Greg A. and John. We had been to several other dealerships close to home and none even compared. We traveled 2 hours to get there and we weren't disappointed. We love our new Armada and would recommend them to anyone!
