Ted Sonnie is the kindest, most patient, and overall wonderful car salesman ever! He and the rest of the team at Latrobe Auto Group worked their butts off to get me my Bronco! I will forever be grateful for this group of people! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I wish I could give them 10+ stars. Latrobe Auto Group made the whole process of buying a car easy. Ted was my salesman, very efficient, knowledgeable, and was able to get me a great deal on my new/used ford edge. I can t say enough good things about them. From start to finish, it was the easiest process, I have ever gone through. If you re looking for a new/used vehicle, I highly recommend them, and definitely ask for Ted. He was the best salesman, I ve ever encountered. Thank you, Latrobe Auto Group, and your salesman, Ted.

I could not recommend Latrobe Auto Group enough! I had the most wonderful experience while purchasing my new Tahoe from Mark. A very honest person and he made the whole experience fun! The work that I had done was an intense job. I spoke to the mechanic prior to doing the work and he assured me that the job would be done correctly and it was. The dealership gave me a time line on about how long it would take to do the job and they nailed it. The dealership in all departments are very professional. My next truck will be purchased at this dealership.

The owner of this dealership has earned my loyalty from the efforts to negotiate a fair deal no matter the circumstances to his effort to help my children under adverse situations. This kind of attention to his customers is a behavior that is sadly lost in 2022. Our family will be his customer as long as a man of that integrity is running that dealership. Five stars are well deserved

Done quickly and as requested. Only issue is that they would not accept a coupon from another dealer. They also did not wash my car, as other dealers always have.

I couldn't be happier right now. Ed Brocious was wonderful to me. We were able to talk on the phone, make a deal, and purchase my Trailblazer in less than 24 hours. Who does that? Well, Eddie did that for me. Thanks to him I now have the vehicle that I was looking for.

Great people to deal with. I was in town visiting family and the lifters went in my 2021 chevy and they got me in right away. Service manager (Dave) and the gentleman at the counter were very nice and professional. Thanks for taking care of the issue so fast. A+ service.

I went in for an oil change. They noticed that my inspection was coming up soon so they recommended that I get the inspection done while I was there to save another trip. They are courteous. They are efficient and I was on my way home in 45 minutes!! I like that they always give me a heads up when I will need to replace something soon. Especially tires because I have an SUV and that's a significant expense.

Everyone of your staff is always friendly and efficient. My car is leased and was in for an oil change, tire rotation, inspection, winterizing, etc... Everything was taken care of and I am very satisfied with Latrobe Chevrolet. My only comment is that when I purchased this car from Latrobe, my payment was $100 higher and a year longer in my lease (seemed to get a better deal at Star Greensburg Chevrolet but they had no cars that I was interested in when it was time to return my car in 2020. The other comment I have is that when you took your car for service it was always washed before you got it back!! Latrobe Chevrolet doesn t do that!! It is a nice perk!!that

First I made an appointment for 9 a.m., dropped it off at 8:45, never heard from anyone until 12 or 1, told him I would be up in little bit to get it. He never said it wasn't ready, I got there and they were just starting the oil change. I don't know if I will be back. There is no reason that it took so long for me to have oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic.

The Trax was there for an eval on the catalytic convertor to check for a warranty. The tech found a leak in the coolant system. We choose to have the repairs done with our guy. The fluid was very low, that's on me. I didn't know there was an issue. one would think that the tech guy would have added some or offered to. To his defense the invoice did say it was low.

I highly recommend, Ted Sonnie, Latrobe Auto Group dealership for your next vehicle needs. TED SONNIE, is great to work with along with being honest, patient, knowledgeable, not pushy. He will work with you, to get you into an affordable vehicle that suits your needs. He treated me like a friend and as family. I asked, Ted, how he got into the business. Ted Sonnie, replied, "I tried to buy a car and I couldn't get waited on. I thought, I could do better and I did. I am your friend in the car business." Indeed, 22 years he has been standing up to these standards and he won't do it anyway. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A "FRIEND" IN THE CAR BUSINESS, I SUGGEST YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH LATROBE AUTO GROUP, AND ASK FOR TED SONNIE. WHATEVER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, TED WILL FIND IT FOR YOU AND WORK ALONG ASIDE OF YOU TO MAKE IT WORRY FREE DECISION. P.S. I love my Chevy Traverse and so does my family. Even my son-in-law who is a strict Ford man and was afraid of Chevy Cooties.. thinks it's a good vehicle. You did nothing to repair my truck even though I bought extended warranty from you. The vehicle has a major safety issue and I have reported it to the NTSB. I was told the problem could be one of two things but they are both expensive. So nothing we could do. Guess what, the warranty you sold me was also very expensive! And you had the nerve to charge me a hundred dollars for doing nothing. You ll hear from me and my attorney again after this loss of power steering issue causes me to crash.

Sales representative was personable and knowledgeable, but when it came time to close the deal the original terms we discussed were not honored. The finance rep was very abrupt with assumptions around my accepting their financing and not willing (interested?) in discussing all the options I had been approved for to determine what was actually best for me. I'm disappointed in the bait-and-switch between the agreement to certain terms when the vehicle was ordered then those terms were blown off at delivery. When I tried to question why so much had been removed from the trade value it was a quick, canned response about tires and then quickly shuffled to the next pile of paperwork. I came to Latrobe from Jim Shorkey because I didn't want to deal with Shorkey's predatory hard-sell tactics, and Latrobe said they would match the deal I had with Shorkey (they did not). Should've just dealt with Shorkey.
