My tire blew out on the turnpike. I had a tow truck assist with the spare tire change. I immediately looked up the closest tire place and brought my vehicle to Mr. Tire Lansdale location. The customer service I received at this location was excellent! I would like to especially thank Mr. John for his expertise, attentiveness and knowledge. He had such a wonderful spirit and cares about his job as well as his customers. He most certainly adds top tier value to your team and organization. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! Thank you.

Service was done correctly However I had to wait from 730am Monday - 9am Tuesday for my car to have its transmission fluid changed. It's a 30m service. It shouldn't have taken 2 days. I was told it was "being worked on" at 130, but when I walked there at 3pm it hadn't even been put in the garage bay. (Edit) They told me at 5pm Monday that they waiting for the final test drive. It still wasn't ready til 9am the next day. That's 3.5 hours for a test drive.

I started going here a few months ago when my car's battery died right before Thanksgiving. The guys are great. I feel more like a friend than another customer and they do what they can to save me money.

I called for an oil change at 5:30pm (on a Friday) and they close at 7. The guy who answered was very nice and said he would do it if I came right there. I got there after 6 and he still happily took the car. It was done in about 15 mins, and he gave me a coupon I didn't know about. The only hesitation I have about any of it is that the paperwork states that they did a routine tire rotation and I don't know how they possibly could have in such a short time. Regardless, I was in and out in no time and the workers were friendly.

John was very nice. However, all 4 of my wheels were scratched during my new tire installation. Future more, the steering wheel was not set straight after the vehicle alignment. Do not recommend.

Brought my 2002 Jeep liberty in for new tires. Very happy with the tires. During my vehicles time in the shop there was some damage to the vehicle. They lifted my jeep by the pinch weld (which I can confirm because most vehicles tell you to attempt lifting by the pinch weld before lifting from the frame) and while lifting by the pinch weld broke my rocker panel on the driver side.Sales manager denied lifting by pinch weld even though there is clear marks that show thats where it was lifted. Would like to setup an appointment to get my rocker panels replaced free of charge or a discount on my payment from tires of $750.

The truck lift is in use all day. I was told I could wait around all day for my rotation and balance to be done. I mean, this could be done with manual jacks if we re really being creative here. I made an appointment days ago close to the shops opening time. I understand that they can t do anything about it, but at least have the courtesy to give your appointments a call before they drive all the way to your shop, when their appointment details note that they are waiting for the vehicle. Lack of professionalism.

Great place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was very clean and my car was clean when services were finished. Price for oil change was very reasonable.

Had issues with another tire shop and was able to make a next day appointment and got a better deal on a replacement tire. Staff was very helpful and polite, even found me a more economical solution for my car. Would use them again!

John at Mr. Tire in Lansdale, PA was so helpful. I was visiting from North Carolina and had a nail in my tire. He ordered my new tire and had me back on the road the next day. He was very professional. I highly recommend this business.

I was charged high milage synthetic oil and didn't even ask for it. I assumed conventional was going to be used. I was shocked once the bill came. I only have 31,000 miles on my car. My bill was over $80 for an oil change. When you hear stories about scams and rip offs this is the place they're talking about. They weren't always like this but doing backhanded deals isn't going to help long term profit. I need 4 tires and new brakes. I'm not even going bother to get a quote from them.

They did me right I had to get four tires moved over to four new rims these guys found the time to squeeze me right in I don't think I wanted 5 minutes well they took my car right back and proceeded to change all four tires and put them on the new rims I was a little cautious because the new rims were pretty expensive but I must say the did not put a mark on any of them they looked perfect thank you so much.

Was pleased to get an appointment on such short notice. Went for an oil change and they got me in and out. Things were explained well before work was performed. Manager at the time wasn't a real pleasant person. I just figured everyone has a bad day here and there. After I paid nothing was said. I thanked him for quick service a few times. He did not say thank you or have a good day...Nothing. I turned back to him and said "thank you goes a long way with a customer". He looked at me like an odd ball and still said nothing. Weird experience. Previous visits were just fine with friendly staff.

This is my third time getting my cars inspection done here. They called and said it would be around $1500 for the inspection so I gave them the go ahead. The next day I had to call right before they closed to find out where my car was, and the person said there had been a mishap with my brake light sensor while they were performing the inspection and it would need to be fixed but the part wouldn't be in until the next day. I told them I needed my car back so I would come and pay for the inspection and bring it back on my day off. I made the appointment for 9:30 AM because the person I spoke to said it would not take that long to fix. I called back before 1 PM since I hadn't heard from anyone and the person said they were getting to it shortly and it would be ready within the next two hours. I told them I needed it to be done as soon as possible because it's my only day off and they already had my car for 2 other days that week. After I picked up my car I noticed that my inspection stickers weren't updated. I also noticed my lug nut covers were in my cupholder. After I put them back on my tires I noticed one was missing on that tire and all of them were missing on another. I called and told them that I didn't get my inspection stickers and they told me to bring it by so I did. When I got there the person said I had to drive it for 100 miles before they could finish the inspection and give me the stickers. No one mentioned to me prior about having to bring my car back for a third time. I brought up the missing lug nut covers and was told they would order more but had never heard back from them about that either.I also wanna make a note that I was frustrated when I called about where my car was and gave attitude to a technician. When I came to get my car, I apologized and he told me that if I hadn't already paid for my inspection they would have charged me a little more for being an irate customer. I don't think that's something he should be telling a person who is paying for their services.Sad that I have to find somewhere else because this was within walking distance to my house and always did a great job in previous years.

I went in knowing I needed to replace my two front tires. Price was competitive but what I really liked was the low key knowledgeable approach of the gentleman who helped me. He seemed to know his business and was not pressuring me at all. He gave me what I needed and tried his best to get me in under my budget. I was concerned by reviews of the tires I chose but he assured me that I was fine and I am very happy with them after two weeks of driving. None of the issues mentioned are a problem and I am thrilled with the performance of my new tires.

The employee was super nice and easy to talk to and they were able yo squeeze me in on a short notice. The prices are very reasonable! I will most likely be coming here again!

Was looking for same day service for flat. Called up and the great customer service and experience began immediately with a clear and friendly greeting from Jerry. He greeted my needs with absolute confidence and assurance and I was on my way. He explained my options and offered me helpful deals on my upcoming needs. We agreed to do just the tire change, and I was coming back later in the day. Unexpected things happened as do with car repair and not getting into the specifics, Jerry showed me the kind of business he wants to run, and I am pleased to say he has earned a loyal customer today.

I would highly recommend this place for your vehicle needs. I brought my Equinox in for inspection. I was dropping it off the day before I had an appointment. I received a call from them later that day to tell you e they got it inspected already. I was thrilled they got it done z day earlier than expected. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be coming back here again in the future. Thank you so much to Jerry and his fellow employees at Mr Tire!
