Called the get price of new vehicle. I explained I m from out of state but was willing to make the trip for the right deal. The salesman said they didn t charge over sticker and the car was available, and gave me the out the door figures. Before I hung up I said to him so this isn t going to change or anything if and when I show up at the dealership to which promised no that would not happen. Fast forward two minutes later I get an email from another person saying the car is sold. I called back to see what the situation was and from what they shared .. the car is technically still available but now it was 5,000 $ more than I was told on the phone . I want to say AJ is the manager. I explained all of this to him and his response to his salesman giving contradictory information was o well you didnt talk to me . Class

Walk in on Fri Jan 5 '24 morning. With a slow air leak from '21 Golf GTI left rear tire. Service Writer Elijah Peters did a fantastic job to get me checked in, and reassured the issue would be addressed promptly. A little while later, the nail through the tread was removed, hole plugged, and I was charged a very fair price for the repair effort. Bonus, the car wash.

It was a pleasure doing business with a locally owned dealership. I was greeted promptly after inquiring about the vehicle online. As it turns out, it was the same salesman (AJ) that I bought my previous vehicle from almost 6 years prior. No hassle, no fuss. Allowed me to take the car on my own for a test drive with no time pressure. AJ gave me a fair price for my trade and a good price for the newly acquired GTI. So overall it was a great experience.

I have to start back over a year ago. The trip odometer would not reset. It appeared that the switch was broken. I took it to Lebanon VW for repair. The shop had it all day and I had to call to see if it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up that is when the Service Mgr. informed me that the entire cluster had to be replaced. I asked if one was ordered and I was told that the cluster was no longer available. I asked how that could be the car was only 5 years old. Again I was told that it could not be ordered. I was also informed that the cluster could continue to fail to the point that I would not be able to operate the car. For a year I was trying to locate a cluster assembly, even going to Germany because I have connections there. Nov. of last year I called the parts dept. at Lebanon VW to get the part number. When the parts man called me back he informed me that the cluster was not discontinued it just takes a long time to get them. Needless to say I was furious. I talked to the Sales Mgr. and he told me that it was a misunderstanding and that he would find or order a cluster for me. It only took 6 weeks for it to come in once it was ordered. I dropped the car off on Dec. 21 and informed the facility that I would be out of town until Jan 4 and would like to have the car back at that point. I called on the 4th to ensure that the car was ready and was informed that it was and everything was working properly. My wife and I went to pick up the car on the 5th late in the afternoon only to find that my wife could not unlock the car with her key. I tried my key and the doors unlocked. We could not use the touch feature to lock & unlock the car. We tried to start the engine and the car could not recognize either key. My wife informed the service person that she had to take an hour and a half off work to pickup the car and what were they going to do about getting the car ready for us. The first excuse we were given for the car not starting was that we did not give both keys at time of drop off. I told them that we were not informed to give them both keys. The service person said that they would recalibrate the 2 keys to the car and would drive it to our house on Monday the 8th.

I don t even know where to start with this review. Carol and Tom Wanner are very special people. Our family is on a 16 hour drive from Boston to St. Louis with 2 kids under the age of 4. On day one while driving through PA our VW atlas was without A/C and it was projected to be 100 degrees. We stopped by on a whim to see if they could fit us in to check out the car and potentially fix the A/C. They not only took us right away- despite setting up for a customer appreciation day- they tried every single maneuver to try to fix it. They even tried to take parts off of other cars to replace the ones we needed. In the end it was a part that would need to be ordered and they weren t able to fix our problem. But instead of stopping there, they called ahead to St. Louis for us and set us up at a dealership to have our car brought in the day we arrive. We previously had been told it would be 2-4 weeks before we would be able to bring our car in. Throughout this entire attempt at fixing our car the entire staff entertained our two kids with a bouncy house, face painting, numerous toy cars, and above and beyond kindness. If you are ever in the area of this VW dealership- GO. We hope to be able to return one day and purchase our next family car from them. Thank you thank you thank you Carol and Tom- we will remember this day forever.

only suggestion would be a little more comfortable seating and possible desk area. Not bad, but a little more room with some better seating would make it a bit more comfortable to wait while service is being done.

Great presentation, the car was immaculate. Awesome sales person, Robert. He was very personable and didn't make me feel pressured to buy or hoover around while I was checking out the car. I traded a 2014 Beetle for a 2019, there were a few upgrades that could have been explained, such as the automatic lights, and apps feature I wasn't familiar with but overall, it wasn't anything I couldn't figure out with the manual when I got home.Robert went above and beyond by allowing me to drop off accessories for my trade-in at his home, which is a lot closer for me than the dealership. He was a genuine pleasure to do business with. I would definitely refer my family/friends to him.The F&I gentleman was also great to work with, great at explaining paperwork as we proceeded.BTW, the reason I went to the Lebanon dealership, which is almost 1 1/2hr away, instead of the the Lancaster dealership, only 35 minutes, is because the woman who directs calls in Lancaster was so rude, unhelpful and gave such attitude when I called to reschedule a service appointment she made me not to want to deal with them. I absolutely LOVE the service department in Lancaster, truly great group of guys, but she isn't worth dealing with to get an appointment.

Communication wasn't great. Explanation of work done and not done was vague at best. No checklist of items checked and not checked like all other VW dealers I have been to. Explanation of prices for work done non-existent.

Out with the old, in with the new. Had a very pleasant experience today. Cancelled my appointment with Ciocca VW to do business with Nate. Great group of guys. They are under new management. If you haven t visited in a while I suggest checking them out!

I asked them how much it would cost to put a parking light bulb in my car which after the fact they literally took me less than a minute and so I know mechanic it would have probably even taken 30 seconds the guy came out looked at it and said I probably charge you half an hour which is $72 to put a single bulb in my car don't know that I already purchased the ball that's already in the light I just can't get the fixture back in to like latch so all they had to do is you know line it up since you know their Volkswagen mechanics and they deal with this exact car all the time it wouldn't even taking them 30 seconds and they wanted to charge me $72 plus tax I'm guessing I don't know that for a fact but I'm guessing everything's text in the state so on that aspect I will go shopping somewhere else for a car and I doubt I'll be going back there for any kind of recalls or any service ever

When I called to schedule the service for my vehicle, I specifically asked if they give loaner cars. I was told yes, however, they are very limited. I told the customer service representative that I needed a time slot that would guarantee that there would be one available. He stated his understanding, I booked the appointment and clarified that it was okay if my partner brought my car to the appointment and that he would be able to drive the loaner car. The customer service representative stated yes, there would be no issue with that. I got several reminder texts and emails about the appointment. I noticed that it stated that the customer would wait and even in the notes section it said wait. I called the day before my appointment to confirm that their would be a loaner car available and that there would be no problem with my partner bringing my vehicle. The same customer service representative that I scheduled with said that it would not be a problem he just needed his license and insurance information. I voiced my concern with them giving him a hassle because the confirmations stated that the customer would wait. He assured me there would be no issues. My partner arrive the appointment and the customer service manager checked him in and told him that the appointment was not scheduled to have a loaner and have some respectful push back. My partner relayed the above information that I had called to confirm that there would be a loaner available to him. The manager then finally had him sign the paperwork for the loaner. The entire transaction was respectful.

Very courteous and professional. Went out of their way to get us a loaner car even though the regular loaners were all spoken for on a Saturday a long way from home. Had our car fixed and provided nearest dealer that could assist with needed recalls.

The advisors were very thorough in explaining what to expect while my car was in for service. The advisors made sure I received a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced in any way. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire time they had my car.

I can t say enough about my experience with the dealership and specifically AJ and Jacob. I live over 3 hours a way from the dealership and saw a vehicle they had listed online. From the start, AJ was extremely helpful, attentive and pleasant. Dealership was not pushy and communication was top notch. Many dealerships will write you off unless you come in. He was able to work with me throughout the process. When I arrived, I was greeted and treated extremely well. They had everything ready for me. This is the way car buying should be. I commend the staff and management team there and if your looking for a vehicle don t hesitate to visit this dealership. It s worth the drive!

No issues with service or service advisor. Although, I wish I had known they were going to wash my car. Two days prior to service I had my car professionally detailed with silicone spray, and I think the car wash undid it, definitely lost its high gloss shine

After calling and leaving 3 messages and receiving no call back I was finally able to get someone on the phone to make our service appointment. We had the car looked at previously here for issues with the gps/radio. They fixed it, but it was nonfunctional again after about a week. This trip we wanted that looked at along with inspection and maintenance. We were told that the whole radio just needed replaced and they couldn t even turn it on (duh), and quoted over $1800 that they claimed the car needed in order to pass inspection. The car had no previous issues aside from the radio (which was never even pulled out and looked at) and now the brakes squeak, the tpms light was on and our radio STILL does not work. The tires were rotated, but the air pressure was never checked? We are completely unsatisfied to say the least.

I CALLED FOR INSPECTON ON MY VW BEETLE, I EXPLAINED THAT MY ENGINE LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON. MY HUSBAND TOOK IT TO OUR MECHANIC AND HE TURNED IT OFF AND GOT THE CODE THAT GAS TANK WAS LEAKING OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I TOOK IT TO VW DEALER IN LEBANON PA. HE SAID THE LIGHT WAS OFF AND HE CHECKED IT ALLOUT. I CAME HOME AND THE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN!!! HE DID INSPECT IT AND I KNOW IT WOULD NOT PASS INSPECTION WITH LIGHT ON, BUT NOW LIGHTS BACK ON AND I DONT WANT TO PAY FOR ANOTHER SERVICE.

I chose this rating because while my car was getting fixed my brand new aftermarket wheels were damaged by the dealership. The service manager tried to blame this on someone else by saying it was there prior to having the wheel put on. Which is not the case at all and I find it disrespectful to assume something like that after seeing the marks. They were clearly clean and did not have any dirt or brake dust in them. I find the service department manager Amanda extremely hard to get ahold of. She uses the text message feature but responses much much later than a person can expect. I tried several phone calls on previous time my car was there and it was much of the same. The last time my car was there the tech drove my car over 70 miles an hour with Lebanon city streets. How is that even possible without driving over the speed limit. I currently live right between Lancaster and Lebanon Autohaus locations and chose Lebanon because of the great relationship I have with the sales team. Why should I trust to bring my baby back to Lebanon? Is Lebanon Autohaus going to make me feel like my business is important to them?

Would give zero stars if I could. They had my car for over a month and weren't even able to diagnose what was wrong with it. Didn't communicate with me at all through the process. I had to call them myself twice a week and they would just say that they had no updates. Still charged almost $400 for them to do absolutely nothing and said it would be $5000 for them to fix it. I had to have it towed to Sutliff Volkswagen in Harrisburg and they were able to fix it in a week for less than $500. They did refund the $400, but they still had my car for a month, couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, and told me a $500 job would cost $5000.

Best car buying experience I've ever had.I was looking for a very specific color and trim level and due to the market lately, I had to call every dealer in a 200 mile radius. None of them had what I was looking for. The experienced sales person at Autohaus Lebanon was the only one out of all of those VW dealers that took the time to look at incoming cars for me, and call me back, willing to make a dealer trade to get the car I was looking for.I committed to the purchase over the phone, and made all of the arrangements remotely before the car arrived. Along the process, the dealer communicated with updates on the car. They accommodated some specific requests I had for delivery prep without question. The car arrived sooner than expected and my family drove there expecting to get the usual dealer hassle and I was amazed and impressed at how easily and smoothly the transaction went. I was asked all the right questions, and not pressured into anything I didn't want.This was the best car transaction and dealer interaction I've ever had. I keep cars a long time, and this was the first time I've ever bought brand new, but if I do ever want a new VW- I will shop here first despite other dealers being closer.
