Absolutely amazing! I can t say enough about how incredible leasing a car was at Piazza from start to finish. I was met with extremely competitive rates, no hassling and just a really amazing team. Sal Torres & Jim Aubry were absolutely top notch, professional, honest and incredible to work with. I have leased with other local dealerships (Toyota, Subaru & Jeep) and they can t come close to how easy the whole process was from start to finish. There were no managers strong arming me or pressuring me into anything and I walked away with a fabulous deal and an amazing new ID.4 so thank you, thank you, thank you to Jim, Sal and Piazza VW! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

I went for purchase of a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. It was listed on their website for $14999. I got to speak with a sales men who let me test drive and had the car ready for me when I arrived. He knew I came to finance yet didn't pull my credit. Instead he had these numbers that would work with the down payment. Pretty much calculations of how much I would be paying per month based off my down payment. At the time, I thought he had already pulled my credit. Turns out he didn't. So what was the point in showing me possible numbers and telling me to sign and purchase the car insurance if you haven't even ran my credit.Either way he comes back after running my credit and tells me my credit is too low (569) and I would either need to put more money down or have a co signer. I said no problem, how much would I need to put down. I originally told him I didn't want to put down no more than 1500. We negotiated to 1750 before he ran my credit.HOWEVERAfter running my credit he tells me that I would need to put down $10,000 in order to be financed.I immediately started to leave. Why would I put 10K down for a car listed at 14999. He was clearly trying to play around. I came there seriously looking for a vehicle. I loved the 2019 Red Volkswagen Jetta it was perfect. But unfortunately this dealership and salesman would rather have the car sit on the lot than work with someone realistically.The salesman then told me that nobody would work with the credit I have and that I should just get a cosigner. I immediately left the dealership. That is very insulting when there are plenty of dealerships who would work with my credit. Moral of the story is go to a more reliable dealership. There was no reason I shouldn't have walked out that place without a car. That Salesman Should reevaluate how he handles customers. I am not sure if my salesman was Jim or Jerry. Either way shame on them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALER!! Our time was just wasted by the manager and salesman Andy. Went to look at a used Atlas before closing on Thursday and said we were going to return the next day to look at it again and would consider purchasing it. The next morning after getting a call from Andy asking if we were coming again to see the car, this time with my husband, we said yes that we were a few minutes away. We walked in the dealership to find the manager had taken the car to the Phillies game and it wouldn t be back till tomorrow. They knew we were interested but apparently selling the car wasn t important to them. They wasted our time and not quite sure how they survive as a dealership. They have the typical used car salesman mentality. Thankfully we found the right car for us at North Penn VW and actually a good experience with our salesman Joe.

I had a check engine light come on in my 2021 Jetta after my car got inspected last week. Frank called me the next day to get me back in to diagnose it ASAP. Frank not only got me an appointment quickly he also made sure I had a loaner car for the day while my car was getting looked and stayed late for me to pick it up.My check engine light is now off and I really appreciate franks and Piazza VW's attentiveness to resolving my issue.

Had a wonderful experience with this dealership, and highly recommend them! The sales rep Will Rock provided great service and we were in/out of the dealership pretty fast. I went in to turn in my VW lease that was up and got a new VW again. They really care about their customers.

Customer service from guy with the last name Torres was horrible . You are a carsales man seems like I interrupted your break time the dealership was empty and your service wasn't even the bare minimum! Do better! I will never return here !

I normally don t write reviews, but my experience was so smooth, easy and quick..I felt compelled to let other people know what a wonderful buying experience I had at Piazza Volkswagen . My sales man , Manny Fisher and the manager Jim Aubry are amazing ! They made my buying experience absolutely flawless. Took care of every little detail and they both went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely consider this dealership when purchasing.

I got the car I wanted and Gary our sales rep went to bat for us to get the deal we wanted.1 NEGATIVE - they refused to sell me the car with more then 1/2 a tank of gas. It's there "policy" on used cars (I bought a 2020) they only put a half a tank in the car. LAME.

I ordered a head light from Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne and Matt Smith was my point of contact. I received the head light and everything appeared to be correct and so it was installed immediately. I turned on the head light and it was pointing toward the ground. I attempted to level/aim the head light, but the internal vertical adjuster is defective therefore not raising or holding the correct height. I contacted Matt on the same day requesting an exchange for a defective part and he refused to accept a return or even an exchange on the headlamp even on the same day as receipt. I do not recommend Matt or Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne. They do not stand by the products that they sell.Edited for dealer response: I don't trust Piazza VW of Langhorne's response so I took this vehicle and headlamp to Don Beyer VW and presented everything Matt told me and their service advisor advised me that Piazza VW of Langhorne should do a return or exchange for the damaged part they sold me and that their warranty claims are baseless.

I won t be using any other VW again! The service department at Langhorne was amazing. Mark and Chris were able to get me in the day off and give me a loaner for the time being. They were extremely communicative and transparent with everything my car needed (including a video)!

This location closes at 7 . I pulled up at 6:30 just to walk the lot (not to purchase) and look at the three cars that are in their inventory. There was a man in the desk right at the front window where customers park. This man turned his body just to avoid contact. Also the other 2 men didn t look out the window. Very unprofessional, I know it was late and wasn t look to start paperwork or purchase a vehicle. A simple greeting could ve satisfied me, while in search for a vehicle for my wife.

I only visited the parts counter but it was by far the best parts counter experience I ever had in my life. The gentleman was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and fast! He was also personable and I didn't feel treated differently because I'm a woman. It was great. I'd visit their parts counter any day.

Exceptional business men! I came mid November to get my 2019 Tiguan appraised as my lease was about to be up and I wanted to sell it. I went to another VW dealer prior and was low balled to almost no equity for my Tiguan. Randomly, I was in area and decided to stop by Piazza VW and was very happy with my appraisal. They were very reasonable and fair. The icing on the cake was that I was in and out in less than 15mins. The process was so easy and simple. My check came in the mail in about a week and lease was closed out with no issues. Manny F and Mike I took great care of me. Thank you! I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

This was, by far the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! The salesman, Sal Torres was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and patient. My initial contact was with the retention manager, David Lobaino. On the phone, I told him what I was looking for, he sent me a text with 5 vehicles meeting my requirements. I chose one, and was able to test drive on my lunch break, by the time I got off from work, the car was mine. No hassles, no pressure sales, a great finance department! I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new Volkswagen!

I went in to turn in my old lease and upgrade to the newer version of my car. it was quick and they were friendly, but the negotiations were purposely shady (changing items that were supposed to be understood to be the same as the previous lease) just to meet the numbers I was trying to hit - which we didn't even do. technically they didn't do anything wrong, but I didn't appreciate a lot of how the transaction went down. I like the car and they're a pretty good dealership overall, but I would have done a few things differently if I were to do the lease again.

Terrible experience today with their extremely unprofessional sales team. They attempted to tack on multiple fees and warranties without my interest and would refuse to remove them upon my request. This seems to be a recurring strategy on their end (see reviews below). Buyer beware! Glad we walked out and had a much better experience at VW of Hamilton!

My wife purchased a Certified used 2019 Passat at Piazza VW this week;Her salesman, Manny Fischer was outstanding; No pressure, always professional, courteous and answered all of her questions; Also I would like to commend Jim Aubry, Sales manager who was great as well. I would highly recommend Piazza Volkswagen in Langhorne...You will not be disappointed

This is the second time I have used Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne and it s the second time I had such a great encounter. Both times I went for an oil change. The first time I was there I literally just stopped in to see if I could make an appointment and the service gentleman was able to squeeze me in that day.The second time I got my oil changed as well. I was able to drop my car off but had a difficult time picking it up with two young children. The team was generous and we were able to make arrangement for someone to bring my car to me once the work was completed. I could not have asked for better service! Thank you!

Great customer service! My service advisor Frank was awesome! He was honest, informative, respectful, no pressure, appreciative of the business,and just a very pleasant person to deal with. It was a great experience and will definitely go back for any future service needed for our VW.

I had a wonderful experience at Piazza. They were willing to stay late and work with me to buy a Tiguan, even offering to drive two hours to finish the paperwork at the start of the week! Well worth the two hour drive. I'm very happy with my beautiful purchase! Thank you, Jim and team!

Frank and the team at Piazza Volkswagen were competent, committed and accommodating. I felt the that they were knowledgeable and understood the sort of service my vehicle required. They were committed to providing me with hassle free same day service with no appointment necessary. Lastly they were accommodating as they were able to access my needs to continue the business of the day and provided me with a high trim level curtesy vehicle with which to carry out the remainder of my tasks until my vehicle was ready. I would highly recommend them for vehicle servicing needs and would even consider purchasing my next Volkswagen from them.

I purchased my 2015 VW Beetle here and it has been serviced here exclusively since. Frank and the other service managers are wonderful and so helpful and patient. I usually wait and it's been fine. This service I dropped off the night before for the first time for service, four tires and alignment. Everything went perfectly. Very pleased with the dealership!Wendy

Excellent experience using Piazza VW for service. They stayed in contact with me the whole time when my Atlas was in for warranty work, it was done in a timely manner. The mechanic also utilizes an app and videos what work was done to the car in a walk around which I was able to access and watch. Highly recommend them for any service work!

Piazza Volkswagen Of Langhorne is a great dealership ! From the first phone call to the day of the sale ! I bought my car during the first few of Covid- 19 Quarantine & Eric who delivered my car to me was extremely professional & showed me how to use every single upgrade in my car & made sure I was super satisfied before signing the paperwork!Recently I had a little issue with the car & Piazza picked my car up & fixed anything that was wrong with it for absolutely no cost to me !I would recommend this dealership to everyone !Very professional & great customer service !This isn t your average car dealership !

It s great they send you videos showing you with a verbal description. Our bug was taken in an emergency due to the warning light displayed on the dash. They were efficient and squeezed us in as our teen driver was unable to use rental or comfortable in our larger cars. Their recommendations guided us to also make changes for upcoming state inspection. Overall, our interactions with Piazza VW have been pleasant.

I had a great experience purchasing my new VW Taos. Sal Torress was very warm and wonderful. He was very patient and really worked with me to get me a payment I was comfortable with. He even stayed late after closing to help me move everything out of my old vehicle into my new one, and then took the time to show me how to connect my phone and use all the features on the vehicle. Very wonderful experience and a great guy. Thanks Sal!
