Shoutout to Derek for handling a seamless experience for a first-time customer.The team here completed a 4 corner brake rotor/pad install, brake fluid flush, and E-brake cable adjustment with ease. Special attention was needed on some dry guide pins, which they didn t give me grief about.I greatly appreciated their clear communication when making the appointment, their thorough & careful service, along with the quick turnaround.Thanks for the peace of mind & honest work.I will be back here for future appointments.

Went and got my oil changed today! Amazing service from Jayden (I hope I spelt it right)! Friendly, fast and informative! Even helped me out with a free tire rotation and maintenance check! Highly recommend! Definitely get in while you can, he s only here for a limited time, normally works at king of Prussia location. Thank you again Jayden!

Have gone here for inspections and oil changes and have found them to be great. They re quick and friendly, and they often have availability whenever I need work done.

Fast, friendly and efficient service! I was thrilled with the service I received! The mechanic was able to answer all of my questions in a way I could actually understand (I know nothing about cars)! My boys enjoyed watching the guys work on my truck and the manager was very engaging with them too.Price was fair, services was great and quality work!

Very impressed. Had a tire issue and called six other places, none willing to take a look. CJ's, despite having a full client roster, told me to come down immediately. Staff was friendly, warm and straightforward. I have a distrust in most other places I've gone to (dealer, Pep Boys), but for the first time I ever, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. I'll be coming back for service here for sure. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with the service from here. First off, the phone call and booking the appointment were a breeze. Brandon was super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I did a night drop, and my services were done within a half hour of them opening. The checkout process was super fast and simple, and they were so friendly and helpful the entire time. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends and coming back here myself when I need to!

I scheduled a service at this location two weeks ago, and waited for two weeks so I can get the work done within the particular time window. It was very unfortunate however not to be able to get the work done because of very poor customer service and ignorance. My approach is, you give me a date and a time, I will be there on time, but I expect the same from you, to deliver on the service. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

CJ's Tire and Automotive informed me of several new tire options, and all the benefits and pricing of the choices. Treated me fairly and honestly, and they did not do any unnecessary or extra work. I selected all new tires for two of our 3 cars that same week. Very satisfied overall with CJ's.

I am so glad to have found this shop! The manager is kind and helpful and accommodating. I went in with a nail in my tire that couldn t be patched, and I was in out quickly without spending an arm and a leg. My husband brought his car there for inspection and also had a top notch experience. We will definitely continue to bring our cars to CJ s!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had an ANY business, ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never recommend anyone take their car to this place for anything! I am not the kind of person to leave reviews, but I feel the responsibility to share my experience and hopefully discourage others from potentially being taken advantage of.Took my car in to get spark plugs changed. They wanted $300, which I knew was too much, but my car wasn't running right and so I decided to do it anyway as it was kind of an emergency.Sat there for nearly 3 hours for them to finally tell me they broke a spark plug and needed more time to try to remove it. So, I drove in with a working car and now I have to get a ride home and arrange for rides to and from work for the next few days as this is my only vehicle.2 days later they call me and tell me they give up trying to remove it and will now need $1,800 for a new head! To which, of course, I said absolutely not! I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing!The next day I go in and figure out a way for them to get the car outside so I can have the vehicle towed away by my uncle, with my engine in pieces. I pick up my key and leave. They then call me 20 minutes before closing and tell me they actually need the key to put it into neutral to push it out of the garage. Obviously, I was not able to get there in time.So, I arrive there shortly after opening the next day to give them the key to move my car. THEN they tell me, actually they can't put the car into neutral at all because the engine is apart and basically, it's my fault because I didn't want them to put it back together. Even though it was agreed that it would be entirely possible to keep the engine apart and still be able to move it and they would have the car outside ready to go with no problem. They offer me no advice, no help, no apologies. They did not take any responsibility at all the entire time. Trying to blame anyone but themselves.I finally arrange for AAA to tow the car right then and there and the tow truck driver was able to get it into neutral as soon as he got there and thankfully remove my car from this horrible and incompetent establishment.The car was towed to my Uncle's house, who is not an "official" mechanic, but clearly much more capable than whoever they have working on cars at CJ's. He was able to get the broken spark plug out in, I quote, the time it took him to drink one beer. When they apparently "worked on it for 2 days straight" and couldn't remove it.CJ's is completely incompetent and unprofessional, trying to scam vulnerable people clearly. To have the gal to try and charge me nearly two thousand dollars for something that was entirely their fault and apparently very fixable, is absolutely disgusting. And to never once take accountability for their screw up is horrible! I cannot stress enough to NOT go to this place!Try Bob's in Lansdale instead! That was the tow truck company that helped tow my car, and just from the short interaction I had with the driver, they seem to be much more knowledgeable and professional than these people!I have learned a very valuable lesson to do much better research on auto mechanics and explore my options better. And hopefully they learned a lesson to maybe just stick to tires.

What a great experience!It was so refreshing to take my car to a shop that understood the value of time and didn t talk at me but took the time to explain exactly what they were doing to repair my tire (gigantic nail in my tire).We popped in after picking up my oldest from school and we were in and out within 30 minutes.I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of mechanical services.

Their manager Jadon is very friendly. He gives updates in timely manner. They did a good job changing my tires. Price is competitive. No other hidden charges. Except for the charges Uncle Sam gets in most items/services.

Originally had an issue with another location. This location looked at after a Mr White, was suppose to look into my issue with the fairless hills locations. It s been 2 weeks of hearing I ll get a call back. Extremely unprofessional. My original review of 1/5 stars was not for this location, but looks like the location doesn t matter. I will have this issue dealt with sooner than later.DO NOT GET ALIGNMENTS done here. Their techs DO NOT KNOW what they are doing! My steering wheel locked and ended up costing me over 1000$ in repairs. They refused to take blame for any of it.ORIGINAL REVIEWThis shop was great until they weren t. I got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Following that when I left the steering wheel was off Center and eventually my steering wheel locked into the right side and my clock spring was apparently broken. I have yet to get any support from the staff infact , Dalton, one of the managers had the nerve to yell at me when I told him what the mechanic at another shop had said about a faulty alignment. I spoke to the regional manager Kevin Jeffers and they refuse to take any fault. The clockspring is $600 alone before labor. At this point I will contact corporate.

The CJs team in Lansdale has been great and very easy to work with! I just popped in for an oil change today and they were able to fit me in on top of getting everything done quickly. I also used them for some new tires about a month ago. They were helpful with available options for my SUV as well as letting me know recommendations. They don't push you into anything but offer options to help decide on what's best for your vehicle. They have a great team in place there, prices are reasonable and I love that they are local to us!

CJ s has proven to be a great place to go for all sort of car repairs. I have purchased tires, had new brakes installed, oil changes, inspections and more. CJ s staff is friendly and willing to help in a pinch. The service is fairly priced. I am sure they offer a better value than the dealer I have used in the past. I highly recommend that you give CJ s a chance. Perhaps you will become a regular like me.

Bought a couple set of tires here for different cars and had a great experience both times. Was hesitant to buy the tire protection plan but turned out it was well worth it. We had had two tires replaced and a flat repair already and the experience was quick and painless. Jadon and his team were very professional and courteous. Prices are fair and the waiting room and shop are clean and comfortable also. Highly recommend CJs Tire in Lansdale.

Awesome establishment. The technicians we're knowledgeable, the manager was friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend. My tires were ordered, delivered the next day, serviced in about an hour. Super job!

Staff was very nice. I was told by another place I needed brake pads and a drum. CJs checked things out for me and my brakes and drums were fine. I actually just needed 2 tires which was way cheaper than replacing the brakes and drums. Thanks guys. I highly recommend them for their honesty. I definitely trust them with my repairs and trust their opinions.

Lansdale CJ s did an outstanding job for me. I stopped by to confirm an appointment and make sure my tires had been delivered.I noticed all the bays were empty and asked if they could put them on now. It was 15 minutes to closing but they pulled the car in and did the job right away - way above and beyond what was necessary.I will be back!

Friendly staff and work is done properly. Got an oil change and tires from here before. Both were reasonably priced. They re not pushy salespeople like other mechanics. Definitely recommend.

Awesome service! I ve been taking my fleet vehicle there for over a year, and recently took my personal vehicle there as well. Very professional and very quick turnaround time. Definitely will continue to use them and recommend them to people.

Made an appointment a week in advance online for a car inspection. Recieved confirmation. I arrive and the opener was late opening the building and staff were waiting outside.After checking in, I was told inspections aren't done on weekends as they don't schedule mechanics on weekends Only tire sales.A complete waste of time. Not listed on their site or signage in building indicating this. A phone call would have been nice

I brought my vehicle in to have tires replaced. The entire team was respectful, courteous and finished my car in an expeditious manner. Their attention to detail ensuring my car's safety was stellar. They have set a new bar for excellence. I will continue to bring all my family's vehicles to this location for future work.

We moved here a few months ago and have taken our cars over there a few times and they have always been nothing but amazing. I ve had to take my 4 kids with me and they would talk and good off with my 2 year old, when they could. I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else then here. Best customer service and goes beyond the normal to make you feel at ease and like family. Dalton and his team are truly the best of the best!!!
