Can I vote 0 stars???Bought a used car in Nov which was told it is in great condition and that their service department did a complete check on the car before selling it. Car fax clean, etc. Took it to my mechanic a few days later for a peace of mind to find out the draft shaft was cracked. But their service team missed that ??? Took the car, got a rental, they did the fixes, great. 3 months later, I take the car in for my 1 free oil change . I bring the car home, hours later there is oil all over my driveway. I call them and tell them about it and the first response was for me to tow the car there. I refused to pay for the tow of something they obviously did since I just had it there for an oil change. They ended up sending a tow and we got yet again another rental. Days go by and we finally just show up and meet with the managers. They tried to say it was a defective O-Ring so we asked for the part and they ignored us. Interesting. We asked for a warranty on the engine since now the car has ran with no oil as the dipstick was empty and they wont give us 1. Oh and I forgot to mentioned that when we got the car it had a dent with paint chipped and a scratch in the door and were told BOTH times that they had my car they would get it fixed. Never happened. They blame the paint guy saying he isn t coming due to weather? How unprofessional.0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thanks Jo we live more than four hours away all communication has been done primarily online it was such a breeze to buy a certified pre owned car. This place is the absolute worst for having warranty repairs done! We bought a car in December and it broke down in October. The engine over consumed the oil and seized. We were told the repair was covered under warranty and it should take 2-4 weeks. We are going on 6 months! Every time we get an update it's nothing but lies and false hope! They gave us a rental car, great! But we have to go back there every month to renew the agreement and get a different car, so ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ARE A JOKE!

This is a generous 2 star. Had my car towed in. 2021 Kia Soul less than 15k miles. After its very first trip longer than 30 miles driven and 30 minutes running. In this case nearly 400 miles and roughly 5 hours. The car stalls, then stalls again with a load noise and shuts off. After coasting down my street I call and schedule an appointment explaining everything and inform them I am calling kia roadside and have it towed. Upon receiving the car the service writer checks nothing and writes a new repair order neglecting to see there is an appointment. He then proceeds to reach out to my wife and inform her that there is no oil and this is not warranty to which my wife asks him to please reach out to me providing my information. He ignores that and sends her a quote for just under $6000.00 to replace an engine which should be warranty. After almost a week and a phone call to Kia motors and no word from the writer, no one answering the phones, returning calls I show up. I tell the service writer that the vehicle is perfectly maintained at the dealership I work at as it is more convenient and provide service records also asking why they haven't submitted a claim with technical assistance. A week later I finally hear back saying they infact filed a claim with Kia technical and they have a few tests to diagnose cause. I only found out the engine was approved under warranty from Kia motors. I was never offered a loaner vehicle or rental despite knowing my warranty does cover that. Even when i got someone on the phone and asked about it I was told I'll have to get back to you tomorrow on that. I don't hear from my service writer again except to tell my wife the vehicle is done 5 weeks later. Despite numerous calls with no answer or response. The only way I was provided any information was through Kia motors directly. Upon picking up my car is see my driver seat looking like a technician sat in it with no protective film as it is filthy though it looks like they may have attempted to clean it up. There are grease smudges all over the hood and a chip in the hood where it looks as though it was hit with a tool or perhaps the engine they replaced. I would have sat and complained but after 8 weeks of their nonsense I chose to defer. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy considering this is how they treat a customer who purchased the vehicle from them. You would atleast think after eight weeks they could have at the very least made sure the vehicle was clean when the customer picked up. Checking my phone 47 missed calls to their service department 53 if you include KIA's failed attempts. Oh and here is the kicker 10 days after they had my vehicle I received a text stating I missed my appointment. Since I know it is only automated responses.. please feel free to reach out to me if you honestly want to make this right....

Raza A., our salesman, was expectional, polite and very patient with us. He showed us the 2024 Kia Telluride, which we fell inlove. Got us a great deal and was able to drive off the lot with it. Recommend seeing Raza A. if you're in the market.

I've had some horrendous experiences with car dealerships and salespeople in the past. Ever since, I've always had my guard up when I walk into a dealership. I leased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Fred Beans Kia in November. Shelby was the sales representative who helped me and I couldn't be happier about the experience. If your going to walk into Fred Beans Kia, I recommend you ask for Shelby by name. She is the furthest thing from the stereotypical car salesperson. She focuses on the quality of service she provides customers and not the quantity of customers she sells cars to. She truly cares about the satisfaction of her customers and strives to exceed their expectations. I appreciate her dedication to quality service and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Five stars all around for Shelby and the team at Fred Beans Kia!

Just purchased a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. The sales person Razaa Worked with me for what I was looking for . He was not pushy. He was very professional and kind and understanding With what I had to work with. And his partner Dipen Who I did paper work with was very kind and professional and explained everything as I filled out the paperwork. I love my car and I'm very happy so far. We've bought all our cars from Fred Beans over the years.

This was my best car buying experience to date! I found a car I loved and ended up financing one for my husband, as well. Two cars in one day and all thanks to our exceptional salesperson, Pat W. The entire experience was so smooth. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to make a decision. Instead I walked away extremely satisfied and have since recommended this dealership to many friends. Pat was straightforward, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I d highly recommend going to see Pat!! Thank you!!

We went to Fred Beans KIA to look at a pre-owned vehicle on March 29th. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, especially our salesman Pat. He spent several hours with us taking the time to show us the vehicle that we went to look at, as well as a few new vehicles that might have been an option for us. In the end, we purchased the one that we originally went to see.My overall review has been revised in regards to a few issues that I originally had. The GM of the dealership Tony, got back to me and resolved my concerns this morning.Thanks to all for a pleasant buying experience.

Has an excellent car buying experience at Fred Beans Kia with Raza (also Hyundai previously though we didn t purchase there, but ask for Dan!) Went to Kia to simply test drive a vehicle that was 1 of our 2 choices. Didn t think we were purchasing today but it exceeded our expectations Never felt pressured, they just shared knowledge and facts, and kept the process moving without taking up our entire day. Nor did they ever make us feel like we were taking up too much of their time. A+ all around!

First time owning a Kia Forte GT. Made my first appointment for the car's first oil change. I was in and out within a half hour. They even vacuumed the inside of my car for me. Since it was my first oil change with the new car, the service was free. I will continue to use their service.

We bought more than 3 cars from here just to get treated like dirt. My Kia failed as a result of the recall and has been sitting on their lot for almost 2 months and it s not drivable. John and Wayne did nothing about it. They refuse to give me a rental car, which I m entitled to have. They didn t care about my safety or lost wages of over 10K. The recall states my car is a ticking time bomb but obviously Kia doesn t car about customer safety. They lied saying the corporate number was customer service when in fact it wasn t. What s interesting is that John L. Admitted to me that there was a flaw in the design of my car. Let s also not forget that KIA FAILED to notify me about the recall until it was too late. This recall dated back a few years and they decide to send it to my house after the car failed. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just purchased my second vehicle, and it s the best dealership I ve dealt with. Every team member we talked to was friendly and welcoming and Chelsea was my sales person for both my cars and also my husbands car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It s a great dealership.

Took my daughter for a ride! From the salesman to the finance department! She only financed about 1/2 of what the vehicle costs and the finance manager gave her 60 months financing! When we asked for a shorter term, they would not do it! They said it didn't matter if she was paying off the car in the first year!I have since found out that is incorrect. They also added Warranties and maintenance plans when we specifically told them we do not want that! They had to remove it the next day!Entrapment comes to mind. DON'T GO THERE!!! Especially if you are a woman alone! They are experts in taking advantage of women! I can't remove the stars! They deserve 0!

The entire staff that helped us drive away with a new car was fantastic. They didn't push us into making any decision; I gave them the parameters of what I could afford and they made it happen. Know before you go and this place delivered. We scheduled an appointment, they had the car ready for a test drive, and we were quick to work out a deal.

I bought a Kia EV6 from Fred Beans KIA of Langhorne in 2022 and loved the vehicle but not the payments, so I went back and I m now leasing a 2023 KIA ev6 for less than half the money. I was very happy with them and would definitely go back. Thumbs Up.

PLEASE READ this before you purchase from this dealership. Let me preface by saying I would never leave a negative review if it wasn t warranted. With that said where do I begin ok my wife Michelle purchased a 2017 Kia Sorrento and it was a great experience and a great vehicle until ..it wasn t. Recalls on the vehicle and every time she scheduled the maintenance appointment there were major issues with the service department. First Kia tried to deny a warranty issue because the oil change reports for the car didn t show 1 oil change in 2017, I can t make this up. That was later rectified after getting the report from our service provider. The car was smoking oil so bad and they told my wife she had to continue to drive it until 1000 miles or the engine ceased. We have 2 young children in the vehicle at all times and one could imagine driving in a smoking bomb of a vehicle and being told your engine could cease while driving with your children albeit on the highway or roads. This was absolutely unacceptable and we demanded a rental until fixed. Well here we are again with another warranty issue and constant calls which fall on deaf ears just to a schedule a rental while the vehicle is serviced. PLEASE choose another KIA dealership because you will regret using FRED BEANS!

I checked out 8 different PA dealerships and Fred Beans had the best prices. When I got to the dealership, I got to work with a really awesome bunch of folks. David, DJ, and Sean were very helpful, quick, and great to chat with. The process went fairly quickly and was actually fun!

Couldn t ask for a better experince with working with pat and there finance manager. Went to multiple dealerships and this one was by far the best. For this being my first big purchase they were so respectful and nice. I would suggest pat 10/10 to do business with. Wasn t rude and was very friendly and respectful in trying to make sure it makes sense instead of getting a deal done. I have a friend that will be looking at a kia k5 gt and I will make sure to tell him to go to this dealership

Honestly, this dealership went above and beyond. Unfortunately, we couldn t make a deal with them due to the car we were interested in being sold.Raza, the salesman we were dealing with, was very kind, humble, and helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. He pulled up multiple vehicles for us to look at. He had them all ready for us as we were test driving other vehicles as well. I have to say, his customer service was great. And I would ve gladly done a deal with him if the car we were interested in didn t sell.Fred Beans themselves are an MSRP dealership which is great. They aren t taking advantage of the customers like some of the competing dealerships are.

Our salesman Raza was fantastic.Unfortunately my brand new 2024 Kia soul has a faulty USB port, and I have received some trouble with getting it fixed which has been very frustrating. The service department is insistent the issue is nonexistent despite my problems and are ordering the part as a formality. Hopefully Kia will fix the issue.

Went there for inspection and oil change 4/3/23. Service was below standards, they claim they rotated tires and balanced. Yet none of the tires had clips on the rims and tires show diferent pressures. They claimed and charged for a wheel alignment now I have issues wheel well pull at different speeds. Never had that problem. They put the wrong stickers on the car after my telling them 3x I want may stickers I was there from 0930 to 1230. They did wash the call. Find a more competent dealership or Mechanic. Gonna return the car when i get back from vacation.

Had my Kia stolen and taken to Fred Beans. I talked to Raza about what my options were which were buy a different car or sell my recovered car to kia for whatever value it was worth. I spoken to Raza twice and both times I asked about what the value of my Kia would be but he focused on trying sell me a car.On the other hand service was great! Obviously there are part shortages so I can t blame them for that but John Lombardi was very communicative in the process of where they were in fixing my car and gave me updates every week so I wouldn t be waiting anxiously and when there an update he let me know.

Buyer beware! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and the transmission, control arm, axel and other issues known to the dealer when it was sold to me. I requested to speak directly with tony aletto who is the general manager and there is no direct line to tony. The general manager of the dealership doesn t have a phone. Don t believe me? Call them for his direct number. They will only transfer you to a voicemail. Tony if you re reading this, call me. How does the guy who runs the dealership not have a direct line? The used car manager has promised for the past 2 weeks to furnish documents related to the warranty, prior repairs, their inspection of the vehicle prior to selling it to me, title and other documents. They claim they inspect their used vehicles prior to reselling it however that is not the case, the vehicle should have never passed state inspection based on the control arm itself, let alone should have never left the lot with the control arm in the condition it was in. The mechanic I brought it to couldn t believe the wheel didn t fall off. All of this wasn t a result of driving it for less than a year, less than 20k miles. It was sold in that condition. I paid 8k cash and still haven t received the title. They have my address. I can t move forward legally without the information I m requesting. I filed a complaint with the attorney general to in hopes they will assist me. Fred beans is about money, not customer service. Excited to see the generic response generated by the owner. I ve tried calling you, you don t return the calls or follow up. It s not difficult to do.Edit: correct we did talk however he advised in order to obtain my contract and all pertinent paperwork I would have to subpoena them. Additionally, he threatened to sue me for slander based on this post. All their calls are recorded for quality service. I should subpoena the phone records. I have never asked the. To pay for repairs, fix my car, reimburse me. I only asked for my contract, pertinent repair info, as is paperwork that I signed and any warranty info.
