I started going to Murray s when I moved here a few years ago. My uncle referred me. Since then, Mike has truly taken care of me and my husband s vehicles. I personally have not had the best luck with my not-so-new SUV and have been a frequent customer at Murray s most recently. Every time I call them, I m usually frantic and nervous about what could be wrong with my car, but they are super helpful and accommodating with whatever needs to be completed. Murray s has excellent customer service and continues to help me out whenever I need it. I am so thankful to have such a reliable mechanic!

Murray s is the absolute best. They always have quick solutions at very fair prices. They are always so accommodating. My family has had 3 separate bad luck situations lately with tires, and they have been amazing in each with getting us back on the road. Couldn t recommend them enough

Easy to deal with, fair pricing for repairs and tires. We will be using them for our repairs in the future. Great customer service and after-sales support! One of my new tires that I purchased at Murrays 6 months ago, developed a slow leak that i could not find on the tire or rim using a spray bottle of water. I called Mike and he told me to bring it in right away. Once I got there Mike had his son pull the car into the garage to test for the leak. They ended up unmounting the tire, cleaning the bead of the rim and tire, resealing the valve stem, remounting and balancing the tire. They did not charge me, and had me in and out in 20 minutes! This is the type of old-time customer service you don't find anymore. I will keep getting my car serviced at Murrays.

Late yesterday morning I had a piece of debris take out my rear passenger tire. After getting home in the early afternoon I contacted a number of local shops, including Murray's. Not only was their price quote least expensive of those I got, they were the only ones who told me they could have it ready to install before the weekend so I asked them to order it.Today they let me know that the tire had arrived and they could perform the install after 1:00PM. I arrived at about 1:05 and they had everything ready to go within 30 minutes.Murrays has saved my butt again. I had a tire go flat on my way to work yesterday morning. I gave Murray's a call when I got in and was told they could have an exact replacement for my tire there in the afternoon. I told them that I probably wouldn't be able to get there until 30 minutes before they close, which they had no problem hearing. I ended up getting there with maybe 25 minutes to spare and they got right to work and turned around in about 20 minutes.

Murray's provided an honest estimate of the work needed to be done on my 2001 Impala. It needed a lot of work to pass inspection. After much contemplation I decided it would be less expensive than buying a new car. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick turnaround, providing the amount of work needed. Also, the total bill was lower than I had expected. Murray's has always provided me with quality and professional service. That's why I'm a loyal customer. And the loyalty extends both ways.

Everytime I need my car fixed I came here or if I need new tired. Mike and his family does a great job. Every place in town never does a good job. But Mike and his team make sure the job is right and at a reasonable price. My step-dad even wants to get his breaks done here. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! they keep deleting my reviews so basically total was $150 more than what was originally quoted and they didnt even call to let us know it would be more. everyday I notice something else they put back wrong or broke. my battery was not connected right, my suspension was loose and they broke my chair. I dont even understand how any of that happened. when we picked the car up it looked like they had been sleeping in the drivers seat. this place has no consideration for their customers. thats not even all of it but I dont feel like writing it out again. just dont go here.

Though the lady who answered the phone has room to improve her manner, the shop overall is very good. I went there for tires replacement. The technician said the front tires looked good and only the rear ones needed a change. I appreciate his honesty and efficiency in doing his work. It took him half an hour to finish the work and the price is very reasonable. I'm very satisfied and would recommend the shop to you.

I have been going to Murray s for YEARS! Since I got my first car at 16. I m now 31. They ve worked on all three of the cars I ve owned in my life and my parents go to them as well. They always do a great and thorough job and always fit me in when something unexpected happens! Murray's was very busy and shorthanded and they still checked my tire because I thought I had a screw in it. Luckily it was just a screw head and did not pierce my tire. No charge and they made sure the air pressure in all my tires was at the right pressure. They were awesome!

Had tires installed on my 2016 Corvette with aftermarket wheels. They did a great job and didn t scratch the wheels up. Very fast turnaround time. Reasonable pricing. Best of all they were honest. Will use them again!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL FOLKS!!!!! I desperately needed new tires on the front of my 2008 pickup truck back in December 2020. I called around to 7 different places, found Murray's on Google and called. Not only did Mike Murray get my tires and my truck in the next day, but same make and model tire that I had on the rear and LESS EXPENSIVE than the place I got the ones on the rear INSTALLED TOO!!! Mike, his wife Lisa and their son are very honest about what they do and they don't rob your wallet!!!! Had to come back in today for a few new issues (older truck still lots of original parts) but when I called Friday Mike was able to get me in immediately and everything is getting fixed today. Again, not breaking my bank account!!!! I will be leaving the area soon and wish I could take them all with me!! So hard to find quality work at extremely affordable prices and kindness all in one place anymore!!! God bless you Mike & Lisa and your family and business always just as you have blessed me!!!

Honesty, integrity and attention to detail!I was referred to Mike @ Murray s by a close friend when my previous mechanic ran into some health concerns and I was pleasantly surprised and extremely pleased with my experience here. My previous mechanic was not only a close friend, but a beyond gifted mechanic. So, needless to say the bar for Mike and his crew was set pretty high and I didn t expect to find another mechanic that I felt that piece of mind and trust with, but thanks to the awesome referral I DID and couldn t be more grateful for Mike and his crew. He gave me a very respectful and straightforward explanation of his initial diagnosis, informed me of a few things that he noticed but didn t necessitate immediate action and he didn t try to persuade me into any more parts or services than what my truck actually needed. And, the work that was done spoke for itself and it was obvious that it was done by skilled mechanics that take pride in their work. Thank you Mike and the Murray s staff for proving that there still are service centers out there that truly do have your best interest in mind and are more interested in the integrity of their name and developing long term customers than the dollar bill. I highly recommend this shop and will be using them for all of my family s automotive service needs in the future!

Our family car has 80,000 on it. Before setting out for a long road trip we relied on Murray's Tire and Automotive for: new set of tires, wheel alignment, change of fluids, and replacement of belts and hoses. I wanted to say how pleased I am with Murray's team. My mom and I own a crv, which my mom is unable to drive. I am the primary driver. About 4 yrs ago I needed tires and I have been looking everywhere for inexpensive ones. I am a teacher assistant and can't afford much. A co worker pointed me in the direction of Murray's because her husband used them. Well , they were phenomenal and worth the price. My tires were super bad off too. They really hooked me up. Now this is a place I go to regularly now for inspections. They are very understanding of our financial situation. They are very helpful, kind and courteous. I have never had any issues with them. Mike and Lisa were a great help. I came in for advice on tire damage. Mike was able to assess the damage and recommend me a new tire. The new tire came in within an hour and Mike changed it right then and there! The price for the new tire and installation was fair, no upcharging happening here. This was the fastest and best service I ve had so far. I will definitely be coming here again for any future car issues and recommending it to anyone in the area.

Murray's Tire and Automotive Center is great. Brought a used car in for Mike to inspect before I purchased it. The vehicle was being sold as is, but had a new inspection sticker. I needed to know what was wrong. Repair costs would have been well over $1200.00. It was a deal breaker. Mike explain everything that was wrong and cost of repair. Will be bringing the next car I'm interested in purchasing back to Murray's. I recommend this service to anyone thinking of purchasing a used vehicle.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable shop. I needed new tires for my Jeep while traveling for work from Fl, the were able to have the tires the next day and had installed them without an appointment in less than an hour! There is good reason why they have been in business since 1940 great customer service!!

Virus or no Virus, times are hard now but Murray's is the best. Work scheduled on line. Inspection and oil change done. Found one problem fixed and completed work at time promised. Clean, organized, professional, car repair service. Thank you Mike and Lisa wish I had found you years before.
