Tommy was very straight forward, did a nice job on my car (which had to be towed in), and for a very fair price. Also very responsive answering all my calls as all of my interactions were over the phone until I picked up my car. I love going to Tommys. Tommy and his brother are great mechanic. My family's been going to him for years. He's fast, he's honest, he maybe a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for....

Tommy and his brother do excellent work. On top of that, Tommy is honest, friendly, and always finds a way to get things working right. He is very budget conscious and has repeatedly saved me money over the past 14 years I have been going here. I have known Tommy for more than 10 years now. He has worked on all my 4 cars so far. He is very honest and upfront person. Does not hide anything but also tries his best to save you money. His workmanship is very good and trustworthy. Highly recommended

I've been going here for a few years. Tommy always gives me a fair price, calls around for the best prices on the parts I need, and does a great job. I've never had to take my car back immediately after he's fixed something. He also explains everything that needs to be done to my car in precise detail, whether I care to know about it or not.

I picked up my car a week after it had been in the shop with more problems than I brought it in with. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday evening to get a diagnostic done. He calls me Thursday to tell me my control arm is broken and that the part would be in that Friday or Monday. I call Monday since I haven t heard anything and he tells me the part hasn t come in yet. He also lets me know that the check engine light came on while it was there for the o2 sensor. I wait around until Wednesday when I call in again since I haven t heard anything. He tells me he replaced my o2 sensor without me telling him to do so and it didn t fix the check engine light. I also picked up my vehicle with a low tire pressure light. Will not be going back there.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

I called in to see what their availability was to make an appointment to get my car fixed. I explained clearly what my issue was with my vehicle. Next thing you know, the person on the other end hung up on me, I'm assuming because of the language barrier but why would you hang up with a potential client??

Tommy always shows me the part that was broken if I ask and he is very fair with his prices. One of the only mechanics I trust. He's been working on my cars for over 6 years now.

Been here a few times. Had my exhaust quoted from Monro for ~300. Tommy's looked at it and said ~100 so I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. everything looked perfect and sounded like new. Total cost came out to $97. He also checked my fluids and alerted me to some issues with my oil being low. He was very polite and explained everything in detail in a way anyone could understand.

Brought my car there a few days ago to get checked out. I didn t hear a response so I called them and they said they could not fix it and didn t know where to start and said to take it somewhere else.
