Awesome experience. Brian Fake was a great help to me when my battery needed to be replaced this morning. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and made a bad morning much brighter. I was surprised to find out he was not the manager; he definitely has the potential to be. I will be back at this location when I have a car need and will recommend them to family & friends because of Brian's great customer service.

Love going in when Sam is on shift!�� She knows what she is doing.� Our daughter went in when we were out of town and Sam helped her diagnose her vehicle issues and get the correct parts to get her back on the road.�� She is very knowledgeable!�� Thanks Sam!!!

Terrible service gave me the wrong brake caliper and when I took it back they said they don t have the right one till tomorrow? Then why give the wrong one if you know you don t have the correct one?? I ll go somewhere else from here on

I don t know how desperate autozone is for employees but I m closer to finding out because the men there are missing key elements of customer service and more importantly - knowledge. Every single time I ve asked about something there, they always give me the wrong part. I ordered an alternator and the guy couldn t spell my address right, and even though I GUIDED him through the process on the computer (literally), he ordered the wrong part (I found out when it arrived)(I don t work there, I didn t know everything about ordering, my bad). My part also arrived late even though I paid extra shipping to ensure it would arrive on time. I talked to the manager about the situation and he gave me a refund for my express shipping but wasn t very helpful for anything else. Luckily a lady named Abby was on the clock and was incredibly helpful, not just when I originally ordered the part (she stepped in at the beginning but was pulled away) but also the next day when I needed to get another part to fit my new alternator into my car because I obviously had the wrong one. She didn t hesitate about the situation and helped me figure out exactly what I needed and displayed amazing customer service skills. I think this combo is necessary for many reasons, one being people are not at autozone for leisure or lame refunds but to trust that the correct products will be there when they are needed and quickly. Abby needs a promotion and a raise, she s awesome.

We were in a horrible situation on Labor Day. We were traveling with our cats and moving to SC when we had a tire/ trailer issue on the Interstate.Thank heavens they were open. I was shocked that they were. They were helpful and open when we needed them!

Raven and Katie were so professional and amazing! They installed a battery in my car last night and the store was due to be closing soon. They went above and beyond their job description and really helped me when I needed them! I think Raven needs to be promoted to a manager!

While traveling from Florida to Maine my truck batteries failed. John was very helpful and when I asked for permission to install them in the yard. John said, I will install them if you want. Awesome customer service. Good price and a military discount. Couldn t have ask for better. John made a inconvenient problem to nothing but a small thing easily fixed.

Raven and Katie went above and beyond their job description and installed a battery in my car right before the store was due to close! They were very knowledgeable on auto parts and also very professional! I think Raven needs to be promoted to a manager and Katie is just an amazing manager! A nice young gentleman help me right away. I needed help locating and determining it I needed oil in the car and washer fluid. My husband car check oil level light came on while I was traveling 270 miles to NYC. I didn't want to wait until I went back home and he take it to get the oil changed. He spent the money and I helped his car live another day lol. I wish I got the guys name so he knows it's him that helped me. Thank you again Sir.

Friendly service, helpful employees. They usually have what we're looking for and if not they can get it quickly. The prices are fair and the rewards are a nice perk. Returns are usually hassle free.

This has always been my favorite place. I went in last Thursday to buy shocks. The guy behind the counter had a terrible attention span. Completely ignored about 5 different things I asked. Then turned to another employee while I was still talking. Didn't even look at me when he handed the receipt. Told me my parts weren't in stock. Ordered them for the next day. Today is Monday. Still haven't heard back. Called over the weekend, but they didn't have it yet. I chose them over anyone else cuz they said 1 day. Could have gotten 2 day from a dozen places, but didn't want to wait. Still waiting.

Went there and ask them to check my battery for a car and they didn't want to. But the woman did come out and check the battery and told me they are not allowed to do this because of COVID but she said she didn't mind doing it. Battery was good.

Manager not to friendly. There wereA couple of latino/spanish customer that didnt really speak english and needed a little more help and his face said it all not really helping them and even suggested them to go to the autozone located by wine and spirits since they had employees that speak spanish there...

Came in for a battery tonight and Josh and Peter were very helpful! Not only did I get the right parts the first time, Peter selflessly installed the battery for me and went above and beyond his "job description" to make sure I had what I needed to get back on the road. Thanks guys!!!

We stopped because a wheel bearing went bad on the trailer we was pulling, they wouldn't even try to help unless we had a part number, the bearing was gone so we had to take another tire off to try to get a part number, so we did and got it, after all that trouble, come to find out they had a whole bearing kit on the shelf so obviously they don't know enough about the store and the parts. Back at home the people that works in that Auto zone store can tell you where anything in the store is at and will go to extra lengths to go and try to find the parts you need even if you don't have a part number, it made me miss my hometown auto zone store in Savannah TN.
