Just had an engine replacement done on my 2015 Hyundai genesis which cost a fortune , after spending $1500 on a new radiator and thermostat. So me leaving a 5 star review may not seem ideal but it s was earned.My 5 star review is a reflection of my experience with the Service Manager Andrew Weir. Andrew was patient and took time to help me find alternative ways to get an affordable engine in my car, when Hyundai America loyalty program was no help at all (my engine which I insured up to 100k miles developed problem at about 300 miles over the warranty, and Hyundai could not assist in any way. Needless to say this was my 4th Hyundai and my second Genesis, but I digress). Andrew demonstrated empathy and was very patient with explaining details of steps. Fast forward about 2 months later, an affordable engine with lower mileage was purchased and installed.As a result of the high cost associated with my repair, Andrew promised to speak to the GM and based on his efforts the cost out the door came down substantially.I will recommend Fred Beans because of this experience.

I've had two experiences with this service department and I wish I was not forced to have more, but I bought a service contract with my new car and regret it completely. The first took over a month to schedule for manufacturer safety updates, which was concerning but while there, the experience was overall good. However, this last time has been for a cracked windshield that is supposed to be covered under my contract. It's been three weeks, four calls and no one has called me back to schedule. Apparently they have a system where you need to schedule with an advisor or service manager to get a timely appointment, but those folks never call back, likely they are understaffed and overworked, but the system is absurd. After my last call I asked the rep to just get me anything she was able to, as I have no faith I will ever get a call back. Five weeks to get a repair for my windshield as the temperatures keep dropping and the three inch crack is now almost halfway across my windshield. I am pregnant with an hour commute to work and a windshield that I have no faith in and I am still two weeks out from a repair, which I effectively already paid for with this costly contract, but can't access in any reasonable amount of time. No call backs yet from an advisor or service manager either. If you are looking for a full service dealer to support the life of your car, look elsewhere.

Horrible experience with the service Advisor Jon Klaus and the mechanics staff.After waiting for three hours my car was delivered to me as repaired, I tested it and the problem wasn't fixed, questioned the mechanic who admitted he didn't check his work. They took the vehicle back to the service bay and promised me a loaner car so I could get to my doctor's appointment on time, this was also a lie, after waiting another hour the vehicle was returned to me and Jon Klaus told me it would take several weeks for the parts needed in the first place to arrive.I wasted in excess of five hours being lied to, my car smells of grease and shop towels were left on the floor.Save yourself some aggravation and shop elsewhere. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.Jim

Not a fan of the service team.Fortunately, the new advisor who was only with the dealership a short time was courteous and displayed excellent customer service.The above rating is due to him, not the service department in general.

While I've had no problems with this specific location, Fred Beans is a terrible place to work at. Would never recommend anyone give this family any business. They are scummy.

Indifferent to be honest. First couple of times, I could make an appointment a week or two in advance, and be in and out (everything so far has been simple stuff). Not sure if it's covid/lack of workers related but the past three times, I've have to wait a month or two for an appointment, and doesn't matter if I'm the first person to be serviced in the morning, it's 2-3 hours of waiting, compared to a 1 hour range. Also they should tell you the approximate time frame and to change your waiting service. Not one person asked if I wanted to change and use the shuttle serviceEdit: a year later and same. Make sure to make your appointments well in advance. Takes like 2-3 months waiting for an inspection or oil change and 2-3 hours for waiting. Scheduling has become more difficult for some reason. When scheduling online, you have to manipulate the wait at the dealership or have a ride to get the times and days that you want. I still wait, just tell them the ride didn't work out and I'll be waiting. Oh well.

Decent car selection and friendly staff but the loan process is like being cut up and left in the ocean for sharks ( banks) to rip you apart .

Dealership is under construction, there are signs to guide you. Service department was prompt in checking me in.I had a 10 A.M appointment, directed to be there a half hour earlier. Everyone in the service department were efficient, and helpful. I was informed there was beverages available as I waited for my car. I was there for a free service upgrade. I was informed it be about an hour. It was completed timely. All went well. Highly recommend Fred Beans.

I've been going to them for about 5 years now, always great service and quick to take care of you. Yesterday i had a blown tire and even though they were busy, they still managed to squeeze me in and take care of me. Also everyone there is super friendly and helpful. EDIT: Change lt to one star cause i found out after this my wheel lock key is now missing and i know for a fact it was in my trunk, in the package it came in. Called them they said they'll give me a call back, its now been 3 days. Seems to me they used it and misplaced it so i cant go to another mechanic.

I like to write a review for Jerry the hospitality driver for Fred Beans. If it weren t for Jerry, I wouldn t get to my job. He such a nice man, he has taken me to my job 3 times. Lack of communication and they basically lied.Took my daughter's car there for a scheduled service on a Thursday, I called the next day because I did not hear anything. They stated they were still working on the car. At 445pm on Friday they call me and tell me all they got done was the inspection was the only thing done, the car wouldn't be ready until Monday for what I approved to be done. Fast forward, I call Monday morning and the service advisor was unavailable, I called again in the afternoon and he was 'in a meeting'.So I decided to go there and just pick the car up, whether the work was done or not at this point. I get there just to be told that they are still working on the car and I could wait for a few to get a status update. 20 mins later a technician comes out and tells the service advisor they don't have the part.....WHAT?!?!?I was livid, it would be one thing if they were just honest about not even starting or having the part. But having the car there for 5 days and not getting the approved work started was ridiculous.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Asked them to do a complete inspection of my 2023 Santa fe due to a planned 2500 mile road trip. After the oil change, they called and said everything was in good shape. I know the back wiper was bad, but they passed. Afterwards, I went to tire city for a rotation. They took me into the service area and showed me 2 tires that had dry rot. In Flordia, it was mid 80's degrees...NO AC. This was my 2 bad experience with them. My soon to purchase car will not be from Fred Beans!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent customer service and a lovely and very comfortable waiting area where alll the cushioned chairs were way more then six feet apart. Beautiful high definition television and complimentary bottled water as well. Clean bathrooms as well. Overall, an excellent customer experience.

Ashlyn was the best! She has a vast knowledge of cars and really made my purchasing process very easy. She went above and beyond to assist me, and further assisted us with dining options in the neighborhood, which was spot on and amazing.

Not busy and still took 3 hours for basic oil and tire. Ridiculous never coming back here again. And what s worse no communication as to why it s taking to long. I ve asked serval times and no answer as to what is going on. Furious

Service - 0Friendly- 1Deals - 1Experience- 0Sanitation - 1Notes: I requested oil change, my option was full synthetic oil. Once I receive my vehicle back, I took a look at Next Service sticker. It said that I should do next service in 3K Mile. If you will go to any car service shop for oil change, they use just 2 numbers 3 and 5 . 3 for regular oil and 5 for synthetic oil. So what do I think? I think instead of synthetic oil they did regular oil change. On top of that they committed a FRAUD , they charge me for synthetic oil. When you are been charged for a service that was not provided to you, that s is called a fraud. You may say hey it could be a just a mistake in mile sticker. Nope my service interval was also changed from 5k to 3k.After that I m changing oil myself. And interesting thing I find out. It s based on a brand and type, but full synthetic oil and filter can run up to 15k miles. In general 7K. 20 years ago yes, it was recommended 5k. So ether they still use 20 years old oil or scumming people by shorting intervals between service. To charge you a services that you don t need YET.Or maybe mechanic that was working on my Vehicle was not experienced. But then why give a vehicle to service shop with inexperienced mechanics.Anyway know your vehicle, don t leave your vehicle alone with mechanic, ask and check everything that is done to your vehicle.Stay safeOverall: Avoid This Service Shop

Can t say enough about Lauren Greene in the KIA service department. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable and customer centered - are just a few adjectives to describe Lauren. Continued to help me with KIA corporate and then was essential in providing good advice. The car is finally running and feels great! BUYERS BEWARE!!!DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!! MY MOM KAREN STILL PURCHASED A 2020 TUSCON AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON BLINKING AND STOPPED ACCELERATING ON THE HIGHWAY! SHE COULD OF DIED! THE WORSE PART IS SHE HAD IT TOWED THERE AND THEY WONT EVEN GIVE HER A RENTAL!
