At Bergey's collision the staff is very helpful and professional. They checked out the damage to car and total the car. The car was stolen and wreck. Good place to take your car if you had an accident.

It was a great experience. They were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was helpful with Enterprise car rental, who they work with. The repair was done well ,no complaints.

Hi this was my secondTime coming to this place first time I ve dealt with chuck great guy. second time around dealt with other employees they repair myRear bumper ok work, that fact that they ran my car for 10 miles is unexplainable Also they disconnected my dash cam was also unexplained not to mention I can t find my insurance card nor my registration just be careful if you come to this location remember to take notes of everything thing. I will be contacting the general manager about this incident.

I strongly do not recommend this body shop...I got my MKZ repaired a rear bumper from this shop, and they fixed it very badly.On right side, the bumper is misaligned and there is a huge gap between a trunk and bumper.I'll post pictures and please compare two different sides.The worst part is they asked me fit my schedule to their schedule, because they don't have a loaner this week.There is an Enterprise across a street and they are a business partner of this shop.Simply put, they just don't want to spend money.I plan to sell my car in a few days, my schedule is very limited.If I newly make an appointment for repairing, I will definitely drop off car based on their schedule.Service: Body & Trim

They did an amazing job fixing my truck bed and rear door. Super friendly staff, and they did a full interior & exterior detail which was a complete surprise. I highly recommend them for auto body and paint repair.

I had a wonderful experience. Was my first time hitting a deer and having to go through insurance. The ladies at the front held my hand through the whole process. They even made sure I got my car back in time for my brothers wedding. With over $6k in damages I had my car fixed and back in my possession in less than 10 business days looking good as new. Thank you!!

Very use collision is absolutely the greatest. I was in a car accident and they fixed my car in a pretty decent amount of time and it's looking and running like brand new I am so happy I can't even say enough about bergey's in general I bought my car from Burgess Chevy I have on my service down there and now my collision work and they are just wonderful all the way around highly highly highly recommend Thank you guys

My car door was banged up from me scraping it against my garage. With my insurance, Bergey s did an excellent job with the repair. The estimated time was exactly how long it took. I received emails throughout the process on how my car was doing and even a phone call letting me know they had to remove some bumper stickers for the paint job.Service: Body & Trim

I m giving them a 2 star because overall the repairs were done well however attention to detail is extremely lacking. The first time I used them I pick up my van and the sliding door was not lined up properly and my engine wouldn t start. They fixed those things but I had to wait 1.5 hours. Second time I used them I pick up my van and the check engine light is on and some error message showing and now I m waiting for them to correct that. In addition both times my car was very dirty inside. I would have expected them to detail my car as a way of going above and beyond but they did not. I won t use them again or recommend them.

The people who work here will really, really take care of you. I came in for a comprehensive claim due to damage on my headlamp, during a very busy period of my life between work, school, and family commitments.They did a fantastic job at giving an appropriate estimate of the work needed and helping me execute the claims process. They were beyond understanding and helpful with the entire claims, repair, and pickup process, keeping me informed step-by-step and always remembering the humanity in their service. And of course, the repair work itself looked and functioned fantastically and has held up wonderfully since. I enthusiastically recommend Bergey's Collision Centers!

They don t stand by the product they sell, I purchased a wheel and tire protection , had a bubble in the tire , they replaced but would not honor to replace bent rims from pot hole damage because they still hold air . But the vibration doesn t concern them . Breach of contract, at time of purchase it was told to me any damage from pot holes excludescosmetic damage, this is structural damage and they will not honor , thieves

The Bergey s team was very professional throughout, from providing the estimate to completing the work ahead of their original estimated schedule. Bergey s not only repaired the dent in my truck, but they cleaned the exterior and interior of the truck. The truck looked great and they made the body-work repair process straight forward and easy.

I have had a terrible experience with this place. My vehicle was in for an insurance job - approx. 11K worth of damage to the rear. Apparently insurance jobs mean find the cheapest replacement parts possible, slap them together with no attention to detail, and act totally un-caring and un-concerned when there is a problem. Yes, we got them to fix the tail-light that was falling out and dim and the rear-view camera that didn't work. We just figured the greasy handprints, dust, overspray and everything else in the car was not something they really felt like dealing with. I actually asked that they address the overspray - guess what they didn't do... They couldn't even do something as simple as put the licence plate frame back on right. I went to switch the frame this weekend and had to grind down the screws/re-tap the holes. I don't even know how they could screw that up, but they did.The shame of it is, I grew up with the Bergey's name as part of my household conversation as my father has a small business that dealt with Bergey's for decades. They were an honorable and noble business. I actually chose to have my car towed there when I had my accident since I trusted their work from the reputation that I had in my mind. Such an incredible disappointment.Not that it matters, but I will NEVER do any business with Bergeys for as long as I shall live in this area. My 3 kids will turn driving age in a few years, and I will never purchase a vehicle from the organization. I will never come to Bergeys for repairs. I will never so much as fill my car up with gas at their gas station or get my car washed there. I'm done. Crooks and liars. Such a shame.

The work done to my car was fine. What really bothered me was an issue regarding AAA. On the AAA app, it says that if you have a membership, and you go to this facility you can get 10% discount off of labor and repairs. When picking up my car, I showed this to the woman I was paying- and she said that this discount doesn't apply to me (even though I got my back bumper replaced). I asked why, and she said that this coupon only applies to "mechanical repairs", even though they aren't a mechanic? I paid, and then decided to follow up with AAA since this seemed weird at best. The man at AAA told me that my coupon should have most definitely applied, and that this is something that this facility does quite often, and that they have had many complaints about. Regardless of your order, if you show them this or any AAA coupon, they tell you that it doesn't apply to your order, and then have you pay full price. A complete rip off, and disgusting that they would lie to customers like this. Will not be returning, and please beware.

Had my 2016 Acura MDX repaired. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier. Shannan was professional and courteous and promptly took care of all my concerns. The whole process was seamless and easy. 5 Srars!!

Really nice customer service at the front desk but they took way longer then expected for a very small repair then gave us a problem about wanting us to pick it up immediately after they were finally done. They didn't call till the afternoon to let us know that the car was done and we couldn't pick it up that night. We said we'd pick it up the next morning and they gave us a hard time about it.

I had my truck at Bergeys they tore the gas line out of top of tank,gave me a gas leaking truck 2 drive, had it towed back from Sunoco station they flagged it has hazardous. Bergeys lied and denied it to my face,then charged state farm on my claim for dent on side of my truck, lairs,theif,fraudBergeys collision on broad st lansdale paSTAY FAR AWAY.hit me up I have more about this scum !!!

I was rear ended and took a car to burgeys they detailed and washed it as extra service. This was not part of the repair and I appreciate the extra service.
