Back in April 2023 my car, a $100,000 BMW broke down in lansdale and needed to be towed to Thompson BMW through AAA. When I picked up the car 5 days later I noticed damage to the front bumper. Neither bob s towing, Thompson BMW or AAA would take responsibility for this damage and pay for repairs which totaled $2,200.00. I think that is very irresponsible of all three businesses and I advise you to be very careful when using any of these three rip off businesses. They are definitely not looking out for your best interest!

I had to call AAA to have my car towed to Easton where i purchased it. Jason M was my driver and he was great! Arrived quickly, very friendly and i felt at ease the entire time. Was like riding up there with a friend. Would highly recommend these guys if you ever need anything car or AAA related!

My battery died so called up AAA and Rick from Bobs Auto Clinic came and saved my car! Not only was he friendly and efficient, he was the only person from AAA to ever inspect my actual Volvo battery in the back trunk, not just charging under the hood, and diagnosed the wrong battery had been installed from another shop 18 months ago. This was an issue two different mechanics failed to notice and I ve been really concerned about how often my battery dies, and Rick was able to fix it in about 20 minutes! Thank you for understanding my car better than the Volvo dealership!!

I had blown a tire driving on 476 the day after Christmas and after making a few calls and feeling a little defeated, a nice gentleman pulled over in a bob s tow truck to make sure I was okay and helped me swap out my tire to my donut. He had no idea I had just pulled over about ten mins prior and just got off the phone, he showed up at the right place at the right time he was literally my knight in shining yellow vest. I felt bad I couldn t tip him more money but I hope that man gets everything he wants and needs out of life and more.

Bill was an absolute godsend. When the recent cold temps drained my battery and left me sitting along Main Street, Bill was there. He did his best to get from where he was at the time to me in a timely fashion so I was able to get my car started, get warm and make it home safely.

AAA dispatched a vehicle from Bob's, when my car would not start in a local parking garage, as I discovered when I came home from work. The driver arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed a battery problem (based on the age of the battery), and I was on my way within an hour. I truly appreciated not only the prompt response - I had a major work obligation later in the day - but also efficiency of Bob's staff, in finding my vehicle in the garage (rather than on an easily identifiable street)Service: Battery

I had to call AAA to place a spare on my tire that had a screw in wheel. The technician told me no need to replace, as a plug will hold even though it was closer to the edge, seeing the newer construction of the tires. It saved me $400 on the tire service I had just placed for the following day.

After waiting for 4 hours for a battery charge, the driver showed up, didn t greet me when I said hi and was on his phone saying he was dealing with another service.His name is Serif U. Very rude and not helpful whatsoever. Same goes for their dispatch person Diane. Couldn t give me any answers about anything. Use Forge Gate they are much better.

Used them for a tow service. John, the driver was awesome. Highly recommend them if you need a towel.

I'll definitely give this shop the highest rating I could. I called AAA for a tow service a couple times these days. Each time it was Bob's who sent trucks to help me. The thing I like the best is the wait time being extremely short. They all came very on time which was very important. All the drivers I encountered were very nice guys, professional and helpful. Very well done, Bob's!

I had called Triple A and they sent a man named Jason out to help me get my key out of my car from this shop. This man got my key out within SECONDS. He was super friendly and he did just an amazing service. Go Jason! If you get this man, you are in GREAT care! I don t call back to leave people reviews so THIS was big for me to go back and call triple A.Service: Auto maintenance

We needed to get towed and Bob's came out via our AAA Roadside Assistance. Two stars rather than one because someone from the shop called and confirmed our driver was on the way, which was reassuring as we were in a tough situation. The driver arrived and immediately had an attitude and was sarcastic and disrespectful to me when I asked about details about our towing situation and destination. I'm sure a tow truck driver deals with upset people all the time (unexpectedly needing to be towed is quite stressful), but as upsetting as the situation was, I showed the driver (whose name I won't mention) respect and did not deserve his attitude.If you're reading this after calling AAA, call them back and request a different company (I didn't know that was an option until after we were out of the situation). I'm sure you'll find more support without the attitude elsewhere.

I came out to a dead battery the other morning and called AAA. Nicole from Bob s Auto was there in 15 minutes, and left 25 minutes later after replacing my battery. She took the old one away, and I got a 6 year warranty. Couldn t have been easier or more pleasant. Great job everyone.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Bob's is a great place. Always Honest and does a great job taking care of your car. I have been using Bob's for all 3 of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Price is cheap on some work and some are fairly priced.Thanks for the all the hard work.

Recently my car had broken down while driving it. I had called triple A for assistance which turned into a towing situation. I don t remember the name of my driver but I was extremely pleased with his service, conversation, and insight on cars. Who ever my driver was thank you for being so kind and helpful to me enjoy your retirement in Florida! -The VW girl

We called AAA for a tow on a exotic car on Wednesday evening. After companies refusing to tow this car AAA was able to get Bobs Auto clinic to do the tow. We had Bill as our tow guy. This guy was amazing he stuck with the job and wasn't going to give up. Had he given up the car would have been either stolen or pieced out by the drug addicts. Bill has the biggest heart and understands life, and what people are going through. I had never even heard of this company before but now they have any business I can give them. I am also going to be telling everyone I know how great Bill at Bobs Auto clinic is. Being a hairdresser I talk to a lot of people. Bill you were a god sent and we all appreciate how hard and how determined you are. You have clients for life when we call AAA we are going to request Bobs Auto Clinic. Thanks the yellow Ferrari gang.

I recently called AAA because my car wouldn't start and Ben from Bob's Auto was sent out. When Ben called to let me know he was 10 minutes out, I explained that I wasn't with the car but that my mom, who has dementia, would be there and that she should be fine but might be a little confused. He put me at ease about talking with her and related with me as he'd experienced dementia in his family. I then went on to explain all of my theories as to what might be wrong with the car as he listened patiently. He called me after he got the car running, let me know exactly what he told my mom and confirmed my suspicions about the problem. He was sweet, considerate and highly professional. I was so grateful for the peace of mind he gave me in what could have been a stressful situation. If I weren't moving away from the area, and based on reading other reviews, I'd use Bob's Auto Clinic for my auto needs in a heartbeat.Thank you!

Great service! I needed a towing really late at night in the cold and most places were closed. Finally called these guys and a guy named John came picked me up. Waiting time was very accurate and the price they quoted was very fair. First 5 miles $70 flat + $4/mile. The guy was super friendly no nonsense and straight forward. Highly recommended.

Called this place up after my car had a coolant leak and was overheating and they had a tow truck out at my house in under 5 minutes to pick up my car. They got everything I needed done in 2 days and i am very happy with the quickness that they got done they are also very professional and nice people to deal with would highly recommend them.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

My battery died after a very long day at work. I called AAA and they started their process. AAA said some one would be out in 45 minutes. Rick, from Bob's, was here in less than 10 minutes. It's hard to find an honest mechanic you can trust Bob's Auto Clinic is definitely that. Bob himself handles all the customers and makes you feel like you're a part of the family. 24-hour towing mechanical state inspection and a full body shop.

My experience with this place was nothing short of a nightmare! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I am a member of AAA and they mistakenly used this place to book a tow. They said they would be there in an hour and didn't show up for two hours! Then they finally called me and said they were outside (even though they were supposed to call me when they were getting close, not when they were already here.) I told them I would be out in 5 minutes as i was in the restroom. When I got outside they had already left! It had been 6 minutes! So I immediately called them and they said they went to get gas. They said they will definitely be back "within the hour" but an hour came and went and they never showed up. So I called again, multiple times, and they refused to pickup! They completely screwed me over and left me broken down FOR FIVE HOURS! If this place treats people like me like this, imagine how they will treat you! STAY AWAY!!!

Had a flat tire. Called AAA and Bob's Auto Clinic responded promptly. Jake (I think that was his name) was very polite and quick. It was bitterly cold. He insisted that I stay inside the car. I would recommend them if you need roadside assistance.

Took truck in for check engine light. 70.00 to run a diagnostic. 180.00 to remove 2 cylinders and put back on. Called to say he didn't have the tool to remove the sparks plugs couldnt fix the truck unless he could hold onto it for 8 weeks. Was able to return the flashlight left in the engine from the last 1200.00 repair. 271.00 to tell me he couldnt fix it. Truck sat in lot for 3 days. Last repair took 4 weeks. This guy is a crook.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Another mechanic in the area wanted to charge me about $4000 in repairs to fix a couple of leaks, I went for a second opinion to Bob's and they were able to fix everything that day and for about $400! 100% would recommend them, absolutely saved me my annual heating oil costs by going there. Quoted for a tow about 9.7 miles away and new brake lines. Fair price. Better than places I've called. Bob is a respectable employer who has good mechanics that know what they are talking about with him. Bout to use him again like literally right this second.

I reached out to AAA for my flat tire and Bob's sent out John who changed it in a jiffy. They were so helpful in repairing it and helped me with oil change as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Had a dead battery on Christmas eve. Called AAA and Rick was dispatched to me. He was there within 15 minutes and saved the day. Very professional, courteous, and helpful.
