I needed help with purchasing and putting oil in my car. I went in and Oscar assisted me. Not only did he show me what oil to purchase but came out to my car with me and showed me how to check my oil and add the oil to my vehicle. He then had to go back in to tend to some other customers but then came back out to see how it was going for me and to ensure I had added enough oil. Oscar and his team went above and beyond my expectations. This location will now be my go to spot!

Not the nicest advanced auto out there. Small place but yet always understaffed. They generally have what I need tho IF I go there.

Most parts here are expensive compared to buying online.I only buy here if I need the part immediately.

Store hours vary week by week due to being short staffed. Highly underperforming compared to the other local locations and the employees they do currently have are not very helpful or energetic.

The gentlemen at this store were helpful, but I didn't see anyone for a good 15 minutes of being in the store. I just kind of walked around until I was ready to check out. Once I checked out, they person helping me was kind, but it just took them awhile to come out.

Sign on the door says open at 730a on Monday. Online says open at 730a on Monday. It's 830am, Monday, doors are locked and nobody is answering the phone.

Understaffed. Staff on hand do not look like they are interested. Certainly deteriorating service.

They really don't know how to appreciate good employees when they have them and instead of providing a emergency tranfer due to his living situation like the employee did ask for 1 1/2 month ahead of time they just make it seem like he abandond his job , store manager and district manager seems like they care about themselves and not the future of this bright company treating their best employees like they are trash

Average Advance Auto Parts. They were helpful in finding the parts I needed. They also have a decent selection of everyday items, like windshield washer fluid. Their prices can be a little higher than online, but the convenience of getting a part the same day is worthwhile.

Just needed some windshield washer fluid. It's right inside the door of the business. Very nice quick in and quick out.

Their employees can smoke pot on the job and not get told about it or reprimanded and accuse their employees of shit that isnt true. Also wouldn't hire me because my bf worked there. Rather than stick me on days hes not there or different shifts.

We was in a situation, stuck in PA and the manager was extremely helpful. Great customer service. Would give ten stars if they were available to give. From NYC to PA and back. Two thumbs up.

The associates at the store really seemed like they tried their best to help me out. The company, however, doesn't seem to care about their staff. They are not given updated equipment or sale systems.

Always closed. Came two times in a row around 7 pm. The door says close at 9 pm. Post your correct hours

I witness them turning away a handicapped man who needed help with a headlight. Then once the handicapped man left they started making fun of him and making comments.This place is garbage

Wasted 6 hours of my Saturday saying a battery was good.Went to a mechanic who said it was DEFINITELY bad.Called customer service,DM or GM was supposed to call me back within 24 hours,still waiting...............

Friendly helpful staff. Needed a part and was a little pricey in store. Told me how to order online to save an extra 25% which was a huge help.

The Gentlemen that served me ,was very helpful ,kind and friendly . And he was very knowledgeable about the part I needed on my vehicle .I will be back ,for more automotive accessories that I need on my car .

I mean its advanced auto they're all the same everywhere you go. People that mean well but aint the best at helping you find what you need. It is what it is. Its a place to get parts.

Very helpful when it came to my wipers and headlight issues. No problem going back for future dealings.
