Great experience at Bergey's Lincoln. When I walked in, I had intentions of seeing a car that had unfortunately sold days prior. The sales staff worked within my budget and allowed me to test drive everything that I had interest in. They were very empathetic to not just making a sale but finding the car for me. We eventually found a match and closing the sale was seamless. Great experience

Purchased a pre owned MKC.First American made car I've purchased in over 15 years. Very impressed overall with the quality and ride. I was looking for a midsize, luxury SUV online and came across a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus at Bergey's Lincoln Mercury in Lansdale, PA. Not knowing much about Bergey's I googled them and found a review section. While reading reviews a salesman named Charles kept appearing in multiple reviews. The comments about Charles were that he was informative, a good communicator, good to his word, and provided an excellent experience for the buyer. To inquire about the Nautilus I saw on line, I phoned the dealership and asked for Charles. Charles immediately got on the phone. I told Charles that I was interested in the 2021 Nautilus and that I had a trade in to offer. Charles went to work for me with his sales manager, twice, and put together an acceptable offer for me regarding the SUV I inquired about. I drove to the dealership the next day and Charles was waiting for me with the car ready to go. The deal we made over the phone was not altered one bit. It was exactly as Charles said it would be. I bought the car on the spot and Charles educated me to all the bells and whistles that the car offered. If you are looking to buy a new or used car, I highly recommend Charles at Bergey's Lincoln in Lansdale, PA.

Charles Smith was excellent to work with. I showed interest in a vehicle online and Charles didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. When I was ready to purchase Charles was there every step of the way, providing me with all the information I needed. Everyone there from the receptionist to the finance guy Ben were excellent!

I ve been looking for a car for a few months and had one more car to test drive. Not only did I find and buy a car I love, I had the best car buying experience with Charles Smith at Bergey s in Lansdale. Charles was such a pleasure to work with, he listened to what I was looking for and never pushed for more. He provided information in a timely manner and was patient with all of my questions. Will absolutely go back to Charles when we need another car.

I called this place 3 times for a price on a 2013 Lincoln MKS. Not 1 call back from a salesperson. Remember people you are the customer. You make the final decision. Free bailout money made car dealerships think they call the shots because most people are stupid with money and will finance anything for 100 years.Remember what goes up must come down. Then they will be humbled.

Had a fabulous experience at Bergey's again. The sales associate who helped me, David Bingham, was tremendously helpful, professional, and courteous. He made my 5th Lincoln purchase a breeze! Over the course of 3 weeks, he found the perfect car for me at the price he promised. In no time, I was driving off the lot in my new favorite Lincoln. Ask for David when you visit!

I ve had one of my vehicles at the service department several times for major issues . I stopped taking it to the dealership I purchased from because of their inability to fix issues in a timely order or at all . Each time I have dealt with Bergey s, and more specifically the service manger Brian Mitros, I have been completely satisfied . They are very accommodating, and take the time to explain everything that is transpiring. I can t say enough about the customer service I experience here. I just had some out of warranty trouble shooting work done, and the attention to detail I believe is going to save a costly repair because of the other service department s negligence. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about my purchasing process with Bergey's. I found the car I wanted online and I gave all the necessary information over the phone. My paperwork in the office was quick and my husband and I drove away in our Lincoln Certified vehicle. My Husband is still in disbelief that I bought him a car. I will forever be a Bergey's client!

We purchased a new Lincoln Aviator from Bergey's and the whole experience was great. David Bingham was very helpful in identifying what we wanted and what we didn't need and then searched all around for our exact match. There was only 1 available and he was able to get it for us. Another great experience at Bergey. Charles is awesome and super easy to work with. We live about 2 hours away, but it's worth it. Both times they had vehicles we couldn't find near us and both times we started the majority of the process through email and just finished it all up there. They delivered on every promise.

The sales team was top notch! Even though we were buying a traded in Mazda and not a new Lincoln, they made us feel welcome and gave us equal treatment to someone buying a car much more expensive. The vehicle was the cleanest used car I have ever looked at, and reflected the level of professionalism at this dealership. To be honest, the car sold itself! We had questions about some of the historic known issues with this model, and found out the standard replacement and preventative maintenance issues we were concerned about were already done by the previous owner. Those weren't listed in the car fax, but the salesperson who did the trade in was aware of those things being cared for. He even contacted the previous owner and came up with a date and mileage of when they were done! He went the extra mile and it wasn't even his sale! Great team effort! I felt confident in our purchase and also was pleasantly surprised when doing the paperwork, the sales rep informed us that the price had been reduced earlier that day! A smaller used car dealer would be more likely to let us think the price was as we last saw in the online listing, and pocket the discount without telling us. After all, we had already agreed on a price when we were told about the lower price. I would recommend this dealer and sales team to anyone!

Today we purchased our second Lincoln from Bergey We replaced our MKZ with a Corsair because we were looking for a reliable, well equipped SUV. Charles Smith assisted us with our search. Charles was very personable and patiently answered our questions. He also demonstrated the various features that are controlled via touch screen and linked our IPhones to the Corsair. Have you ever given up hope of finding a professional in any industry, and then serendipitously you stumble across one that restores your faith? That s exactly what happened with me when I met Charles Smith at Bergey s.I had an absolutely horrific experience at another dealership, and then resorted to internet searches and even Carvana (yuk) to find the car I was looking for. After two abysmal deliveries with Carvana I searched CarGurus.com and found exactly what I was looking for at Bergey s. On a rainy Saturday at 11:30 am I called and spoke with Mr. Smith. With his low key approach and pleasant demeanor Charles immediately impressed me with his professionalism. Although I didn t really have time to drive from Hershey to Lansdale I did, getting there about an hour before they closed. Charles encouraged us to take our time, take the car out for a spin and then come back and speak with them.In reality there wasn t much to discuss. According to the current market the car was priced accurately and true to Bergey s word, the entire process went smoothly. There were a few minor issues they quickly addressed and the deal completed quickly and smoothly.One may not have thought I found the Mercedes I was looking for at a Lincoln dealer but look at our nation, stranger things have happened!Words are simply inadequate to express my appreciation for Charles and the team at Bergey s. As a salty old Marine I m not easily impressed, but these guys blew me away! I m elated to have made their acquaintance. Thank you Prince Charles, you ll be called upon to search for my next ride!

Pinch Me! Purchasing our new Lincoln through Bergey's Lincoln dealership, with David Bingham's assistance, was the BEST auto purchase we have ever experienced. Dave was extremely knowledgeable, gave sound advice, was no pressure and handled all aspects of the sale himself--we had no need to see the office manager, a separate finance person, an extended warranty person, etc. Dave knew everything that we needed to complete the deal. He even set up our mobile devices to synch with our new Lincoln. We couldn't ask for more!

My certified pre-owned car that i just purchased online from Bergey's, PA, was delivered to me in NY, and arrived with a crack on the front windshield and a dent with scratches on the trunk. These items were not disclosed to me. The dealer's response was merely if I was in the area I could bring the car back for them to try and deal with the dent. Pathetic. The car should not have been delivered to me in the first place in this condition and there was zero disclosure of these items to me when they had me mail in my certified check for the vehicle. Not a way to treat your customers, when selling a $64,000 vehicle.

Walked into the dealership after waiting over 6 months for a car, the salesman we were working with was gone and hadn t handed off our info . We were prepared for a very unpleasant experience but David Bingham jumped in, helped us get the car we have been waiting for, making the entire transaction a very pleasant experience! Updated: another smooth transaction with Charles. I've been looking for a nice, inexpensive but reliable car for my college-age daughter and found a lovely, one owner Ford fusion with low mileage that was just what we needed, and for a normal price. Even though it's an 11-year-old car, I literally could not distinguish it from a brand new car.Charles is my new car guy! For years I've purchased nice, older model Lincolns and usually pretty much know what I want. Sometimes buying a car is a real chore to have to deal with the different personalities involved but not this time. I could immediately tell Charles was a straight up guy that understands the car business and wants to make a deal that makes sense for both the customer and for Bergeys, which of course should be the goal. We drove a bunch of different cars before settling on an MKC which is perfect! I love my older MKZ but when it finally wears out I know where I will be going... all I have to do is stop in and see Charles and he'll set me up! Highly recommend this dealership!
