Partners towing responded to my MVA very quickly. They helped secure the accident scene to ensure I was safe. John and his daughter were courteous, kind and caring. After I went to retrieve my belongings from my car I forgot my EZ pass. Jon called to let me know they had it waiting for me. Thanks again for being there to help.

I have been going to Partner's Automotive for over a decade. Always prompt, friendly service. Repairs are always top notch! John and Michelle make you feel like family. I have never had a bad experience here. They are the only service shop I will use because I trust them and know my vehicles are in great hands.

Partner s auto we re professional and great customer service. They have towed our vehicles after a drunk drivers totaled both of our vehicles. John called the next day to check on my family. We highly recommend them.

I only trust my Mercedes to John and partners automotive! He s been nothing but upfront and honest from the beginning, over 10 years now. He s helped me with everything from a break job to a whole engine rebuild! The guy is easy to talk to and doesn t try to get me to do work I don t need like the dealerships I ve gone to in the past. Support local businesses and everybody wins! Thanks Again John!!!

John is the most sketchiest guys I ve ever met. My brother had his car towed by his shop, due to breaking his suspension. We went the next day to pick up the car and he kept trying to sell the idea the car is totaled and it needed a tonne of work on it. He offered to give us the towing service for free in exchange for giving him ownership of the car. The towing fee was $205, and the car is worth $3000. He had this unprofessional blonde lady that worked for him, and both of themkept trying to pursade me to take the deal. When I told him we ll just pay for the towing service, and take the car, he still kept telling me the car is worth zero dollars with the damage. I told him I would pay him via credit card, he told me he only accepts cash. Wonder why that is? In the end he accepted my credit card after an aggressive back and forth conversation.Stay away from these people, they re the biggest CON ARTISTS in Lansdale.

John and his team are great. I was involved in a 3 car accident, and they came to tow the cars. It was somewhat chaotic at the accident seen and was very concerned that all parties were ok and that our cars would be ok as well. We spoke the next morning and really put my mind at ease. No pressure, just solid advice on what he see's and what he recommends. He earned a customer for life and I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Partners Automive

Wow!I had the misfortune of using Partners when a woman ran a red light going 45mph and totaled my truck.Partners was called to remove the wreckage.When I reached out to John, he was so helpful and accommodating.When I was able to finally get to the tow yard, his daughter Michelle was right there waiting. She had already secured any valuable items that were in the truck and then helped me empty it out (as I suffered injuries)John had even called later that day to make sure it was ok to release the truck to the insurance company as they called asking about itHorrible nightmare and horrible way to meet John and Michelle, but some of the nicest people to deal with during a very stressful time.When I finally find a new truck, I will definitely look to John for maintenance and repairs

What great people to work with. I had a dead battery, they came to jump the battery, took it back to the garage to replace it and send me happily on my way. I have since used them for other issues and am completely satisfied with the work they did and suggestions for future maintenance.

Twice, when I was in a bind, Partners came through. They work with you and make it work, plus they are reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle there again.

Excellent service made one phone for a towing service they were there in 5minutes also had answers to what went wrong with my car & what needed to be fixed by noon when my car broke down at 9am.fast,efficient,caring & honest! You cannot go wrong with Partners!
