Service center is beautiful and well kept. The staff is excellent and very friendly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dan M. who was my service advisor. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and not forgotten about. Other businesses need more people like Dan! 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend to friends and family.

The check engine light came on in my 2017 Toyota Highlander a few days before I was set to leave for a work trip. I called and spoke with Brooke in service, who was able to get me scheduled to come in quickly and around my schedule. Dropping my car off was a breeze and quick. The service staff was prompt and courteous. Brooke kept me updated throughout the repairs, and provided detailed info on each item. She was able to get it done a day before originally anticipated. Everything is working great now. Thank you Brooke and the Team Toyota Service Team.

Will dodge your calls if they can t figure out what is wrong with your car. I have had a water leak ever since I bought my car from team Toyota. I paid extra for coverage through them which is why I take my car to this body shop (it covers nothing, by the way.) The water leak started in the trunk. I took it in and ended up paying for 2 separate services, ok fine, it was great service. Sure enough the leak moves up to the front. I take it in, and pay hundreds for a service that ends up not working. I take it back in, again, hundreds for the service. That same night it rains and water is leaking in still but worse. At this point they re closed so I call and leave a message for the representative I had. I wait a decent amount of time the next day, never get a call back. I then proceed to call 3 times the next day, all times the representative isn t at her desk , leaving 2 different messages. Never get a call back.This past Monday we had a lot of rain so sure enough my car is drenched. I call and i recognize voice/name but am told she can t transfer me to a representative but can transfer me to a voicemail. So I get transferred, leave a message, and sure enough no one has called me back. If they can t figure out what s wrong the first time, take your business elsewhere otherwise you ll be spending $$$ on absolutely nothing.

This by far was the best service waiting room I've ever visited. Personally I worked in Toyota for 22 years in 4 different dealership parts department. I've been to many other dealers but have never seen anything like this.Getting your vehicle service can take some time. That is always the number 1 complaint by customers that it took way too long. The service I had performed was not very time consuming but it was an hour. It did not feel that long at all. My advisor Brooke came out periodically to inform me of the status of my vehicle. Being that I know the product I asked about additional services that will be needed soon which Brooke advised my on the prices. Services were done timely, at a good price and correctly. Great job.Now to the lounge. Great. There are tv's on the walls, good seating, a theater room, a quiet reading room, kids play room and last but not least grill. I have to say having that last one is great. We had freshly made breakfast sandwiches that hit the spot. They have a variety of food and drinks that you can purchase and when you're eating you're clock watching.They did a great job all around and for once I am not dreading my next service appointment.

Love Team ToyotaFor the past years, Team Toyota has provided the best services.Today they serviced my RAV4; still have warranty on a tire and got it for free; plus, maintenance service, still was covered. Ended up paying $0, nada. And gave me a list of recommendations for my vehicle.Thanks Team Toyota

Run, don't walk, away.I'm so sad to have purchased my vehicle from the associated dealer and then be directed here for service thinking I might have a a decent experience.It got to the point of having to call them liars in the middle of the waiting room directly to their face to get basic maintenance services that were promised with purchase. While I got that service, the entire experience soured this service center for me and have lost me as a future customer. I have remaining comp'd services from my purchase that I will refuse to have performed here because Id rather they not be able to claim the loss.This experience combined with another negative experience [dishonesty of the collision department (quoting unnecessary repairs ex: replacing a slightly scratched bumper for $1900 instead ofepairing for $500)] has led me to the conclusion that they think we are idiots and the business model is to takee advantage of us. This place is dishonest and willing to deceive their customers for profit.

Horrible. I had to utilize their services when AAA was unable to resolve a check engine light (which they offered a refund on work done). I paid 440.00 for a custom Toyota piece to be put on to remove the check engine light for inspection purposes. They completed the work called me and said the check engine light was still on and had to do a smoke test to determine the actual issue. After the smoke test they call and say it's the fuel canister costing 1300.00 to fix. I say no thank you I will pay for the work already done (440.00) and pick up my car in the evening after work.The morning after I pick up my car...the check engine light is off. I drive it over 100 miles and still no check engine light, I take it to my guys AAA and boom my car passes inspection. No additional money spent.

Wow thos place was huge. Nice lobbies amd bathrooms compared to Amy typical repair service or dealership. Staff was knowledgeableI think my only reason wasnt 5 stars was because there's now clear signs what is what. But the staff helps so I wasn't lost either. I will use again.

First Toyota service center that did everything right for me. They send you a video with a mechanic in the shop explaining the details about your car and recommend service based on this video. For the first time ever I was in and out the door in well under an hour and a half for my oil change. All in all 120$ for an oil change and tire rotation. Not the cheapest but that also includes safety checks Toyota performs on your vehicle.The thing to remember about these places is they are going to try to sell you services you may not need to build some profit. Check your manual and see when you actually need the services done.This is the only service center I will use for the foreseeable future. Thank you Team Toyota.

I got a simple oil change service from them, the on the next oil change i did it myself which i found out that the over tightened my oil filter cap which i have to untightened using a lot of force which broke my oil cap. It only needed 18ft-lb to tightened it. It look like their technicians cannot do a simple oil change.

Don't get work done here if you like your car! I got my oil change done here and the tech forgot to put the oil cap back on. I drove around for 2 months without the cap on. I filled up gas one day and figured I would checked oil to only realize the oil cap was missing and found it lying in the engine bay with oil all over my engine bay. (See pic below) Luckily there was still sufficient oil in the motor which means they over filled the oil. I got back home to find oil stains in my driveway. I went to the dealer and they said they would detail the car and change the oil. They did a half a** job detailing my truck and in the process, messed up a hood seal in the engine bay. The service manager promised he would install a trd pro grille for the hassle of oil stains in my driveway which I was ok with but then later backed out of it. The service manager never answers his voicemails or calls back when he promises. I am not the only person this has happened to. This is a major training issue!!On another occasion, my wife bought a demo 2020 4Runner with a crack in the windshield which they promised to fix. The car was still dirty inside and out upon delivery when she brought it home and smelled like smoke as if the manager driving the demo smoked in it. They told her to bring it back to replace the windshield. When they did, they scratched the hood. (See pics) They promised a detail and did once again a half a** job detailing the car. (See pics below - fyi we have not had food or drinks in the car yet.) I have always advocated for Toyota. I've always driven Toyotas (Celica, several Supras, Previa, (2) 4Runners now and a Tundra. I will never bring my cars back here again! I hope you don't for the well being of your vehicles. Toyota should be ashamed of their service department and their shotty workmanship!!

These people are trash. They'll mess up your car and then blame other people..they couldn't even balance my tires correctly. Run away. I wouldn't even take it here for the free maintenance.

I normally don t take my truck to the dealer for service. But when my regular mechanic could not understand the problem, I was having I decided to go to Team Toyota in Langhorne. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, as well as the fair price that I received.

I took my Toyota Tacoma here for service and state inspection. I chose to do nighttime drop off. It was slightly confusing to figure where to park it but I got it right. Very good communication and service was prompt. I will be taking my truck back for future service.

I have been using Team Toyota service since I moved in the neighborhood in 2007. It was a pleasure working with friendly people who will explain the charges and let me know what I should really get done. Those people are all gone and this place has been a place to screw customers with unusual shop rate.I was there yesterday for a regular oil change and first thing I noticed is how quiet the place is on a Friday. That should have given me signals. Then I get a call from service rep Amanda saying I should get additional service done or the axle is at risk. Not knowing anything about cars I agreed. She said it will be around 2000 dollars as I was out of warranty.When I come to pick up the car - I see the parts cost 500 and the labor charge is 1500. In which profession a hourly charge is 1500? I do not think the best criminal defense lawyer will charge that.I also think it was an optional service which could have been avoided. I feel the rep was not very candid with me on what the part is and what the labor charge is.So I will say goodbye to the place I always took my two cars and friendly people like Joe and Phil who always took care of me.

Conner is very friendly and very nice! As soon as I arrived at the service center, he greeted me, and after I told him what my car needed to do, Conner told me to wait in the lobby. Waited in line until Brooke called me, I told her my car needed 10,000 mile service, a flat tire needed to be replaced (I bought tire insurance from Toyota), a part in the second row was broken and needed to be replaced, I took pictures Show her, you can clearly see where it needs to be replaced (the quality is not good, it loosened and fell off after only 3 months), she replied to me that she knew! Then I waited 2 hours in the waiting area and they told me the car was ready. I was about to drive back and found out that they had done normal maintenance on my car and the other 2 items were not fixed for me! I feel very bad for Brooke! It makes me feel that she is very unprofessional. The advisor should listen carefully to what the guests are here for, and then tell the technical workers what they need to do! Isn't it! She's wasting everyone's time by doing things like this! Brooke is so irresponsible! Fortunately, Phil (another advisor) came to help me. I explained the situation to Phil again, and he checked it on the computer and told me that there was no record showing that I had requested repairs for the other 2 items! I was stunned! In the end, Phil listened carefully to my request and helped me solve all the problems! Although time and energy were wasted, the result is still good! I write what I have experienced, and I hope this can be improved in the future, don't just send an email to the guest and ask us to write a review! Don't treat guests differently! Thanks again Phil and Conner for your patience and help! Thank you for your professionalism and responsibility at work

This is THE BEST place to take your car! EVERYONE here is awesome from the valets, to the mechanics and front staff! The waiting area is comfortable and welcoming and includes separate areas accommodating everyone's needs. In addition to the knowledge they have & share with you about your vehicle, they are FAST! I HIGHLY recommend to ANYONE needing service on their vehicles!

Disappointing service here. Made me wait hours just to tell me service getting done isn t covered by Toyota. States my alignment was performed, however no proof was provided, non print out of before and after values. Because mechanic said we were in a rush so didn t print it . My alignment still off and eating up my outer tire. Never coming back here again.

They were better but they are getting horrible, in every aria from costumer services to collision. I bought a brand new car from team Toyota the next day I found out that a part is missing from front bumper. Since my first service 5k miles they were telling me that will talk with their manager (his name is Phil)now I did 50k miles service still they didn t fix it. Four months a go my car was in accidents, they fixed it but one of my back door s part was not available. After a week they call me to pick my car and they will call me as soon as the receive the other part. It is four months and still no call

I usually go with team Toyota since 5 years I bought 2018 Camry with this guys and car having problem car goes shut off on the highway at 75 to 80 mph and they couldn't find anything with this I told them and they told that's is ur fault u shut off the car by urself and I show this pic to representative and they took the car and they give me and rental which was covered by warranty and car was ready by Tuesday as per corporate and team Toyota told the car was ready since Saturday and they charged me for 3 days $232.00 as per contract which I have is $35.00 per day and the representative was mad at me and didn't give me an actual receipt they just write on the paper and gave me the representative was just go and pay this money at the cashier and he was just standing me on the back like he's paying or not.

Friendly staff, review the history of service to the car. Let you know what they have found that your car needs as the mechanics go along with the servicing.. always keep you informed while you wait. Very satisfied with Team Toyota Service
