Second time I've been here and was amazed by the service. I made an appointment for Sunday, got there a little early and was informed by the manager they were short staffed that day. They were still able to assess and perform the needed work on my brakes in less time than I had estimated. The prices are kind of high, but I have credit with them that's why I go.

Firestone at this location has always had great service and been very competitive with pricing. I ve dealt with Steve multiple times in the past and he is always very helpful as was the case this time out. Although the shop appeared to be shorthanded he was keeping things afloat paying attention to details and doing his best to address everything I needed. He is a big part of why I keep coming back.

Consistently lie about your car needing work that doesn t need done trying to squeeze money out of the gullible. Told me my car wouldn t start after getting an oil change done and me knowing how they overcharge for labor costs, had it towed to my mechanic who said it started right up and they were full of it. At best they re completely incompetent, at worst they re con artists and snake oil salesmen.

Wholly unfriendly and unprofessional. I waited over five minutes just to SEE an employee. The guy that finally arrived never greeted me. Never smiled. Never confirmed what my appointment was for. I had to offer my name, then he said "keys?", And that was it. The bathroom is disgustingly filthy. I'm so sorry I brought my car to Firestone. Never again.

Upon inspection of my issue the tech discovered another issue that needed attention. They were able to determine what needed to be done to remedy the issue. I was not satisfied with the results and I suggested fix to the issue and the tech was able to correct the problem to my liking.

This is what they would do to a brand new 2020 car, tires never been taken out of the car. All the rims are scratched, damaged and the manager tried denying everything saying there was no way that would've happened. They gave me a shady call about my breaks when they were about to be finished, now the rotors been sprayed with something and the car feels wobbly. They simply dont care about your rims or your car. avoid this place

This is a honest place to get tires and other minor repairs. A friend who owns a car dealership recommends them and sends everyone to them. Fair pricing and good service.

As someone who has worked in the automotive industry and knows more than most women about cars I can tell you these guys are honest. I have been to many other Firestone locations over the years, my car will be going here exclusively from now on because of Jason and his crew. All members of the staff that I spoke with were courteous and professional. My tires needed to be ordered because they re a special size, so they called me once they arrived to set up a service date. Went in for tires but left having gotten 4 tires, a lifetime alignment, oil change, tune up and front sway bar links all done in less than 2 days. I was contacted more than once throughout my vehicles stay explaining what was recommended due to safety concerns (sway bar links), what was recommended due to mileage (tune up), and my vehicle was done before the agreed upon time. I left with a safer vehicle and it drove like it was brand new again.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

At time of inspection we were told that our Kia needed new brakes and rotors to pass inspection, which is a costly repair. Approximately 2 weeks later we had a second vehicle that was due for inspection. It failed to pass for the exact reason, again a costly repair. At less than 11,000. Miles our Kia is making terrible braking noise. Fortunately the parts were under warranty. Therefore, Firestone replaces parts, brakes I believe. A couple months later the second vehicle begins to make the exact terrible braking noise with only 8,000 miles on the rotors and brakes. We were told by the service department they haven't seen anything like this situation. However the parts were just outside the warranty and it would cost some $600 dollars to replace. Of course we found this unacceptable considering both vehicles had the same repair to pass inspection within 2 weeks of each other and both car repairs fail to last but a fraction of the expected amount of time. To our knowledge rotors should be good for between 50,000 to 70,000 miles. After some deserved pushback Firestone agreed to replace the rotors on the second vehicle. We paid the $180 labor costs. Our Kia has begun to make the same braking noises yet again. We believe Firestone installed defective products (rotors) on both of our vehicles. It is doubtful that we will trust Firestone to repair any of our vehicles in the future. Personally I don't like sharing this review. But at the high price of car repairs other should read our experience.

In 2020, I had rusted out brake lines in a 2006 Sprinter. I paid a premium to have ALL the brake lines replaced. They ONLY replaced the rusted out sections even though the promise was to change them from the ABS module all the way out to the calipers at the wheels. I had the work done and then had to travel to the West Coast and returned in 2022 to pickup the vehicle and bring it out West where I had moved. When I looked the vehicle over, I noticed that Firestone had only changed out the worst sections of the brake lines and left a large portion existing there - which is STILL rusted. They claimed (in 2022) that it must have rusted since 2020 but that's completely false as the splices they made are obvious and the vehicle sat in a temperature controlled garage for 2 years. Absolute LIARS and manipulators at this Firestone. They refused to complete the work that they promised and that they claimed they performed. The photo with this review is a section of the brake lines that they say they replaced (just after the ABS module). They most certainly did NOT change the lines there as promised and that certainly did NOT occur in less than two years with brand new lines - not being driven and in a temp controlled garage. Absolutely ridiculous and I do NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

I was tasked with getting new tires for our family van. Now I know very little about cars, just the basics on how to check oil and coolant, change a tire, etc. I Google all I could about tires before settling on a set of 4 toyo tires at firestone. I called and immediately was told they don't have those tires, but they had their brand, which were more per tire. I declined, saying I'd be happy to wait for the ones I selected to arrive in the shop. I was told I'd get a return phone call to see if they could get the ones I selected. Not even 5 mins later, I received a return call that they would have them no problem. Go figure. Fast forward to the appointment and my husband drops the van off and I'm already worried they are going to try to be sneaky and upcharge me for the tires I wanted but I saved my quote this is my own bias I suppose as mechanics have a bad reputation with being sneaky and I have trust issues. So 1 hour after dropping the van, I get a call from Steve, who tells me the mechanic recommends we have an alignment done. Now, this is my own fault for not being educated on the subject, but I originally declined, saying the car is newer and drives fine no pulling. So I hang up and Google it and panic, thinking well if the mechanic thinks we need it, he must have seen something off. I called back and. Asked the price, it was an addition 109.00, so I agreed to having it done since they felt we needed it. Fast forward again an hour later the van is done and I look over the paper work and my car 100% did not need an alignment the adjustments were negligible and all of my numbers were green prior to then "adjusting" anything in fact some numbers looked worse in my uneducated opinion AFTER THEY ADJUSTED it. Needless to say, my distrust of mechanics is still valid. Would I go back? Probably not because if they had just been upfront and honest, I'd have been more appreciative than them pretending my car had an issue. I have spoken to other mechanics who said it wouldn't be unreasonable for them to simply have charged a fee for running the test and not the full 109.00 when nothing was really needed. I 100% would have been fine with that.

This is for the Oxford Valley location store number 019356.Steve S. and his crew are the people I want working on my car. They're fair and honest and know what they're doing. I've tried the Levittown location which I live closer to but I choose to bring my car here!

Had an appointment time. They took the car in, right on time, and the service center was busy! Complete points check up, oil change and tire rotation. Top the fluids and I was out in just over one hour. Go there. I'll be back!!

Way too expensive. Over $2,000 for brakes and shocks. Would not budge on the pricing.

Dropped the car off at 7:30 am. Didn t get the car back until 3 pm until after complaining it was taking forever. The place was empty! Sent a $105 quote and for an inspection, one wiper blade, an air filter and spark plugs my mom didn t need (because she just got them done somewhere else) they charged her over $600. I used to bring 5 cars there- hers, my two, and my kids cars- I won t be back.

Returning customer. But it's been over a decade. Same Oxford Valley location. Could not have been happier. Tire prices are very competitive. Service was even better. Check around and if they're competitive, give them a shot.

I want to give a special thanks to one of Firestone's customer service representatives who gave me an exceptional experience. Anayeli was incredibly kind and professional, and best of all, she spoke Spanish. As a native Spanish speaker, I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into Firestone, Anayeli greeted me with a smile and listened intently as she explained the problem with my vehicle. She was clear and concise in his explanation of the repair options and provided me with a detailed estimate in Spanish, which I greatly appreciated.Additionally, her knowledge of Firestone services and her ability to communicate in Spanish gave me the confidence to make an informed decision. Throughout the repair process, the Anayeli kept me updated at all times and answered all my questions with clarity and patience. The level of professionalism and customer service that I experienced with Anayeli was exceptional. Not only was she friendly and helpful, but she also made me feel valued as a Spanish-speaking customer. It was a relief to be able to communicate in my native language and receive quality service.Five stars and a sincere thank you for a job well done!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I have never experienced anything but horrible service at this Firestone but I d say I am done going back forever. I took my car there Tuesday, and they told me I needed to get a fuel valve fixed, and to do a flush so I did that and it was about $700. The literal next day my check engine light came back on, I called and dropped it off on Thursday. They called me and said there was now an issue with my fuel pump, they gave me a refund and recommended I went somewhere else to get it fixed, something about getting a full refund and having them send me somewhere else feels suspicious that they messed something up and are trying to cover themselves. I took it to the dealer and I have to get my fuel pump fixed and it s now going to cost me a lot more then the original work that I feel like Firestone had botched. In the past they have put defective parts in my car, and broken things while working on it and charged me to fix it. A total rip off. Would not ever recommend to anyone I know and I will never be back.

I went in to get tires replaced the technician came out and told me that they didn t need to be replaced and that I still have life on them. They are honest and trustworthy people I don t mind driving the hour to go to just them. The front desk guy Corey was very helpful and always had a smile on his face and made me feel like part of his family. I would recommend everyone to go to him. 100% customer satisfaction on my end

You looking forward to that vacation this year? Well, you can kiss it ALL away if you take your car to Firestone!! Got car fixed $1,000 later. The next day car stalls on me in the middle of the highway with my kids in the car!! Firestone never tried to work with me on a price. It was the next day. In addition, my car never had any problems till taking it to Firestone. Went to another place. Only took $20.00 to fix the issue that they were trying to charge over $400 for. They are a rip off!!

Price was fair, service up to and during was good. After getting car back and drove 3 or so miles heard strange noise and was hoping the new tires weren t the issue..they were not..the mechanic failed to tighten and torque the lug nuts on all four wheels!! Luckily, I discovered this before giving the car back to my 17-year-old daughter to drive.I went to the location and inform the manager on duty of the issue, he seemed generally surprised, but at the same time, not really overly concerned, which is a bit disheartening.I will not be returning this Firestone or likely any other one based on my experience here.
