They did a great job on the part of my car they were supposed to fix....BUT put a dent on another part of my car and kept telling me they would fix it but they had to be passive aggressive about it.Clearly someone did it at a shop... There is a drill hole right directly behind the dentSo someone tried to fix it quickly but they failed. Thanks for nothing. .

Gerber repaired our Chevy Bolt after it was rear-ended. There was a over a month wait between brining the car in for an estimate and being able to bring it in for repair. They said we would automatically get updates Tuesdays and Thursdays, but we didn t get any and always had to call for updates. It took about 9 days to repair. When we got the car back, it looked fine cosmetically, but the blind spot sensors didn t function properly. This was obvious as soon as we drove it away, so should have been caught by their shop. We had to take the car back for the day, which became two, three, four with each day them telling us it would be done the next. They had the car another 8 days to just fix the issue with the sensors! Apparently they subcontract out to electronic shops for electrical work or something. The whole process from estimate to finish took TWO MONTHS. I m giving them 3 stars because in the end, after a whole lot of time and hassle, the car is good. However, they will not be our first choice for any future repairs, especially if anything electrical is involved!

11/28/2022 (Mon) - Review is based on my preliminary collision estimate appointment.I called and Jerry, who picked up the phone, was able to fit me in for the same day preliminary estimate appointment. And when I got there, I was greeted pleasantly by the desk associate and a random worker who was just walking by while I was filling out the paper work. And when I asked, he was not Jerry who I spoke on the phone. I was very surprised how friendly they were. And when Jerry came, he was very friendly as well and while doing his in-depth visual inspection, explained and answered all my questions in detail. And when he printed out the estimate, he again explained and answered all my concerns and questions. He was very professional and caring. From the time I arrived, I was out of there less than 30 mins. First time here and my first impression was pretty impressive. Thank you Jerry for your courtesy and professionalism.

I had my car fixed here twice and they did an excellent job however this last time I got it done in 2021 thru placed a hub cab order in and told me they would contact me when it came in. After many calls to the Lansdale location and many emails I still have not received it. Of course my car insurance paid for it but they have never attempted to call, email or provide me with the hub cab to this day. Terrible customer service!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

They sent me a reminder email that my vehicle was there a year ago and really all it did was remind me to write a bad review. The vehicle was there for weeks and not touched. I know because I had to keep going to get tools and parts out of it so I could work. The communication was what I thought to be the worst part of the experience because unless I called to harass them for answers, they didn't give anything. And even when I did, I rarely got anything more than a courteous blow off. But what is the worst part, by far, was the quality of work. The hood doesn't close right, they knew there was an ongoing issue with a sensor and didn't repair or even mention until I started it up and the check engine was on and then it had to go in to a real shop to get that repaired. To this day there is still a noise at 4000 rpm that didn't exist prior to the accident. For as long as it was there, and given the fact the insurance company would have paid for whatever, I don't know why this wasn't addressed.Clearly I've been in accidents before so I'm aware how at least an average experience should go. This was miserable.My biggest accident was going to this shop at the suggestion of my insurance company.

If you want the job done right at a fair price, this is the place to go.My wife ran into a deer a few years ago and tho the damage was small, we took it here and got a great job.Recently someone rear ended her new car and again we took the car to old forge body.They could not have done a better job and it was done quickly.Very professional people and a pleasure to deal with.

I've had my car there since 7/1/19 today is 7/16/19.11:20 am phone call still not finished painting!! I can pick up 717/19 afternoon. 17 days!!! I've never had to wait so long for any repairs prior to this! The first week took them 5 days to put the estimate in to the Insurance company! They had it on 7/3/19 didn't send it until 7/5/19. Not too impressive I might add. This was my 3rd time at this shop I've NEVER been so disappointed in my life experience at a body shop.The only thing they have going for them is they DO MATCH THE PAINT EXACT!! KEEP IN MIND PEOPLE YOUR TIME IS OF NO IMPORTANCE TO THEM!! Again 17 days I've waited!!Never again will find another body shop the NEXT TIME!! Yes and I told them so!!

If you want your car delayed over 2 weeks, your initial estimate increase by over $2,000 and like being yelled at by the General Manager, this is the place to go! All staff members I interacted with were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They're best response: "maybe you shouldn't have crashed your car."

My car won't be done until the end of the week. Emily has called me everyday to let me know the progress and how it's going. I will recommend Old Forge to everyone I know!! They are Awesome!!

My ONLY car is currently there. They ve had it for a month. I appreciate that they are repairing it after an accident (not at fault) but this is ridiculous. Just tell me what s going on. I need transportation.

Oh my God I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and expertise of Old Forge Collision Jerry in Lansdale PA they were so quick to get the job done effectively it looked like it was never even hit my vehicle got hit in the back and the bumper needs to be replaced these guys were fast efficient and very professional I would highly recommend Jerry is the manager and very easy to deal with one of the most professional experiences I've ever had so far with any business

After delaying my car for over a month and a couple terrible estimates the manager resorted to politics and stated that my car wasn't getting fixed because "You know. The whole thing with North Korea." Excuse me? Kia is from South Korea
