This shop is 5 star, 4 diamond! It s truly the Four Seasons of auto mechanic shops! I heard of Troy s auto mechanic shop from a family member then I saw his work on IG; still, I felt uncomfortable visiting the shop without a man present with me due to all the horror stories many women have heard and/or experienced with mechanics taking financial advantage. Well, not him! He was honest, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He literally took time to educate me about my vehicle. He also understood my anxiety about driving on the road thus ensuring to keep me abreast to any additional repairs I may need. Troy s customer service was so A1, I brought my husband back later after work so he could meet Troy and get his car repaired as well. I recommend this shop for all your car care needs. Thank you Troy for easing my anxiety about car repairs!

Troy just did a bunch of work on my van and killed it. Feels like a new van. I've never left a Google review for ay business, but he's a really good guy and did solid work at a fair price and the people need to know to go here. It's hard to find a trustworthy shop around Philly and I'm glad my friend (his old coworker) suggested him. Royel has me and my wife's business locked down.

Top quality repair service, knowledgable, and honest. Troy was very helpful with me to figure out what my car's issues were without taking my money to do anything that didn't need to be done. I would definitely recommend Royel Auto to anyone looking for a reliable auto mechanic!
