Had my car towed to the nearest auto shop and this was it. Turns out I had a blown rear main seal. After a week we got the car back and check engine light came on. Was reading a code that a valve was bad. Had the car in the shop for 3 weeks. Once we got the car back it was back in for same issue. They did their best and were very nice just would have like a call the first time it was in that they would have it for a week. I could have rented a car instead of asking for rides.

Amazing shop. I've been taking my cars here for 10 years now. The owners treat you like family and send out some pretty generous coupons/offers from time to time.Steve, Sally, and their whole crew are great people of character. I don't have to worry about being taken for a ride (but they'll actually GIVE you a ride to work after you drop your car off if you need it ).

Very informative knowable very professional. I love how the owner took the time to help me by going above and beyond even calling to make sure that everything was ok before closing up shop for the day. What an amazing experience. I ve used Weikel s a few times and each time the service and experience were beyond my expectations. Steve is a great guy and actually drove me to my residence on my first trip to his shop after finding out I shouldn't drive my vehicle any further until a repair takes place. Weikel s certainly does customer service and work on your vehicle the right way!!!

Great mom n pop shop and kind people. Its hard to find a shop you can trust and this is one of them. I've taken numerous vehicles here over the years and Steve knows his stuff. He also knows i can do a few things and will recommend certain things and require what's really required. that type of honesty is needed more in this world. you also get coupons mailed to you every so often....really helps!

As a sales, marketing and business development professional I have a keen eye for: features, benefits, performance and value of products and services. In a field litterer with distrust and buyer beware the Weikel s exude of integrity, competency, trust and professionalism so lacking in this industry. I was waiting for my car and another customer commented on her bill by saying about the price is that all it is I expected much more and the Weikel s responded well that is all you needed mam . When is the last time you heard that from an auto repair shop all I ever get is a hard commission upsell.The family is extremely friendly and warm with customers. They have several car care programs and send frequent bonus coupons to your email. I highly recommend Weikel s friendly and competent customer care. It is a refreshing change from chain store auto repair service.

Honest, Fair, will tell you what you actually need and not add on a bunch of stuff that you don't need. They send their customers Christmas cards with coupons and reminders but not overbearingly with the reminders. Only place I will take my car to unless and until I any of that changes.

Friendly service and good advice on repairs to my 1992 Toyota Camry. A/C recharge worked and now blows very cold air. Would recommend Weikel's for anything in car repairs. Fair and honest pricing.

Weikel's is a family run business that provides an excellent service for their customers with reasonable prices, great customer service and quality work. I've been going to Weikel's for a few years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.I first went to Weikel's due to multiple oil leaks. My previous mechanic "did what he could," which only lasted 2 weeks and cost more than I'd like to say. Weikel's came highly recommended to me, so I went there and talked to Steve. After explaining what was going on, I left the car with him to get started. He called and explained what he had found, options for the repair, and gave me a price before doing any work. Since I had several issues, we were able to figure out a gameplan for repairs. Items that needed to be fixed first; ones that were in the same area to reduce duplicate labor costs by grouping the repairs instead of having one part fixed and another a month later. I was able to work within my budget and manage my repairs. At the end if it all, my car was fixed and it didn't have the same issue again. Steve even called me a few days later to see how the car was running! That really impressed me and he earned my continued business.Steve and Sally are great at following up with their customers every step of the way. They return calls in a timely manner and keep you updated during the repair. A few years and several repairs later and I still couldn't be happier.*One last thing - Coupons* They send out discount coupons in the mail throughout the year and offer Weikel's bucks that can be used towards future repairs or services. It's nice they have a system in place to reward returning clients and help save them some money.Thank you Steve and Sally for taking care of my Sooby!

I'm so thankful for these amazing people. They helped turn my lemon of a car into a normal, beautifully running car that I can be proud of. I'll never take my car (or future cars) anywhere else if it needs repairs. I would not recommend this shop. My Subaru was Outback delivered here because it died on 95. They diagnosed the problem and determined it was the fuel pump. The mechanic suggested just replacing the pump and strainer to save money. I approved. After he changed them he also let me know the cap on the sending unit of the pump assembly had a crack, had blown off, and was likely to again. Suggesting that I buy a whole new assembly now. It would be another $600 something. So they charged me $224 for a Denso pump which I found for just $64.89 and $38.58 for astrainer at just $7.96. Then another $141.56 on top. Ok, a little pricey, but the problem is that it is one day later and now my vehicle isn't running again. So now I'm $624 in the hole and all I have to show for it is 4 new spark plugs and the knowledge that my fuel pump is bad so I can replace it myself now. A tricky situation but I felt for those prices the fuel assembly should have been replaced and I cannot recommend this shop.

My wife's car battery was dying. I calling Weikel's, got an appointment within an hour!And I was in and out in about an hour!I had a ton of things to do that day. Thanks to these folks I was able to get it all done.Thank you, and I'll see you again soon.

We had a tire blowout due to a pothole. We drove a short distance and turned into Weikels for help. Sally and everyone could not have been more helpful in getting us a new tire and getting us back on the road in a short time.
