Owner of the shop is insanely disrespectful and unprofessional, has bad business practices and I would definitely not trust him to touch my car. Went in to get a quote on a paint job and he was just slamming my car with insults the whole time and being very unprofessional.

Rented a car here and had a wonderful experience! The young lady and man at the front desk were very helpful getting everything together quickly as I had a toddler with. They were very friendly and everything was as stated. No extra fees or surprises. Will definitely be my go to for all car rental needs moving forward.

I'm a mechanic but that's not my career. I don't always have time to work on my own vehicles. So I know when a garage is ripping me off. Albert's is the best garage I found in Lebanon. They do mechanical work not just body work. Fair prices, fast work, honest mechanics. Albert's will try to save you money by only fixing what's necessary or telling you what they recommend. He even helped me troubleshoot my truck that I could not figure out the problem. Saved me from even bringing it in. But I am a returning customer so that may have been a favor. I will always take my vehicles here without fear of being taken advantage of!

I rented a car here. The women that waited on me pointed out where the car was on the lot, gave me a paper so i could walk around the car and note any damage. She stayed at the main building with the keys while i walked around the car. The car was kept locked so I couldn't see the interior. When i returned to the building i was asked to sign the rental agreement, given the keys and sent on my way. The car was parked in a very tight crowed parking lot. After considerable maneuvering I was able to exit the lot. The gas tank was down a quarter tank, not full as stated on the rental agreement.I've rented many cars in the past and this was by far the worst customer service experience.

My mother is 85 years old and has taken her vehicles to Albert's Body Shop for years. Kevin Albert the owner has always treated my mother very well just a few weeks ago she had to have a spoiler repaired after she hit something. While other places would have charged her hundreds of dollars she thought there was a mistake when she got her bill While some places see dollar signs when a 85 year old widower comes in there place of business. Albert's treats Senior Citizens with Great Respect and fairly and this says a lot about this business. I tell everyone that needs body work on there vehicle to take there business here. I know why they always have so much business and work being performed in every bay!Service: Body & Trim

I couldn't be happier with the service and the trailer. Kevin went above and beyond to work with us on the only day we were able to get there. He had the trailer we wanted and worked to get us the extras we wanted. This company will inspect the trailer as part of the cost unlike another dealer that tells you, you are on your own. Please check out this company before you buy anywhere else!

Took my vehicle in to have the front end repaired from an accident. The owner took the time to explain what needed to be done and worked with my insurer directly so I didn't have to. My car looks better than it did when I bought it and was returned to me all clean and sparkly.

Albert works on a few of my vehicles and each one looks just like new when it comes back to you. This man knows his business and I enjoy talking with him on my work. If you need good work he is the man. Thanks Albert for all you do.

I went to a few places to have some prices checked for dent repair on my car and this place by far gave me the most time and confidence of any of them. At least check them out for yourself to see what I mean
