I might just be easily impressed because I don t usually visit these drive-through service stations, but I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received this morning. The specialists were all incredibly friendly and very efficient at their jobs as well as working together very very well to provide service to all of the customers that were currently present. I didn t wait long at all incredibly last time than I expected to wait and the service itself was incredibly fast. And all lower than the price I expected to pay. I will definitely be back for sure.

They are fantastic and quick, very efficient and friendly. They were super polite and, since I'd been there before, I was in the system, so they already knew what my car wanted. Very professional and they answered all of my questions. 10/10, would return a 4th time.

I love it here because the workers are so kind and have a great sense of humor. The little things matter to me, and I appreciate being greeted and talked to while I sit in my car for an oil change. I tell everyone at my work they should stop here on their way home for quick service! I didn t know you could have a good customer service experience when getting your oil changed . But these guys called me boss man and Mr. Daniel the entire time. I didn t know I could feel good about myself after getting my oil changed but I did. The showed me and explained to me what they were doing and gave me the recommendations cause I know nothing about cars. I m for sure getting my oil done here again, thanks guys! The crew of 6/27 at 1:40pm in bay one need a raise, thanks guys!

I was told my serpentine belt was in really poor condition and needed replaced immediately. I made an appointment at my local garage a few days later who took it out and examined it and said it was perfectly fine. I feel pressured to fix things every time I come here. This is the second time I was told my serpentine belt needed replaced and the second time I had my other garage evaluate it. I think women who do not know a lot about cars should exercise caution here so you do not do extra services you do not need.

Employees were nice but took advantage of the fact that I was a woman and charged me $140 for an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous, I ve never paid so much for an oil change in my life. The one employee said my air filter would be $15 and it ended up being $40! And he took 10% off to fix his mistake.If you re a woman don t ever go here, they ll screw you over. I got my oil changed on 5/8 - it is now 5/17 and I am out of washer fluid - which on my invoice states that they topped off. I have only used my wiper fluid maybe twice since then. My husband put it in and it took a full container and then some. You want a premium price then you better provide a premium service and at the very least be honest about your work.Service: Oil change

I have been going to this location for several years. A lot of the same employees still work here and the customer service is second to none. They are honest and informative about what services you may need but are not pushy.

They rushed me out once the oil change was done and didn't adequately secure my service panel. Half came detached a day later.It would have snagged and snapped off if I tried to drive it back, so I bought a jack, jack stands, wheel chocks to fix it myself. Not a small expense, and legitimate danger for an amateur.I wouldn't recommend.

The best oil change experience I have had. It was fast and efficient. Remy s team worked amazing well together and their communication was A+. They are also all very personable and easy to chat with. You don t feel pressured to purchase anything extra, if you say no to something it s totally fine with them. They checked everything out and let you know if it s all good or maybe needs a fix. This is now the only place I will go for an oil change.Service: Oil change

It is difficult to find honest people to provide services these days without them lying to make money off of you, BUT I was impressed with the honesty at this location from Jahid, his coworker and Avery. I recently bought a car and, rushing through my day, I took it here for an oil change for Jahid to honestly tell me and show me my oil is still good AND my air filter does not need replaced! I was so impressed I went to my bank and took some money out to give them for their integrity.They don't run off of commission here so the temptation nor the pressure to con people is not here like most of the other quick oil change places. I have come to this specific location multiple times with different vehicles I have owned for years and never had any problems. I am thankful for this business having workers that have character. Keep up the good work and pay these guys well.

One of the best customer service experiences I ever had and they even had to turn me away because they didn t have the filter or oil for my newer Sorento. But, they called around to get me in at a different location after I brought my own filter. Very genuinely kind and happy people working there and willing to help!

My wife and I only have the one vehicle at the moment so when I need to do an oil change, I have to drop it off, get a ride, take a day off work. I got a Groupon for this place. They did synthentic oil change, and offered to change the engine filter and windshield wipers for a few more bucks. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I had a nice conversation with Amanda who ran the computer for me, and she was incredibly personable and 100% enveloped great customer service. Staff was friendly and professional and did a fantastic job. Pretty much you can do yourself a favor and come here for now on for simple car work. No need to take a whole day off for minor things. I'll be seeing them again for the next oil change.Service: Oil change

This place is great. Fast, efficient, courteous service with . Wait for it . Only honest, necessary recommendations. Rent , the Service Manager was superb. A little dirt on the air filter . Normally a sure opportunity for a sales job . You re just fine for now sir was the recommendation. Love it!! I ll be back!!!

I think this is the one with the female manager...I didn't catch her name, but she was awesome and her whole crew was awesome!! Just popped in there for the first time today and was blown away by the service and professionalism of the mechanic! I can't believe I've been making appointments elsewhere all this time. Highly recommend this location to everyone!

I've been here multiple times and haven't had what I would call a bad experience. They're always very professional and don't push extra services after offering. This most recent time I did notice my car riding a little more roughly than usual on the road and upon verifying all the work and checks myself, they'd put 9 lbs more air in my tires than necessary. I appreciate the extra services, but please note the individual needs of the car. That kind of overinflation could be very dangerous.

Valvoline lost my business today but not until after fleecing me for a $125.00 oil change.The only reason I went (and have gone in the past without problems) is the full synthetic oil change Groupon for $70. Pull in, get oil change, and I'm presented with a $125 bill and reasoning that they cannot honor the Groupon because they used European Full Synthetic... how about that, it says in the fine print there will additional charges for premium products.Although this has never been an issue before, it is now. OK, whatever, give me an upcharge. No, they flat out refuse to honor it OR they will knock off $30 and accept the $70 Groupon.I don't appreciate getting fleeced by a local franchise I was throwing business towards. Thanks.EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: I understand that. Look at it from this perspective - I essentially purchased $70 worth of Valvoline credit from Groupon. It's a problem that your people were unable to remove that amount from the final bill instead of giving me the option to remove $30 or pay full price.In addition, consider training your staff to first make the customer aware that your system upcharges oil based on the car model. You are handcuffing customers by not making customers aware of this until you've performed the oil change. Had your people told me the cost of the oil change and had the opportunity to share that I planned on using a Groupon, upon hearing that the Groupon would not be accepted, I would have left and contacted Groupon for a refund. Instead, I was stuck paying premium price for an oil change that I was not made aware of OR agreed to. In my eyes, this is a questionable business practice that should be shared with the BBB.Service: Oil change

I have never been treated so well by mechanics in my life. As a 23 year old female most look at me and try to get the best price they can and try to convince me I need more done than I do for my car. However I didn t have to deal with that here!! I grew up fixing cars and know my basics and then some.I was greeted by a lovely group of people who not once gave me a side eyed look or tried to smooth talk me into anything. They were fast, kind, and knew what they were doing. I m never going anywhere else. Prices are less than most shops that I called around too! So awesome.

Great service every time. It s refreshing to see two women working there! I had one if them and she was fantastic! She gave me a few pointers about preventative maintenance. Will definitely come here again and now my daughter will also be taking her vehicle here too.

Quick and easy. I had never been there, so I didn't realize that you stay in your vehicle the entire time.I pulled into parking lot and opened my door to go in, but one of the guys waved me back and told me to pull in.Once in, I again opened my door and he said I stay in the whole time, just roll down the window. They checked lights, signals and then told me to cut engine and pop the hood.While one guy was checking all the fluids, the other was getting my information and helping me decide on a type of oil.Not long after that, we were done and I pulled away. Oil change while you wait...no sitting in some dirty waiting room with an old TV while someone else gets in your vehicle.Loved it. Five stars.

I love going to this location. The people working there are always in a good mood. They get you in and out as efficient as possible and are happy to do it. I have never had a bad experience here.Always look online for a coupon. I never pay full price.

Supposedly open until 6:00. Don't go there after 5:30. They're closed. Happened to me twice. Don't advertise being open until 6:00 if you're not serving customers that late.

Employees are always super polite, helpful and get me in and out in no time!! Never pressure sell 'extras', just share recommendations and let you decide. Sometimes the line is busy but once in, you're treated so well, it is worth the wait! I appreciate this location and try to be a regular!
