Awesome mechanic shop. Moved to the area about a year ago and was looking for a new mechanic to go to. I had a used car I purchased less than a year ago from a dealership, and I took it in for its first inspection. There were a few parts that had been replaced prior to my purchase, and they had been installed incorrectly and were malfunctioning. Small Town Auto redid the work correctly and gave me a great price. They even took the time to show me the parts that were damaged that they removed. Super trustworthy, extremely personable, and will get your car fixed for a great price. Definitely will keep coming back here!

I ve gone to him for last 3 years. Sent my colleagues (company down the road) and he is just an awesome honest mechanic. I just got inspected yesterday and oil change and had a broken filter. Lots of oil spilled and I dropped back off that night and left a voicemail when I drove when I drove past my wife s car the next morning he was already working on it and had it fixed for me before 11 AM. He apologized profusely, didn t charge me anything extra apologize nonstop but is just an honest awesome Guy highly recommends. I ll go there as long as I live in Lansdale, make it your mechanic!

I was in town visiting a friend and my vehicle had some weird sounds it was making so I looked around at the diagnosis fees of shops. I went to a few shops. Some wanted $50 to 80 just to take a peak at the car. They also stated they would need me to wait a few days to do so. Therefore I extended my trip so I could have them look at it. Although this was a high cost I was going to try to scrape up the money to pay them and not let this disturb the rest of the trip. One day while walking in town viewing the holiday cheer in town I came across this place and decided to ask them to view it. I told them I was in town just for a few more days and asked when they could view it. Rob mentioned he was booked but told me to drive the car over to hear the noise. I asked him the cost to view and he starred at me like I was crazy. He told me he would listen to it for no cost. He told me exactly what it was and how to prevent it from happening. Rob thanks so much again. I won't forget your kindness and just genuine willingness to want to help me. I will return if I am ever in the area. If you are in town or from out of town. Go here! It is rare you find guys like them. I also know why the customers were dropping Christmas gifts by why I was waiting! Cheers Small Town Auto of Landsdale PA!

I knew my car would need a lot of work to pass inspection. Rob quoted me a price and even though he found some additional work needed stuck to the price. We're new to PA and lucky to have found a great mechanic. Rob is courteous, takes time to explain everything, and is honest with his prices. He has always let us bring our cars in at the last minute and made time to take care of us. It's a nice little shop, too - beautifully renovated waiting room with TV and coffee.

I followed Rob, the owner, from his last place of employment and unless I move out of the area I will go to him forever for my car care. My entire family goes here as do friends I have referred. Rob is diligent, honest, caring, and so detailed oriented that he puts other car care specialists to shame. He will not let you drive your car off his lot until it is repaired correctly and safely. You drive the car HE would put his mother and nephews in: safe, properly fixed and at a price that won't kill you. I refuse to go anywhere else! Thanks, Rob, for your many years of service!

I inadvertently called Rob's shop not realizing that he recently took over the second location of my current mechanic. He was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Most of all, he listened to the problem and once we realized my mistake he remained accommodating and was not pushy or defensive. Good customer service goes a long way and is difficult to find these days. Thanks!

It's difficult finding an auto repair shop that not only is good at what they do but also fair and honest. You will find that perfect compliment here at STA. Not only are Rob and Jason great at what they do, but they also care about your wallet. I have been through plenty of mechanics in the past. These guys give a damn and if you care to know, will explain exactly what is going on and what they fixed. They will suggest work instead of just doing it and then charging you. Seriously consider leaving whoever you are with right now and giving these guys your business, you won't regret it.

My car was not starting so i called a tow truck and towed it here(good thing is that i did not have to go with my car, i just called Small town auto and they took care of that), my car got problems with A/C compressor and some more other fixes...I got a new compressor and some more other parts and all done with a great quality of work and great prices.I would definitely recommend to friends.

Rob & Jason are awesome! So friendly & informational. And they use an Enterprise service so you have a brand new car To drive while your car is being fixed! Never a bad experience here for 3+ years.

Went in for oil change got great service. They found mouse nest removed it cleaned area checked wire. Very thorough. Rob is kind and honest. Thank you

moved to the Lansdale area recently and needed a good local mechanic. based on other reviews, i decided to try them out. i was not disappointed. service was excellent, very friendly and trustworthy. explains very clearly what the issues are (if any) and what needs to be done to fix. i would definitely recommend trying them out. pricing is very fair.

This is a great garage. They are very fair and will tell you exactly what you need and don't need to service your vehicle. I've been taking my truck here for years and they really are the best in the area.
