Urban Werks is THE SPOT in Lancaster. I ve brought 2 of my vehicles to them for tint and both were completed to perfection. The staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting area is super clean, comfortable, and they have quality complimentary coffee and refreshments for the customers who wait. And the service is always efficient. Not to mention, always a treat to see the beautiful Porsches they house in the lobby. I ll continue to be a repeat customer for sure. Thanks again Neil, Steve, and the whole Urban Werks team.

I wanted to get tint on my 2 front windows but was nervous to call because I was really unsure what to even ask for and they were so kind. They walked me through all the options and explained the process! Drop off and pickup was so easy and I love the finished product!

Urban Werks has been a life saver when it comes to window tint, PPF and paint correction. Their work is impeccable and the team is just an absolute pleasure to work with. There is nowhere else I would trust to work on my cars.

What an amazing job they did for me!! I unfortunately got into wet line paint with my 2022 4Runner. What a mess! Neil and his crew did such a great job in getting it all cleaned off! If you ve ever tried to clean any off yourself you ll know how tough of a job it is. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

Took my B9 sq5 in the other day for a front window tint match and couldn t be happier with the service. My buddy who s had work done by Urban in the past spoke very highly of them so I figured I d give them a shot . man was a blown away. The staff was super friendly and any questions I had they were able to answer or at least steer me in the right direction. If you are a car enthusiast and want the best protection/care your can get for your vehicle Urban Werks the place to go! Overall my experience was a 10/10 and I will be taking all my future businesses to them.

Took my car in for a wash after a weekend at Watkins Glen International. It was covered in brake dust and rubber. You d never know! These guys are amazing.I ve had 3 cars detailed, coated, tinted and filmed here over the past 5 years. Would never go anywhere else.They also host a bangin cars and coffee each month. Porsches, Ferraris, Lambo s, Lotus, BMWs American muscle, custom liveries you never know what s gonna show up.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Paint protection, Window tinting, Auto interior vacuuming, Vehicle window tinting

This is the place you wanna deal with for sure. Neil and his team have this trade down. They re as transparent and informative as it comes, with pricing, services being performed, pictures of the car throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough good about Urban Werks. Got a 2 step paint correction and ceramic coating done along with a protective film along the bottom of doors and rocker panels on a '17 F-150... Urban Werks did a superb job with every step, truck looks better then new! I highly recommend Urban Werks!****Update****After 2yrs the coating is still in great condition! These guys and gals are top notch, highly recommend the Urban Werks, they're system reminds me via text every yr that my truck is due it's annual ceramic wash, which I always have done. They're support for my truck, the work they did and continued professionallism will keep me and other folks going back for many yrs to come.

Literally the best shop in Lancaster, by far. Had my Camaro in for a 1 step correction, paintless dent repair, and 1 year ceramic wax protection. Also stored the car there for about 2 months. All services were top notch. Communication was excellent thanks to Abi at the front desk. Got a tour of the car by the tech who performed the work to ensure all questions were answered and everything met my expectations. The Camaro has never looked better. I plan on using Urban Werks to maintain all of my family's vehicles in the future.

I had paint protection, ceramic coating and tinting work done on my new Mini Cooper. Urban Werks is unequivocally the best at what they do. You get what you paid for and more. They made my new paint coat look even better. Their professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. It s always a pleasure to work with them as they always treat you as a valued client. Obviously I highly recommend them.

I bought a brand new car and decided to bring this to urban werks for PPF on the full front bumper, full hood, A pillars and roof strip. I mentioned in my initial text it may need a light paint correction as well. Dropped off on a Tuesday night and picked up on Friday afternoon. All seemed well at first and I started to notice a few issues after further inspection. There was a nic in the PPF on the front bumper and I had a deep nic on my passenger side door almost to the metal. I decided to let this go initially thinking ok it possibly could have happened somewhere else. I then took it back to get the rest of my car paint corrected because it was not done initially. Once I picked this up and drove a few miles home I noticed the sides of the vehicle were covered in tire shine splatter because of it being overloaded. Upon further inspection I took notice of a new dent on the passenger side. I had to pay a PDR tech to go over my car to repair the dent and he also found an additional dent in the hood where PPF was installed. I had some communication with urban werks about this and they did agree to fix the PPF on the bumper and I understand that the dents could be subjective as to if it happened there or not but frankly the car had 600 miles on it and it only sits in two places that aren t public. I have spent more time running around fixing dents and dings on a brand new car and frankly I am scared to take it back there. The vibe I got is that since I am not driving a high end luxury car that it doesn t matter as much. Not quite sure what is going on there but I just want other people to be aware of this.In response to urban werks reaching out to me. I never received one phone call or text about pre inspection photos. I received one text message saying everything was coming along nicely. It wasn t until I brought any of this to their attention after the fact that I got some sort of response. I would like to see the photos personally.

Had my 1979 lincoln paint corrected with there "werks" package and I am beyond happy with the work performed. The car had heavy clear coat oxidation and I never expected to to look as good as it does now. The staff was very professional and you could tell they really care about what they do. They were very helpful with the questions i had about aftercare and will definitely be back soon with my other car.Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Paint protection

The Urban Werks team is top notch. They were able to repair the paint on my brand new black vehicle and then protect it with full body PPF. It's been a year and it still looks better than it did when it rolled off the showroom floor.Between the great work on the car and the Gyeon products they recommended, maintenance has been a breeze. I absolutely recommend! I had windows tinted and ppf on a Tesla model Y. Great service from beginning to end and very helpful! I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great work and done flawlessly. Rear tint looks factory finish, no cut out around the 3rd brake light. Clean look all around, with quality ceramic tint. Highly recommend!Service: Window tintingService: Window tinting

Spoke with Neil and had both my and my wife's cars washed, clayed, polished and sealed. The package also included complete interior and engine bay cleaning. I was impressed with the outcome of both cars and will be using them again for follow up services.Urban Werks is a genuine high-end detail shop that takes their time and uses quality products. For those not familiar with what professional detailing services truly offer and cost, this group is on another level compared to coin-operated or drive-through washes.

When it for a simple wash + wax on my Crosstrek to test out the place and was very impressed with the results. Will be definitely coming back with my STI and getting a more advanced detailing package.Both the people I talked to on the phone where really nice and patient.
