Do not consider purchasing from or having this place repair your wheels. Don't be deceived by the relatively high rating, if you look at most of the 5 star reviews, they are from people who sold this shop their wheels, but didn't get work done. Not an accurate measure as their quality as a shop.I brought them 4 wheels to do a color change on. Initially they told me it would be a couple days. This quickly stretched out to several weeks. They ended up having to refinish them 3 times because they kept screwing up! The first time they got the color completely wrong, and the second time the clear coat was lifting when I went to pick them up. These things were more or less forgivable (although annoying) as they tried to make it right. After the third attempt, they offered to drop the wheels off to me since I had already gone in to get them once (when I found the failed clear coat). Lo and behold, same problem again! At this point I told them I had enough and was taking the wheels somewhere else, frustrated at the wasted time and thankful I hadn't paid them yet.Then comes the real fun. I had asked them to mask off the part of the wheel that contacts the rotor, as this surface must be flat to prevent vibrations. I repeated this request multiple times and provided written instructions. Well, they forgot, which I noticed when I went to pick them up the first time. I told them to strip the coating off this surface. Well they did so with an angle grinder!!!!! Completely nuts that they would use such an aggressive process on such a critical surface like this. These guys have zero respect for your property and no interest in doing quality work. The mating surface of these wheels is no longer flat at all which can cause a ton of issues. Wheels are at a machine shop now, hopefully they can restore a good surface there. Because if not, then wheels America destroyed my wheels!!!!

I ordered 4 remanufactured Acura OEM wheels. WOW, they are beautiful and I ve already received several compliments on how sweet they look! The website clearly explained they where repaired and or remanufactured. I am extremely satisfied with the condition of the wheels and well worth the cost to upgrade my ride.

After some confusion as to whether they could match a color for powder coating, they told me if I bought the powder they could do the work. They told me which site to use and my rims turned out fantastic. I have taken rims here previously for repair and am always happy. Thanks again!

Good staff as far as accuracy on order and work is very well done with fanatical attention to detail and leaves no stone unturned.i would highly recommend as they are only people I will gone my wheels to!

This place is 5 stars around. It took me awhile to find it thanks to my GPS smh. Anyways I called in where one of the workers give me directions and was very patient with me. They really impressed me plus you can tell when your dealing with Professional and theses guys are every bit of that... Thanks Wheels America .... The rims are perfect...

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They had exactly what I needed in stock and got my tire mounted to my new wheel in about 10 minutes. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new wheel or a repair to their existing wheel. Thank you!

Don't trust these scam artists. They sell defective products. Returns are only offered at their discretion, so don't expect one. Buyer beware.

I submitted a request to potentially sell my old wheels and tires via their website almost 2 weeks ago. I received a response email saying they received my inquiry and someone would reach out to me. Didn't happen. Approximately a week later, I sent an email to see if more information was needed on my end. No reply or answer at all that time. I don't think it's professional for a business not to contact potential consumers or people attempting to conduct business with them.

Zena was so helpful and informative. She eased my mind for finding the right rim. I have to go to my tire guy to put on but this experience was worth the 5 stars!

Bought 4 wheels, been 3 months the one wheel I had to keep filling air. Tire shop identified the valve stem as the issue, went to replace and the hole is corroded. Sent picture to to replace my chipped wheels for my Ford escape per their request. Then they say it doesn't matter it is over the 30 day period. I had to fill air once in the 30 days, not exactly a sure sign something is wrong but I have filled it once every two weeks since then. They offered to repair the wheel and send it back to me - but not offer to send another wheel with a return label. I said if they want money or don't believe I will send the wheel back if they provided a loan then charge me and when you get it refund me, nope can't do that either. Some of the wheels have thin paint coating on the inner parts of the spokes, too. Wish I never did business with them.

My son's rim was broken. Lady who answered was very informative, professional and friendly. Prices are great.. Work is done in a very timely manner. Would def recommend!!

Sent me the wrong wheel and refused to take it back. I purchased a wheel from them on eBay and they sent me one with the wrong bolt circle. I didn't notice till I installed a new tire on it and tried to mount it. They acknowledged sending me the wrong rim but refused to help since it was beyond 30 days. The refuse to stand behind their sales and their mistakes. BTW, I see the response and this is a total lie.

Bought in two Acura rims, they did an excellent job. They had dents and horrendous curb rash and now the look brand new. Staff were extremely upbeat and friendly. Bringing my other two rims soon.

EXTREMELY PLEASED! Had a small issue with one of the wheels and Sadie at customer service was right there to assist quickly to resolve. EXCELLENT customer service! Great finished product. Will use again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Really a great experience! Had 4 OEM wheels from my Mercedes that I sold to Wheels America. They gave me the best price of the four companies I looked at with no hassle at all. As soon as I shipped them, Scott paid me...plus they paid the shipping! Good deal!

Was doing due diligence and got quotes from a few places for repair to my alloy wheel. Not sure if they just didn't want the work or what but for some reason they told me they couldn't repair my wheel, it was a minor repair of curb rash. No one else said they couldn't do it, and I did have it repaired elsewhere to good as new. Thanks for nothing!

I replaced the wheels on my 2011 BMW 335 and approached Wheels America if they might be interested in the original BMW wheels I removed. They said yes, provided me labels and I shipped them. Excellent experience, very please with my transaction. Also very please with the person at Wheels America, Scott Stretch. Very professional. Would highly recommend this company if you are interested in selling or buying wheels.

I saw on their website that they buy used OEM wheels, so I contacted them and sold my wheels. I was a little apprehensive about shipping them the wheels, and trusting them to send me a check once they were received, but it all worked out. Made it easy on me to sell my wheels, and I believed they offered me a reasonable price for them.

Exchanged two wheels for a reasonable price. The communication back and forth was phenomenal. They provided prepaid labels via email to print out according to what exact items you are shipping to them. Highly recommended if you want to get rid of unwanted wheels!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I came in with a damaged rim from debris I ran over on the highway. The vehicle belongs to my sister who was kind enough to allow me to use due to her car being better in horrible wheter conditions. Her car is also a lease which is currently up and needs to be returned bt tomorrow. I did not make an appointment and decided to just drop by. The gentleman at the front counter, Sam i believe was his name, made the experiance comfortable and easy. ( Being a female walking into any kind of shop without fully being knowledgeable about such repairs can be daunting at times); the nice fella that actually fixed the tire did so within two hours; I did not have to buy a new rim which was phenomenal for myself as well as my wallet.If i could leave more than 5 stars I would. Thanks again guys!!

wheel has an imperfection that is not insurance usable and was painted over top of and shipped. i called for a return label 3 times and was told "i will get to it and send it over" still waiting going on 3 weeks. don't recommend purchasing from here if you're a body shop

Stellar service! I ordered an absolutely pristine looking remanufactured wheel that I ended up having to return since I'd ordered the wrong size. Oops. A certain online auction website and payment processor collectively made it far more difficult than it should have been to process my refund. Mickey from their sales team went above and beyond to make sure I got my refund ASAP. Would definitely not hesitate to do business with them again, and if my previous experiences with potholes are to be trusted, I'll probably be buying another wheel soon.

I had recently bought a 2008 Volkswagen GTI. The rims had been plasti dipped in a white coating, before I bought the car, then that coating was removed. The wheels had lost their original finish and had some scratches. I didn't want to refurbish the wheels, as they were the detroit charcoal grey style, and I wanted the detroit machine black style I went ahead and bought the wheels I wanted, then tried to sell my original wheels for refurbishment. Wheels America gave me a fair price, that matched all competitors, sent me the shipping labels quickly, and paid me quickly through paypal. Very impressed with Scott and Wheels America. I would recommend Wheels America to anyone.

I sent pics of my stock rims, described the condition, received an offer, mailed my rims in and received a check all within about a week and a half. Great experience with Wheels America. Trustworthy company.
