This company is highway robbery, my truck started shutting down this morning. So i sow their mechanic done fixing another truck. I went to him and ask is there anyway you can check my truck before you leave he didn't speak that much English language so he used Google translate and he said call the company first. I did understand that so I call the company and explain to them my truck started shutting down this morning so I ask before I call the towing truck may your mechanic check for me whats going with the truck. but they said I have to pay $150 for the road call + 2hrs minimum more than $600. I was willing to pay up to $200 just to check what was going on with the truck and if he says i can fix it. I wouldn't mind dealing with them. But $600 just to check the truck that is parked less than 10ft no thank.

Franco Fleet Services did an awesome job in repairing my Hub Seal leak, not only did I not have to wait long but technician did an amazing job with repair here in York, PA via roadside call. Definitely would recommend them for repairs!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Scheduled a road call, was told 60-90 minutes. After 3 hours waiting on the road nobody showed up. Tried to contact them many times just to be ignored. Called from another number, they answered, then put me on hold to hang up and not answer any calls again! NO CALL NO SHOW! Bit pricey, but we agreed to pay what they asked. How can you say that you will get there in 60-90 minutes, and never show up... DO NOT RECOMEND!

One star is simply too high for this service. I contacted them for a tire replacement on my trailer. The woman provided the tires she has one of which she identified as a Chinese tire. When asked what brand of Chinese tire she became frustrated stating she didn t know. She then stated, I don t know, you should go somewhere else. God! And hung up on me. I then tried to call back and was sent to voicemail. Very poor service.

I had my driver contact them to remove tire shreds from the back of the drum of my freightliner which the worker did without issue & respectfully. Once it was time for payment they contacted my driver via text asking for payment to be sent via zelle. A legitimate business with no debit or credit card options for payment. I immediately sent the zelle payment and sent screenshot of receipt. They claimed they didn t get it which was true due to the payment saying pending. They then contacted me telling me to contact zelle and see why it was pending as if it were me that could only pay via zelle ....when in all actuality they re a road side service in America 2021 that can t even accept debit or credit. In that same phone call when I told them they would just have to wait it out until it processed since that was their only payment option the lady said she would tell the driver to take my wheel back off and leave. A male then joined in saying he would instruct his employee to not only take the wheel back off and leave it there but also put the shreds that were removed back behind the hub ...he then told me to stop bullshiting and send proof of payment and they hung up on me. Absolutely zero professionalism. I had no issue paying and did so immediately and they treated me like I was failing to pay. It took for the driver to suggest I just send money to his personal cash app which I also did just to alleviate the situation and get my driver back on the road ASAP. As a veteran & a law enforcement officer but mostly as a paying customer I feel disrespected and urge any other veterans, law enforcement officers, and civilians to stay away if possible. Use the next company. This one is an absolute disgrace in the customer service field & just for the record I never write reviews but this was disgraceful customer service.Service: Tires

Called this mechanic out. Looked at truck Charged $450 and then stopped answering the phone. We just wanted to know what our next step is to getting the truck back on the road. Truck is still broke down. This company basically robbed us.
