Charged my credit card for an item on back order.They cancel your order without notifying anything.

I decided to contact the support to cancel my order before my order was shipped to me and Was then told by two different cold case support workers that my order was gonna get canceled and that I ll receive a refund.Never got the refund and my order was shipped to me a week later. Now I m stuck with a radiator that I don t need anymore. The support team lied.
