I needed spark plugs they only had four I needed six. I was told he could have the other two in an hour. I said I wanted to go online to get the discount. He said he would give me the discount anyway saving about ten dollars. Thanks Bowman street AAP

Paid over $10 for 2 taillight bulbs. I paid $4 for the exact bulbs the week before from fishers auto in Jonestown.

I needed fuses and bulbs for my RV. Being out of town, I searched on Google for an Advance Auto near me. I was met at the door with a Hello, how can I help you. The store attendant took me to the aisle where I was able to find what I needed. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience !!!

Update the hours online and Stop wasting peoples time. I came 3 different times in the last month. The outdoor signs still say 9:00.

Waited over 15 minutes for a wiper replacement. Good install. Other customers left, rather than wait in line.

They have a decent selection of parts in stock. We use them less frequently at our repair shop because the lady that was in the professional side is no longer there but still using them on occasion. The retail side is lacking their vehicle knowledge is very few. Still they are open later then most parts stores and also weekend hours. Not my first choice but certainly not my last.

I was very pleased with my trip to Advanced Auto! I spent quite a bit in tuneup parts for a car I just bought. They gave me a very nice discount and many thanks to them for that! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating, was they didn't have a couple of parts I needed. But that's fine. They assured me the parts would be in tomorrow, and I'll be more than happy to run back an pick them up! Thanks again to Advanced Auto! You really made my day!

Ordered 3x from them online and twice they sent the wrong products for me to pick up and the third time the rep put me on secure line to place my order. When i get to the store to pick it up the rep never put the order thru. Im done with them! Their customer reps don't know what they're doing and are very incompetent. Suggest you just get it somewhere else online or go to a store

When I visited Advance Auto Parts I found the store clean and well stocked. I asked for help and received expert level help for my issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store based on my overwhelming positive experience.

My Experience was great here, ordered a rear tail light the associate on the phone shared with me if someone tries to charge you more while looking for prices cal me back. Very helpful and professional when going in to pick up my item thank you!

Not very friendly. Many workers and they were more worried about talking about thier personal life towards back of store which was heard all the way up front while one man was trying to help customers alone at register. Not real cool!

The employee at the register who got my online order had his mask below his mouth, half of the other customers had no mask on at all, purchased 4 wiper blades and wasnt even offered the free installation (good thing I'm capable enough to handle it myself because I would have declined given the above). So many other sources for parts very nearby in the area...I'll use them instead.

The floor was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. I was unable to access coolant without asking a team member to get it for me, this took quite some time since there was only 2 tm's and they where both with customers. This was also the 3rd time I was at this store and had to ask a member to go in the back and get me CQ or sale item quarts 5w30 HM Full Syn. Now I have a choice visit the AAP on Bowman or the equal distance but more convenient drive to AZ.

I like being able to order parts online and have them ready for pickup by the time I drive to the store. This store generally has good, attentive employees who, at least, have a passing knowledge and can look up parts without error or drama.

Ordered a battery online and had to pick it up late in the freezing cold. The guy who installed it (sorry forgot his name) was all too happy to help, great service and good people.

The worst service, I entered the store and the manager saw me with his employee and did not even attend to us. I was standing in front of the caunter for almost 10 minutes waiting for one of the 2 who work there to attend me but it never happened.

The gentleman that waited on me was very polite and very courteous. Explained everything to me which gave me a better understanding of what I needed to buy. Very pleasant experience

Great selection of auto parts however I usually only stop in when I need to do an oil change.Pro tip: Purolator oil filters are superior to Fram filters and are supplied by Advanced Auto Parts.

The store hours say they re open till 9:00 pm. but I went at 8:15 pm and the doors were locked.
