TL;DR: I would NOT recommend this business for PPF (paint protection film); I cannot speak for their detailing service as I did not use them for that. Please get a written contract with this business.I made the unfortunate mistake of booking a PPF application and I have regretted it ever since.It was my mistake for not having a written contract with this business as they used a verbal contract against me with absolutely no written follow up, aftercare, or anything; they expect you to remember everything. I had made an appointment for PPF application during the winter (another big mistake) and after the work was done, I noticed bubbles and even a hair stuck underneath the film, which I mentioned to them and I was told to come back during the summer (but they argued that there was a 3 month warranty and a deadline of May). They also said that with hotter weather, the bubbles would settle, which they never did.I waited until August 2023 because I wanted to give a fair chance for the PPF to settle without contacting them, but it never improved and a rim of the debris has stuck to this exposed layer of glue that wasn't noticeable in the beginning. I attached pictures.I contacted them expressing my disapproval and it was a constant back & forth to, now, silence, which is incredibly upsetting. I requested a refund & they only provided a partial refund, citing that the verbal contract holds (again = 3 month warranty and deadline was May). I genuinely did not want to write such a negative review, but I have been met with no sort of communication to give me an update or anything.Ultimately, this business did not satisfy my expectations and I'll likely never get my money back.Service: Window tinting

Beating the proverbial dead horse with my review if you scan those of other customers, but the tandem of Leo (detailer) & Jess (scheduler/coordinator) was sensational.Leo restored the interior & exterior of my 2020 Elantra to assembly line condition. He was patient, accommodating, and timely with his communication and work, in addition to just being a stand up guy. Jess was efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable about the available services & costs.If you re skeptical about the small business look/feel of Prestige I encourage you to dismiss those notions and embrace it - you won t be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! Super easy to work with, they came and picked my car up from work first thing in the morning then had it back to me a little bit after lunch. Great prices and the inside of my car looks like i just drove it off the lot! My wife and I will be having our first child this month so we chose Prestige Car Detailing to clean the interior of her SUV. The accommodation was amazing from scheduling the service to receiving the car.Minutes after reaching out, I was able to set up a next day appointment. It was important for us to have the car properly clean and safe for our baby. Leo was kind enough to go over the products with us to make sure we were satisfied. A great feature that Prestige offers is to pick up and drop off the car when needed. The car was dropped off about 3 hours later to my wife's parking spot at home, she was very happy with how clean everything was, especially with our scent free request! At Prestige they go above and beyond.We will be back again after the baby makes his first mess

Excellent! Just purchased a used car and didn t look as good and after Leo detailed my car it looks new!! He is very fast, efficient and accommodating. He picked up my car and dropped it off at my work, offered a ride to work while he worked on my car. I cannot say enough good things about his work, definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get their car detailed! Easily the best detailing service I ve ever gotten. Customer service is top notch, and the quality of the work is fantastic. They even showed me spots where a previous detail shop left behind some compound.Before I dropped it off, my car had a dent and some scrapes and it is barely noticeable now. Also they got the interior really clean and it was super dirty when I took it in.Worth every penny and they really go the extra mile to make sure you get good service and quality results.I ll definitely be returning the next time I need my car detailed.

I've used Prestige twice for detail work and can confirm that this team is the real deal. Communication and service are top notch. I work at Ambler Yards office park, where they detail my car while I'm working. Very exciting to get the car back, as it feels and looks brand new. Bonus being that they cleaned and detailed my car seats at no extra charge. Exceeded my expectations both times. Leo was my detailer and highly recommend this team. Also, the price is very reasonable compared to others nearby.

Leo was so nice and even offered to take me back home after I dropped my car off at 8am. I called him Sunday afternoon he answered right away and any questions I had and I was able to get my car in Monday morning right away after someone threw up in my car. My car smells so clean and feels brand new again. All the throw up was completely gone and couldn t even tell it happened! Highly recommend this company! My mom booked her car after she saw mine and my sister is going to as well! Very satisfied!!!

My car is 9 yrs. old, has had very few washings and never been detailed. It came back looking like new. Beautiful job. Leo was very accommodating and customer service orientated. The service was fast, convenient, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Prestige Auto Detailing.

Leo and Francisco are two very hardworking guys who did an amazing job detailing my Honda CR-V. They answered my call, which was a big plus, and got my car in the same week...on a Sunday! My car is now spotless!! Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Customer service and scheduling was very easy. Got to chat with the detailer specifically to go over details on initial call. They pick up and drop off the car for service!Left my car parked in a parking garage for a week and when I returned it had a large rust/salt stain all over the hood. Detailer was able to remove stain completely and polish the entire outside of car.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Car waxing
