Bought a vehicle and heard loud clunking on the way home. Called the dealership and the refused to do anything about it and it was "just inspected" must be a lick and stick. Had 2 dead key fob batteries I had to replace and it was left with 36 miles to empty on gas.

So I m gonna start off by saying these people sold me complete junk. I put $1500 down on this car to start. I had the car for 3 days and and went to drive and then the car started shaking like crazy. So I took it to the garage and there is $2479.60 in repairs. The car didn t even have oil in it and the wiper blades are junk. Also had a gas cap leak. Luckily I had warranty which still sucks because they are only paying $800 out of the repairs. The people at Auto Plug and Major Key won t do anything about it. I just don t get how you can sell stuff like this off a car lot and not get in troubleSave your money and go somewhere else

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE TO PURCHASE A CAR. I got a car from here I thought I did great business with them but apparently not. I asked them multiple questions about the car also took a few people to look at the car before my decision. They told me everything was up to date and that everything was good with the car. Same day getting the car lights start popping up such as the tire pressure being low and the check engine. They told me I had warranty for a year but that warranty does not cover much AT ALL everything is coming out of your pockets. I had to go to the dealership Hyundai twice in the first week of having the car because the check engine. The first time they checked why it turned on was because the car had no oil. I recieved a car that wouldn t even pass inspection. The car literally had no oil to the point that the check engine turned on. Then not even a day after I fixed that and payed out of pocket the check engine turned on again. My car was literally shaking I couldn t even drive it mind you this is not even 2 weeks into having my car I took it once again to Hyundai and had to pay again outta pocket but to fix the problem it was going to be a total of 2000 dollars the warranty of course DID not cover that and was not going to pay. I called multiple times the dealership and sent messages to see what I could do and for very late responses and pointless help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE AT ALL.

I was having problems buying a car and stopped at AutoPlug just to see what could happen and Michael really helped me out , got me on a nice car , low miles , drove off on it same day , haven t had any issues whatsoever, the whole process is so much easier with them , everything was just great.
