I went to drop-off my car for a service appointment for a recall and to have a related issue looked at and the service advisor was extremely condescending and was talking to me like a child, I look young but that doesn't warrant being talked down to. Even though my car is under factory warranty, she basically said that the tech wouldn't be able to recreate the issue after I explained it and that I would have to pay the diagnostic fee, which is ridiculously high. I ended up pulling my car out before they could look at it because the whole interaction made me sick and took it to Faulkner where they were extremely nice, listened to me, explained everything thoroughly, identified exactly what I was experiencing, and the issue ended up being covered by warranty. So glad I pulled my car out of Piazza, will never take it to them again after the disrespect I received. I never write reviews but after hearing that others have had bad experiences and experiencing it first-hand, I wouldn't recommend anyone servicing their car at Piazza.

Many people dread taking their vehicle to the dealer for service, whether it be the cost of the maintenance or the feeling that they are not being treated with respect when they are waiting for their vehicle, this is a common experience. I must say that I have not had that experience when taking my Honda to Mike Piazza Honda for service. Since 2017 I have been taking my Honda Fit to them for service and have had nothing but a pleasant experience. I have seen how the service center has changed since the pandemic, and, in my opinion, it has only gotten better. Now there a concierge who checks you in and does a visual inspection of your vehicle. Then you go into the service center and meet with an advisor who completes your service request, this person is also your point of contact during your service appointment. If you are waiting, there is an area with tables, coffee, television, and WIFI, or you can walk the lot and check out the new cars or you can leave your vehicle. Whether you leave your vehicle or wait, your service advisor will keep you appraised as to the progress of your service and any additional repairs that might need to be made or are recommended. Pricing for service seems to be more than fair and it is being done by HONDA trained technicians using genuine HONDA parts. I have even found sometimes having the service done here is the same or cheaper than having it done at another retail service center. It is disappointing that this service center has such a low rating since I have not found any of the issues complained of to be true. I would suggest you give Mike Piazza Honda Service Center a try and not only rely on the reviews here to make your final decision. In my experience, I don't think you'll be disappointed.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Had a recall on my honda, staff was friendly and helpful. But like most dealers if you're paying they are very expensive. Even for scheduled honda maintenance. Which they say if it gets screwed up cause of their mistake the additional costs fall on the customer. Which is insane if you ask me.

I had to take my car in for a recall I was waited on quickly and everyone was very friendly and efficient I was told that it would take 2 hours for the repair so I walked to a nearby store did some shopping and by the time I returned it was finished in 1.5 hrs instead. I am very satisfied with the service

Wes never very good at fixing my car, but now did not warn about they shuttle service going down to one way and up to 5 miles on top of $200 diagnostic charge for something that should be under warranty?!?!?Well, not like you are the only Honda dealer in the area.

Bad customer service came here to see online 39.99 for oil change and tire rotation. Now they want 80 dollars . Senior officers came and talk so rude. It s not acceptable at all
