My mom had a claim going through Progressive and I handled her claim for her due to a language barrier. I was a bit worried as Progressive is not part of their network however Ryan was exceptional start to finish. Between updates, handling the vehicle and claim he made the process smooth. Team's accuracy and determination with the claim and dealing with Progressive adjusters made sure the vehicle was repaired back to it's original state. My mom was ecstatic when we picked up the vehicle. She was mostly surprised at not only the quality of the work but the attention to detail on how clean the vehicle was when she picked it up. I would recommend these guys based on professionalism, customer service, all the way down to the technicians working on the cars. You can tell these guys have pride in the quality of repairs they perform.

They were great. Allstate sent me to them and the process was wonderful. Although my car wasn t able to be repaired they kindly cleaned out my car and held my belongings. The people were friendly and pleasant to deal with. I can t comment on the quality of work as I said my car ended up being totaled.

Quoted excessive services for cosmetic repair beyond reasonable justification. Assessor refused to consider anything other than a full bumper replacement, quoted at $1900.Update: 2nd Opinion quoted at $514 for REPAIR and re-paint. Review updates from 2 star to 1 star.Probably best to avoid this place for cosmetic damage.

Avoid Team Toyota collision center at all costs. My Tacoma was rear ended November 16th, brought to Team November 20th it s now January 22nd and I haven t gotten my truck back and there s literally no end in sight. Thought I was doing the right thing taking it to a dealership, couldn t be more wrong

After a slight mishap with a tree branch, I found myself in need of a bumper repair. Repair was done quickly, ahead of the estimated time! Steve was great and kept me up to date on its progress and even coordinated with service ( Brooke - who was pretty awesome as well ) to have my routine maintenance and inspection done so I didn t have to come back. Shout out to Toyota rental ( Aubrey) for making sure I was taken care of. Everything for your car needs under one roof!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting

I can't say enough about Victor, the collision center manager at the Langhorne location. We brought in our car for assessment and he went above and beyond with helping us. I took my car to them after a bad accident. I was called 3 times to change the date it would be finished. Which was to be expected for whats going on with all the shortages. I called 1 time and the lady was rude and very unprofessional. Then i finally get my car back 3 months later. I take it home and fine the speakers no longer work on the drivers side of the car. I take it back to have the fixed which was okay with me things happen. So i decided get my inside my seat cleaned do to a stain in the seat with the backage i bought with the car. So the gave me a free rental car. The rental cars driver side mirror broke of when the door was closed. I have it on video and showed them it. Was damaged before we got the car. They charged me $500.00 to repair something we didn't do. I just had around $28000.00 in repairs done and this is how I'm treated. I will never use them again. Also Toyota lost a customer for life that buys a new car every 3 to 6 years. I will also be looking into taking this to small claims court. If you want to contact me just look up the 2021 Toyota rav 4 with around $28000.00 worth of repairs.

Team Toyota goes above and beyond in every stepof the repair process. Ryan and his team were exceptional in communicating with me - from simple updates to breaking down all of the work in terms I could understand. Team Toyota made the rental car process seamless, working with Enterprise on my behalf. When we got our car back after a run-in with a deer, it was immaculate! It was clear that they had detailed every crevice so that we had no surprise encounters with any glass shards. Highly recommend Team Toyota!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car for paint warranty from Toyota. First appointment, they forgot to secure a loaner and only when I asked for loaner they came to know. Got appointment after 2 weeks, dropped the car got the loaner and left. Estimated work to be completed in 2 weeks. No communication from them for 3 weeks, called and they said it will be ready in 2 days. Then no communication for a week. Car was ready after 4 weeks. Picked up the car and saw a crack in windshield. Had to return the car, get new loaner. Next 2 weeks no update. Got a call and asked me to pickup my car next day (weekday and they close at 5) how in world a working person be able to pickup car before 5? Got a call and they said they will charge me for loaner (Hilarious!!). Picked up my car. paint job was very good!! But they changed windshield which was not at all great. They plastic just above side view mirror is hanging, sound on driver side door stopped working!!Very bad job when they changed windshield!! 2 stars for painting.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Paint repair

That's a little disingenuous. Tom promised to send car mats. After buying the car, I didn't even answer the phone. If you don't want to send it, don't agree at the beginning.

Great body work job. Disappointed that car maintenance wasn t done on car as promised, & I reminded them 3 times. Had the car for 2 weeks so there was no reason not to have the maintenance required prompt not checked and rectified. I had a great experience with Team Toyota. I no longer have a Toyota vehicle, but still trust them with anything that needs to be done to my Jeep. I was lied to for 83 straight days. They almost refuse to call you back and if/when you actually get a call back it s a totally different person, whom you then need to explain your entire conversation from the person you called. It was by far the most frustrating/aggravating experience of my entire life.I would prefer amputating an arm then ever having to do business with this shop ever again.I m a very reasonable and patient person so please don t confuse my critique, with anything unreasonable. This experience has been nothing short of catastrophic.Now keep in mind I ve used this shop about 4 or 5 times previous to this over the course of the last ten years and I recommended the shop to anyone who asked, but now I would only recommend this shop to my worst enemies as some sort of a punishment.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

My experience with them was terrible. Communication was not good. Insurance set up a time amd date and They told me I wasnt on there schedule. Then They told me my entire exhaust wasnt any good and the entire thing needs to be replaced but I ran the codes nothing shows for exhaust. Then totalled my perfectly good car. I will never do business with them again.

It wasnt a hard time for me. I bought an acadia from davis 2 weeks later. Thanks for acting concerned after you totalled my perfectly good car. Thanks for AACTING like you care tho. If youre confused. This is in reference to Shawn petersons. Dont ever bring an accident vehicle there. They will total it and try to get you to buy from them. What a scam.

Right wheel opng molding came off and right lower molding came loose while driving on a highway on the same day I picked up the car at Team Toyota Collision Center. Great job!! My car was fixed and shined on the outside and cleaned on the inside!
