Staff is friendly and they do amazing work. They fixed everything I had problems with as well as other problems I didn t realize I had. I would definitely bring my car back in the future

My car was at this location and within those 3 weeks the only thing that was supposedly fixed was the mainline to keep my car from running hot. 2 weeks in I called to check the status of my vehicle to be told that the same line has not been fixed but there are other hoses that needed to be replaced also. Week 3 still the only thing fixed is said hose. I took my vehicle from this location the car made it a block before I had to get a tow truck to take it to another location only to be told by another mechanic that the hose that they claim to have replace was never replaced. I asked Every time you call the gentleman that answers never have a clue says he'll call back a never does. the voicemail is full so you can't leave a message.

Very friendly and professional staff. Damien was great at keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. When there were complications with the service being performed (which were mostly out of the shop s control) Damien was very professional in his efforts to get any issues resolved and reach an outcome we were both happy with. He was also very patient with me calling the shop several times to ask questions and inquire on the status of my vehicle. When I went to finally pick my car up, everything looked great and the car was even cleaner then when I picked it up. Overall satisfied with the services performed and the customer service I was given. Keep up the good work.

So I called Monday morning for an estimated 2inch leveling installment. Ricky told me it would be 300 dollars just for leveling only(if i only wanted that). He also told me for a 2inch lift it would be around 600 just for a lift.(if i wanted that instead)I got the parts for 2inch leveling front and rear. The worker told me it would be roughly around 600.I drop the vehicle off on Thursday. I called the shop Friday to see if it was ready. Apparently it was ready and no one called. Also the cost was not recorded in the system so i was told they would call me back with the cost. I got a call from one of the shop mechanics saying it was 947 dollars. No where near the estimate i was told. I spoke to Ricky and his mechanic about this. Only thing Ricky said was it was just an estimate , no remorse or anything from him. His estimate was off substantial and so was his mechanic . Also they said that they couldn t do a proper wheel alignment but charged me for it anyway. I was also told my rear brake pads were worn down when prior my braking system was checked out and fine. I don t know how they got all these good reviews but it appears that they have bad business going on and overcharges seem to be unwarranted. And if they did meant well, they need to communicate there cost prior to the work a whole lot better. Also they did not give me the 10 percent discount. On the phone they said 947. I got to the shop guess what i paid 947.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I had an issue getting my headlight replace for 3 months back and fourth with the Dodge dealership which gave me the run around and was going to attempt to fix something that wasn't the issue. I took it here to Damian and had an amazing experience he actually checked to find the real issue, communicated everything going on, got the part and had a brand new working headlight within 24 hours. This shop is superb. I usually only write 1 liners but.... My car was with them for almost 2 weeks an as they problem solved to identify the problem. Another mechanic from a neighboring shop was brought in to diagnose the problem with my car as all avenues were null and void. There was a part needed that was discontinued and Chris called around tirelessly to dealers and other part manufacturers until it was identified. In addition to all of this, a warranty company was involved which can be time consuming. This shop is A 1 and are highly recommended as they are affordable, work tirelessly until satisfaction is received. Dameon did a detailed overall inspection of my car as I'm getting ready to sell it. He was knowledgeable, weighed out the pros and cons of the repairs with me, and gave an estimate that actually matched what ended up being the true cost.I followed him here from another shop, won't go to anyone else!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Driving home today it felt as if my brakes were slipping. I called The Works Automotive and they said to bring it the car right in. They said I needed brakes and rotors. Everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable. I was the about 2 hrs or less. While waiting I played pool. Yes they have a pool table. That is where I will be taking my car for all its needs.Service: Brake service & repair

I've brought my car here several times now and have no desire to bring it anywhere else. They do affordable and honest work and have gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule and car needs. Took my car to works auto the gentleman in there were fabulous. But one guy Ricky told me exactly what I needed for my vehicle and worked hard to get the parts. Great vibes..Fair on prices and service. Nice big shop and they are always willing to work on the hard jobs. most shops over charged for small fixes and parts but these guy are straight forward about the entire process.

Today i had the pleasure of dealing with Dameon, one if their master techs. Ive had a check engine light in and he ran the diagnostic. The codes were confusing to me but he seemed to know exactly what was wrong. He told me he heard a squeeking in the top of the motorand informed me my cam syncro was going out. He had the part in the next day and replaced it. For a more than fair price. No more squeeking or check wngine light. Went into the shop after being told I need a catalytic converter. One of the mechanics ran a diagnostics test to find I just had a faulty O2 sensor which saved me thousands of dollars.
