I am very pleased with the service, repairs and professionalism at Masselle's Auto body. This is the first time I used them and will definitely be a return customer. Steve was fantastic and had my car back 2 days early. My car looks better now than it did prior to my accident. Thank you so much for your world class service!

It's rare that I write a review, but working with Masselle's Auto Body deserves mention. When I first called Masselle's to set appointment for a quote, Steve M was candid and transparent about how soon he could take on the work. During the quoting process Steve spent time describing/showing the items that would be involved. He also confirmed that he could work with my insurance company directly. I received updates along the way regarding parts on site, work started and updated finish date. Masselle's delivered the car two days ahead of schedule. The workmanship on my GX460 is outstanding! The team takes personal pride in their work - looks like they detailed the car. I value the transparency and workmanship of Masselle's Auto Body

Steve Masselle and his crew are the best in the business. Masselles has done so much work for my family over the years we've had our share of accidents and damage. Steve goes above a beyond for his customers. I can tell you Steve's work is amazing. You'll be very happy when you see you car or truck all fixed and clean. Great business and a great owner. I am not one to write reviews, but due to the extraordinary work done on my wife's 2020 Tahoe by the gentlemen at Masselle's I fell like craftsmanship like this commanded a review.A few hours after the accident I called Masselle's and Steve told me to bring it right over so we could go over the damage. They took extremely good care of the truck and kept in contact throughout the repair process.When I received the call that my wife truck was finished I went right over and I was amazed how perfect the repairs were, it looked like I just came off the showroom floor (again).I highly recommend Messelle's for any body work that you need done and I know they wont let you down!Service: Body & Trim

Steve and team were very communicative and helpful the entire time while fixing my car after a collision, in addition to a technical issue that was completely out of their hands.My car looks better now than it did before I bought it. I d recommend them to anyone.

I have never written a review but the outstanding service from start to finish regarding the repair of my damaged car needs the community s recognition. Steve, the owner, was extremely professional, courteous and responsive to my particular situation. He is clearly attentive to detail, as shown in his comprehensive assessment of my car s damages, and the clean, tidy and organized work environment. The repairs were completed in a very prompt and timely manner, much earlier than I could have ever expected. The quality of his craftsmanship and workmanship was impeccable; he even took the time and effort to wash and clean my vehicle! Without any hesitation whatsoever, I would highly recommend Masselle s. I hope I am never again in a car accident, but if I am, there is no question as to where I will go to have my car repaired - you would be crazy to take your car anywhere else!By the way, I am not a family member!Service: Body & Trim

I have sent my salvage title mini cooper (damage in the front and the back) to the shop to fix, and I am not happy.1. The waiting was long, the vehicle cannot be repaired in a timely manner. After I have dropped off the car and provided most of the parts, it still took ONE YEAR of waiting before they could actually start the repairmen. However, it did not worth the long wait.2. Lack of communication and I was charged more than expected for the paint job alone. Example: there was a small dent on the hood, and it was fixed and re-painted; but I was charged for painting the entire hood, unexpected. Should have let me know before the decision was made.3. Dishonest in business or just purely incompetent. Not sure how it could be possible, the coolant leaking problem was not found in the shop, but they managed to PUT THE BROKEN HOSE BACK in place, cover it up with the bumper, and claim there was no leaking issue after they had a test drive. After I drove the car away and the car overheated due to the leaking of coolants within 10 minutes of driving. I had to open the hood to cool down the engine and drive like a snail to the other shop. Steve, if you did not test drive, you could be honest; there was a big hole in the hose where the coolant can discharge like a water fall.4. The body work looks good until you remove the bumper and look inside. My car had frame damage, and only major problems that prevent the bumper to be in place was fixed. If part of the metal frame was just bend slightly, it would become a hidden issue and never got fixed. How do I know it? I fix it somewhere else.The shop charged me at a premium price but gave the quality of work that was far from premium. I want my car not just looking good, but it also needs to be drivable and safe. The coolant leaking issue can alarm me to drive slow, but will the covered up slightly bending frame will throw me a warning light of the chance of breaking apart anytime?Graphic evidence will follow.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Had major hale damage to my car, after calling around to other garages, I chose Steve. Best decision ever. If you need a professional, quick and honest service then the team at Masselle's is the place. Small local service that doesn't disappoint. These guys are true professionals. I described the damage and sowed them the car, the work was down a day ahead of schedule and came out way better than I could've expected. My Acura was in a minor accident and had damage to the passenger door and fender. Since It would be in the body shop, I ask them to do a few extras (driver side door trim, new weather stripping, removal of a pinstripe and dent strips around wheels) which weren't covered by my insurance, but they gave me an EXCELLENT price on! These pictures don't come close to doing there work justice but I had to upload them. The first two are before and the last one is after. In the future I don't have a second thought on who I'm going to go to for body work. Thanks again guys!

This shop will be my go to from now on. I had a positive experience from beginning to end with customer service and the damage repair of my car. They returned it to me vacuumed and washed and it looked like a new car! Steve, the owner is a real genuine, nice guy. This is the third time that I have used Masselle's and it was by far my most desperate. I was involved in a front end accident that left my Mercedes barely drivable. Immediately after the accident, I called Masselle's to ask if I could bring the car straight to their shop. They accepted. My car barely made it there. On the drive to their shop, I noticed that my air conditioner was no longer functioning and my engine's water temperature was as high as the gauge would allow. I was told that it would take 3 weeks to fix my car... two weeks and 1 day later, my car looked better than it did when I bought it. I'm not being cheesy, I am very particular when it comes to people working on my car and these people do an amazing job! Not only did they fix every piece of malfunctioning equipment, but they restored each body panel back to its original glory. I will return to Masselle's every chance I get! Thank You so much guys! Just left Massselle's and Steve was really helpful on giving us a estimate on our focus that was hit on the driver side fender . Gave us all the proper information and paper work for the damage of the vehicle. Steve is a good guy and very knowledgeable and professional.

When it comes to cars all I hear is Chinese lol. My car got hit by three deer last year. Steve was amazing during the whole process! He talked everything out to me. Very patient, kind and understanding.

I was referred to this shop by my insurance company, so I had no idea what the outcome was going to be, but I was sure hoping it would be better than a recent experience with Maaco. Was I ever surprised when I picked up my car!! It looked brand new! The kindness I was shown went above and beyond any auto body shop I've ever been to. (Actually, anywhere I've ever been to) If more people in this world treated one another like they treated me, the world would be a much better place. It touched my heart and I will pay it forward, for sure. Thank you so much. I hope everyone that has the option of being referred to you guys PICKS YOU! Anyone reading these reviews....pick Masselle's. You will not be disappointed! Our car was in a bad way, within about a thousand dollars of being totaled after an accident involving a large deer. Masselle s Auto Body set it all right again. The extensive body & paint work required was done perfectly. I mean it s invisible from any line of sight & in all types of light, just as it should be. Wait, it gets better: The owner, Steve handled all details with the insurance company, managed to source original body panels for our not so common Fiat coupe and had the entire repair completed in just a week. If your car is in need of such TLC, I recommend calling Masselle s Auto Body. Steve and his team are a pleasure to work with honest people who truly know their craft.

So happy I chose this shop after my hit and run accident. I was treated fairly and professionally from drop off to pick up. Got my Jeep back better than when it went in. Will definitely use this shop again if I ever need a repair and have recommended it to everyone who has asked me where I got my Jeep fixed after my accident. They leave little goodie bags in your vehicle! How sweet :)

I first went to Masselles based on the great reviews on Google and it did not dissapoint. I met with Steve, the owner of the shop and you can immediately tell he cares about the quality and workmanship of his work. A genuinely nice person too who provides quality work and customer service. I had front and rear-end damage. The insurance would have provided after-market parts, however, thanks to Steve, he fought for the original manufacture parts. My car looks great. Even better than it did pre-accident. It is hard to find people who are genuine, honest and cares about quality work and customer satisfaction. Thank you Steve.

No one ever wants to go to a body shop and hopefully you won t ever have to but if you do go to Masselle s without hesitation. They do excellent work, honest, and will work with the insurance company on your behalf.
