Just picked up my car no issues very clean drives good. From the sales department to the finance department everything went well.Professional and very neat and clean showroom and they have a nice selection of vehicles to choose from.I ll be recommending family and friends to Highline Automotive

A lot more luxury cars than I expected were available here and I had a good experience with the sales team. Alex & Dave were fantastic. Would definitely come back here when I'm ready to trade it in

This has been an awesome buying experience. David, my sales manager, was very helpful and personable but most of all, it felt like he cared about getting me the best price but also to make sure I was safe. Thanks to him and the staff! I will refer people here for sure.

Hey David and Roman were amazing. Not too pushy and great about finding you the right car. I got a beautiful SUV for my wife and I m picking up another car tomorrow. They were very understanding and and patient. The warranty package was reasonable as well. Definitely I good place to shop for your new car!!!!

There were polite when I got there. Helped me with the whole process. I had my children with me it was also a bonus that they helped out by giving waters and paper and pen to kill time and keep them occupied. It was definitely a good experience. I highly recommend for anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave and Alex to secure a new car from Highline. Dave was so personable and patient, and was not a pushy salesman at all, and Alex worked to get me the car I wanted within my budget - and with a better interest rate than my credit union. Would definitely recommend them if you re in the market for a new pre-owned vehicle. They were kind and honest - two words not normally associated with folks in the car selling business.

Thank you HighLine Automotive of Langhorne, PA for making my car buying experience the way it should be!I came in from out of state as I was very interested in a niche suv they had on their lot. My husband and I saw it online the night prior and decided to just drive up we live in Maryland. I was very hesitant due to my prior experience with another out of state dealership and their horrible customer service and sales experience.However when I arrived they had quite a few other groups waiting to be helped, so in my head I felt that this place was popular for a reason (my hopes). I saw first hand why .Ivan walked up to us and asked if we had been helped and from there everything else was smooth and painless! I had a check pre approved from my own bank and they accepted it again so painless! I almost cried because I don t think I ve ever had such a positive experience with dealerships since I bought my last suv which I ve had for almost 10 years now (if my experience is not a good one I won t buy). Also, shoutout to one of the managers Jim and the owner for working with us honoring a price after slight deliberation between my husband and him nothing worth mentioning though just typical sales negotiations, lol.If you are looking for a specific vehicle and you see it in their inventory at HighLine? I suggest you buy it!***1 month update: It s been a month since owning the vehicle and despite buying a brand that has value anyway I am thoroughly impressed in the condition of the car! Another shoutout to HighLine for selling quality vehicles!My suggestion still stands buy from HighLine!

Bunch of clowns liars and thieves they spent over a month working on my car I purchased from them which I haven t even had a full year that started having issues whenever I would call to check they would hang up ,ignore my calls or give me attitude, they constantly kept changing the date for would I could pick my car up and charged me for things that were covered under my warranty that they sold to me and then when I finally got my car back THREE days later it was broke again with the same issue I brought it in for it wasn t until I had someone go and curse out the shady manager that I received an apology for such terrible service and my money but then I was offered to have my car fixed for free and when I called the same manager to set it up he completely ignored all my calls. Trash workers trash manager everyone in their is sneaky he had his workers lie about if he was in or not do not shop with Roman or high line getting ya car fixed or purchased at literally a junk yard would be a step up

What a great experience. I never saw so many high quality cars in one place before (over two hundred!). Their website is so very easy to use, and very thorough, with each cars information and lots of photos. Tom the finance manager was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions ... even the ones I never thought to ask! It was my first experience with HighLine and won't be my last. Definitely worth the drive.

Great company, great guys are working! All questions were answered professionally and clearly! I'm very picky about everything, so they endured it! I've been driving for half a year I came to change the oil, everything was done quickly!

I bought my 2018 chevy Malibu from this place may 2023 so many red flags from the beginning he kept forgetting stuff mixing the paperwork up.. I had a tire pressure sensor went off I gave it to them so they can fix it at their mechanic when I received the car it was off then it came back on so I take it back there same thing again my bank said they sent the wrong paperwork for the vin number because I was financing the car obviously through my bank had two switch the VIN number to the right one I have the wrong VIN number to my warranty so it was a whole headache because of them. My bank said try to give them the car back so we did they wasn't going to get my check back so I was stuck with the car not even a month I should have punched him in his face a few months later I put the car in reverse and it has a hard time going in to reverse took it to my mechanic is a transmission problem don't go to this car dealership scam.. zero stars
