Crash Champions made a bad situation almost pleasant. Courteous, friendly and professional.My car was sideswiped while parked.Lauren from Crash Champions made the necessary calls to work with my insurance company and had a rental car pick me up.My car was completed close to 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate.I d recommend Crash Champions to family, friends and coworkers.ThanksBob Dugan

I've used Crash Champions twice in the past year. Easy to deal with, rental car brought to the shop, Lauren extremely organized and she communicated daily. Excellent job on car.Everyone that works there are caring and nice. They exceeded my expectations in every category.

Lesson learned.People do not care about other people's problem seriously.Inspect your car at least 30 minutes before taking it back.Do not trust people.1. Somebody hit my car and Geico sent me to this repair.2. May 30th 4:48pm (they close at 5pm) My car was ready so I picked my car up.I didn't have enough time to inspect since I didn't want to hold them up. I trusted them and I do not know much about cars. * Which was a big mistake.3. May 30th 4:57pm I got home and my husband found multiple issues.Chips and scratches on the side mirror, paint defect, 2 seal issues and poorly installed wheel cover.I am attaching all the photos which are taken between 4:57pm~5:41pm the same day.4. I called the repair right before they are closed. I talked to the office lady about the issues.5. June 1st or the 2nd I went to the repair again and a mechanic checked all the issues.6. Waited the parts to come.7. July 5th 9:30am Visited again to drop my car.I am told that they are going to fix one seal and the front wheel cover only.8. I asked them to fix the side mirror, another seal and the paint also. But the manager (or whoever wears a black uniform) said I chipped the side mirror with my nail. Not sure if it is even possible.9. Their QC photo is not close enough to show small details.10. I asked the manager if he could go to my car to check again. He denied and yelled at me to leave his office. I denied. Insurance payed around $7000 to fix my car. I have right to get my car fixed.11. Manager left to talk to Geico.12. A mechanic came to me and he promised he would take care of all the issues. Thank you.13. July 6th 8:00am I picked my car up.14. Front wheel cover still doesn't fit perfectly but a mechanic explained that all the parts are OEM so it won't be perfect.I am leaving couple starts for the mechanic who took responsibility in the end and the friendly office lady.Mistakes can be made but it is your responsibility make it right.Do not push your mistakes to a customer.

Today would have been an absolute nightmare if it wasn t for the knowledgeable advocate working the front desk. We showed up expecting to drop off our car and head out with the rental but State Farm canceled our claim and didn t notify us. When she realized this resulted in a big predicament for us, she went above and beyond what the job calls for and she helped get us straightened out. My day was able to go uninterrupted due to her response to our situation. Thank you so much to the blonde woman at the front desk whose name I failed to get!

I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs their car fixed. I had a car accident and they were able to get my car fixed quickly and efficiently. The customer service was amazing, especially Lauren. Lauren is a legend, she is so so so nice and helpful. She was always available to answer my questions and kept us updated on the status of our car. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and I would definitely use Crash Champions again. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place: I should have read the google reviews prior to giving this place my business. My insurance company directed me to the place. I was rear ended in Dec 2022, nasty body damage and my alignment was off. I got my truck back and everything seemed ok. I brought it back a week later because I thought my bed was loose and I heard squeaking. The looked and said nothing was wrong. Six months later my alignment was out again so I took it to my mechanic thinking it was a regular issue. My mechanic right away asked if I was ever rear ended and point out that my rear axel had noticeable damage. After bringing it back to Crash Champions they sent it to their automotive shop who miraculously couldn't find any damage relating the only collision my truck was ever in, yet they gave me an estimate for $5500.00 stating I needed a new rear axle..What a shock! I brought it to my mechanic and he was able to find that my rear track bar was bent and that there's damage on my rear axel right where I was hit. Now I see that this is the M.O of crash champions, they claim to guarantee their work for a year but never own up to it being their mistake and they turn you away. Their receptionist was mostly pleasant to deal with until I confronted her with this fraudulent activity and she slammed the phone down...Five minutes later her manager called and stated in summary that this is not their problem but it's between me and my insurance company (shifting the blame).I hope this review will deter anyone else from being taken advantage of by this place. Do your homework on body shops.

I decided to write a review now even though I took my car here a number of months ago. I needed to have the convertible top removed and reinstalled due to an issue with the molding. They took the car to a convertible place in Abington who did a great job on the convertible top. Crash Champions only needed to repair the fuel door. My insurance paid them to do pdr and repaint the fuel door. In the end the color matched but they left a big clear coat drip. The stupid thing was they could have ordered a new fuel door and painted it for less money than doing pdr to the existing one. They refused to repair the large clear coat drip and I did not understand considering they guarantee their work. In the end I took the car to another Crash Champions who ordered a new fuel door and painted it and it came out great.Service: Painting

STAY AWAY. Took my car in for repairs after an accident. Repairs were complete, but then found two issues afterward that they definitely caused. Of course, when I brought this to their attention, their response was that wasn t us! We didn t touch that part Suuuuure.Anyway, I then had to pay about 400 bucks elsewhere to repair the damage they caused. Do not recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Highly recommended!I went here to get minor damage (still very costly because of the headlight and calibration) that was done to my Mach E when a deer decided to walk into our lane on a highway.The service was great and they kept me informed throughout the process even though it was Thanksgiving week. Every employee there was super nice and listened to my concerns.They completed the work before the date they estimated, which I was thankful for since I did not like my rental.I hope to not have to use them again, but I would definitely go back if I am in need of their services again.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Absolutely amazing experience! Duke went over and beyond fixing my car. I have never had any body work done before, (hopefully I don t need to again) but if I do I will most definitely always be a customer here! All of the Staff was so friendly, work is efficient and done in a timely matter, and all of that for such a reasonable price! We took our car to Crash Champions for repair following an accident at the suggestion of our insurance company. They were able to get us in to the shop in a reasonable time and the results were excellent. The vehicle looks brand new and the process with our insurance company was smooth. Highly recommend for autobody work as they did a great job and came through faster than any other repair center!Service: Painting

This place has great customer service. The representatives are very knowledgeable and related to me and what I was going through after my car accident. Then when my tint got scraped during repair of my door the company paid for tint to get done over on the door that was repaired with no hassle. I had and overall great customer satisfaction. very very nice people. they went out of their way to help me. My car got fixed a week before promised time. Even during the holiday, they performed a superb job. Very customer oriented. Took my car to Crash Champions after it sustained some minor body damage that also required painting. I got an estimate first, and I also got an estimate from someone I knew and who was not affiliated with my insurance - both estimates practically identical. Crash Champions did a great job on the repair, and they returned my car cleaner to me (inside and out) than when I dropped it off. Communication was great and everyone I dealt with there was very nice. Very pleased. I have no reason to not recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The folks at Crash Champions were extremely professional and fast in their service of my vehicle. I required a repair after driving into/over some wreckage that blew directly into my car s path.They clearly communicated when I could bring the car in for repair and, once in for repair, they communicated every step of the way in regard to what was happening and the estimated time.They exceeded the time frame originally given, getting my car back to me 1 week sooner. The work itself looks amazing!
