Highly recommend this body shop! I had my Tesla S body work done after an accident and the work quality, pricing and the customer service is second to none! Much better experience than with recent Tesla owned body shop. I worked with Emily and she was extremely helpful and can t recommend her highly enough! Will go there for all my future car needs.

I am beyond happy with my truck. It turned out great! Starting with the office staff, especially Madison and Maddie, who were professional, friendly, thorough and communicated great, the experience was awesome. The work was done in a timely manner, and the truck looks like new. Everyone I met seemed to take pride in their work. After meeting the general manager, I could tell why. Kudos Mr. Bright.

They did an awesome job working with me and ensuring my car was handed back to be in the same or better condition than pre-accident. From the estimator, to customer service, to body and paint, and finally, detailing, the car came out amazing! Thank you Burns!

I am actually way more than just satisfied. I went to 2 places to get estimates for the repairs I needed on my Tesla. I first met Mark who gave me the initial estimate and was so pleasant to deal with. When I finally got around to dropping off my car, Maddie (hope I spelled that correctly) took care of me going forward. She always kept me aware of what was going on at least once a week while they had my car to update me on progress. Also I experienced some communication issues with my rental car and the insurance company. Maddie took care of it all! She is such an asset to Burns!!! I certainly hope I don't need to in the future, but if I ever need repairs again, I would not go anywhere else. Great service and great workmanship!Barbara Berman

I apologize in advance if this is long. I had some paint delaminating on my Tesla which was out of the basic warranty. I got an estimate from a local shop for repair and they gave a high estimate after initially providing a low estimate. I decided to go to Burns Collision and spoke with Mandy. After seeing pictures of the damage she said it was paint delaminating caused by manufacturer workmanship. She confirmed this with her supervisor and proceeded to contact Tesla for coverage under their limited lifetime warranty. Tesla had already denied me but Mandy would not accept that as an answer. She kept elevating the cause until a general manager agreed with her. Tesla is covering the entire repair and giving me a loaner because of the efforts from Mandy and Burns Collision. She did not have to extend this much effort but doing so saves me over $2500 and I couldn t be happier. I highly recommend this shop not only for their work but their customer service.

I highly recommend using this shop!The staff is the best. Madison, for a young girl is truly an asset to this business. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with both on the phone and in person. I had such an amazing experience at Burns. The woman at the desk was phenomenal! She answered all my questions, helped me with a rental, and kept me updated on the progress. My car was returned in excellent condition and I will be happy to recommend Burns to any person. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I am 100% satisfied.

Had to take my car in after hitting a deer. It looks better than even before I hit the deer. Amazing job! Maddison and Ron were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will definitely come back If j ever have any other issues with my car.
