My wife hit a curb and did some damage under the car. We both have fusions from Fred Beans, and we figured we could trust them if we took it there for an estimate. My wife spoke to Ryan, who said he would put it up on the lift and take a look at it for free and let us know if there is any damage that needs to be fixed. Well, when we dropped the car off, that changed to "I may have to charge you a half hour for labor." Okay, fine. We dropped the car off and I took my wife to work and I went to work not 20 mins later, Ryan called my wife and told her that they can't look at the car unless we pay $179 for an alignment. At this point, we both can't walk out of work again, so they got me, and I reluctantly agreed to do it.They called us and told us nothing is wrong with the car, but they didn't even offer to fix the cosmetic damage that is still apparent under the vehicle. It was a very bad experience, and I guess I will add this service center to the list of untrustworthy locations. Unfortunately, the area is full of them.

After having appointment cancelled in NJ 4x at Ciocca for my husbands fusion hybrid we called for a service appt here. Great experience. Professional, and didn t try to sell me anything. If I can rate this location a zero I definitely would. Customer service is a total disaster.Lauren Green needs training when dealing with customer her professionalism need urgent training. Please release this person from all duties when dealing with service for Ford Dealer. She would definitely bankrupt this service center.

I wanted to get my car fixed here since it is still under the warranty. The problem I had was getting someone to answer my questions. I called them three times to speak with someone, the person that answered the phone says there just a receptionist and can't pull your warranty info up on the computer and will have a service tech call me back. They wouldn't transfer me and no one ever calls back.
