I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the service at CARSTAR Langhorne, especially after dealing with an ongoing issue for over 10 months now. My vehicle was taken in for a simple seat replacement, a process that has inexplicably dragged on due to the part being on back order. Despite the insurance company paying $3,800 for the repairs promptly, the job remains incomplete, and my attempts to resolve the situation have been met with nothing but evasion and disregard.Communication has been a significant issue, with managers Chris and Mike avoiding my calls and those from my insurance company. It s shocking to experience such a lack of professionalism and basic customer service. This ordeal has not only prevented me from selling my vehicle but has also left me questioning the integrity and operational standards of CARSTAR Langhorne.I have reached out to the general manager, Michael, and cc ed the parts and service director, along with other associates, demanding a refund and expressing my extreme dissatisfaction. Yet, the response has been underwhelming, further demonstrating a lack of accountability from the team.To anyone considering CARSTAR Langhorne for their vehicle repair needs, please reconsider. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic respect for customers is appalling. I expected much more from a reputed service center and am left regretting my decision to entrust them with my vehicle.Repair Order #35675

I had my car sent here for repairs after an accident I was in on the PA turnpike. The accident occurred on 12/21/23. I selected Fred Beans through my insurance because they had a lot of decent reviews and were close by. As soon as they received my car I was informed via text and email almost daily on the status. It was good to know how things were going instead of wondering and constantly having to call for updates. At first, the estimated finish date was 1/23/24. I understood this due to holiday delays, ordering parts, labor, etc. on 1/12/24 I received a text saying my vehicle was complete and ready for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised and anxious to get my car back.The damage was to the rear bumper and everything looks brand new. I'm very happy with the repairs done and to have my car back in a timely fashion.Everyone I spoke with on the phone and in the office at pick up was friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend them for any repairs needed!

Dropped off on 1/8/2024 for PDR and roof repair and paint. When was the car done 2/14/2024. As soon as I saw the car in the parking lot the shark fin antenna was so off it was facing the right side of the car. I understand not noticing little things but this was seen before we walked inside. How was that not noticed by employees? I'm a service manager and if a vehicle was ready for pick up and this was what the customer saw first they would ask me if all the parts were put in engine or transmission correct. I've also never seen a vehicle leave after having body work not washed. Did notice a scratch near the left rear door/rear quarter panel that wasn't there as well as what looks like rust spots on my hood. Like metal shavings landed and got wet and left a stain. I know what nicks and issues I have I drive my car daily. I park in a private driveway at home, a private spot at work and almost never near other cars in a parking lot. I'm in a very large car club and attend tons of shows, I detail my car all the time and know neither the scratch or rust spots were there when dropped off.

Staff was very curious and was so easy to manage my claim. My car was repaired in a timely fashion and completed right. I have nothing but an excellent review and would highly recommend this body shop.

This is how my car was returned to me yesterday after a terrible experience getting a manufacturer paint defect fixed on my car with Fred Beans and Carstar. My car is not brand new, nor was it spotless. But my car was cleaned and vacuumed the day before I dropped it off. There was debris, paint chips, white dust, dirty boot prints, greasy hand prints and rubber gasket parts left all over the interior of my car upon pickup. I was unable to address the issue immediately as I had to get to work yesterday morning. The lack of professionalism all around and the condition my interior was left in is inexcusable.Service: Painting

My brand new car was in an accident in October. Fortunately, it was driveable, because it needed A LOT of parts for the repair. Because my car was new, my insurance company agreed to pay for all OEM parts. It took a while for them all to arrive. They finally completed the repairs in a week's time once the parts were in. Carstar returned my car to me in perfect, spic and span condition. Mike was excellent in maintaining regular communications with me as to the progress of my car's repairs. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this shop!

CARSTAR Fred beans in Langhorne is phenomenal. I never been happier with a place. They helped me the minute I brought my car in to the minute I picked up my car. My repair was fairly quick. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I m grateful I chose your location. Extremely happy with the repairs on my car as well. You guys are awesome!

Fred beans carstar did an amazing job repairing my 2023 Kia Sportage after and accident. They were fast as could be given part shortage. Another collision place I went to in the past couldn t even give and estimate for 3 weeks. I went here and they had it back to me in perfect condition before the other place estimate appointment. I will certainly be returning my business here should I need collision work in the future, hopefully not!

Came here on the recommendation of my uncle after my parked car got sideswiped pretty badly. I was contacted pretty regularly and given detailed updates and explanations of the status of repairs. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and pleasant. The quality of the work was phenomenal. It literally looked as if my car had never been damaged in the first place, both under the hood and outside of it. The employees I spoke with did recognize that repairs were taking longer than expected and explained it was due to various parts being backordered. As a result I just owed my deductible. Tax and the betterment fee for a new rim and tire waived, which was nice.

My Granddaughters car got broken into they tried stealing it they wrecked the ignition I called capstan and spoke to Mark he all a tow company for me and they came right out and towed it to there shop mark was able to get the parts that were needed and had the car completed quickly he even had the car detailed we are very pleased with the work that they did and would highly recommend there shop .

CARSTAR was helpful throught tge time they had my car. My only colplaint was I had to call to recieve any information regarding my car twards the end of the expected time of completion. My only issue but everyone there was great and willing to inform me once i did get in touch with them.

We had never used this shop as we had always used one in Fairless Hills, but had recently been dissatisfied. Our insurance company guided us to this shop as may others were "booked out for months". We were reluctant, but decided to proceed. The communication was excellent and a realistic expectation of when the repairs would be completed was given. The car was done right, and the ability to pick up the car and drop off the rental was so convenient. I would highly recommend this shop!

The service was great. My car was damaged by hail and this place was recommended by my friend. They fixed everything, my car looks exactly like before the damage, they even washed and vacuumed my car.So you think why would I leave a 3 star review? The customer service was terrible.1)First of all, I got the impression that the their estimator (carstar, not my insurance company) suggested that I am lying regarding 1 part of the damage even tho, it was approved by my insurance, he said that he "NEVER had a damage like this" before from the hail.2)They kept changing pick up date, I was told it is going to be ready on X day, of course no one called me to say it won't be ready.I had to call myself and ask if my car will be ready that day as they were closing in like 1 hour, they said that it's not ready but it will be around lunchtime next day. Next day at lunchtime time I got the call that they are HOPING to have my car done by the end of the day, HOPING.3) when I finally came to pickup my car, no one was in there in front office. I could hear some people in the back chatting so I loudly said "hello", I have heard one of them saying like "(Name of the person), the girl is here" and guess what! no one came! I was waiting at least 5 minutes for someone to come from the back and gave my keys.Repair itself was great, so 5 star for mechanics team, 1 star for their customer representatives.

I used this location for paint and body damage after storm damage. Quality of service performed was excellent, but what I really liked was the communication. They communicated FIRST every single time and that is something that goes a long away with me. I ll never use anyone else, top notch service and I highly recommend them. I was rear ended in my Challenger and thought Damn. I have used caster before and had such an amazing experience I wouldn t have considered anyone else. And Again I have had an excellent/TopNoch experience and damn the car is like 7 years old and it looks brand new again. Carstar and my guy Mark G coordinateed the who process. He is a true professional. Thanks to all the staff and crew that made it brand new again. I highly recommend their service especially for their quality, service, the communication was unbelievable. Carstar did a phenomenal job repairing my door and anything else that was damaged. When l picked up my car after only a week of having it I thought I was getting a whole new car. It was beautiful..I almost swear the tires are new along with the rims. Clean inside and out.Thank you to all the people at Carstar. And Shelley at the front desk, always kept me up to date as to what was being done and what they are finishing up on my car. Thank you so much. And they guarantee their work for life to top it off. I recommend this place to everyone needing damages fixed on their vehicles.

My appointment was scheduled for Monday, March 27. I dropped my vehicle off Friday, March 24, because I was going on vacation. My customer service agent Johnny Chen didn t have my vehicle go to the paint shop for my scheduled appointment. He blamed me that I didn t have an appointment and then put the blame on the paint shop. Johnny has terrible customer service skills. The only reason I found out my vehicle was sitting at the dealership for a week was that the paint shop called me to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Heather who was wonderful. My vehicle was at the dealership until April 12. I had to call 5 times to see if my vehicle was ready. I asked if I could be compensated by getting an oil change or some other service. I was told by the manager that the only thing they could do was deliver my car to my house. This experience was terrible and I never experienced this at other dealerships (Ford, Honda, Chevy) this experience with the paint chipping on my new car makes me not want to purchase another Hyundai vehicle. I will not recommend this dealership to friends or family. Very unhappy customer- I didn t have my vehicle for 3 weeks 2 weeks longer than what I was originally told. I loved the service they kept me updated . Everyone was so nice . My car was done in 15 days. They restored my car even looks better . Due to they detailed before I picked my car up. Highly recommend!!!
