Went there today for 2 back tires and for some reason they decided to start checking for other things, so with that being said they came out and said that I need a new battery and tire rods. My battery is at a 12.68 with voltage batteries are good if they are at a 12 or higher plus my vehicle was just inspected a week and a half ago at a different place and it passed with everything. I only went to tire plus for tires cause I was told at inspection my back tires were un the yellow so I figured let's just get them done. But I guess since I'm a female they would try to take advantage of me . Then again I did pay $512 for 2 back tires

I went in today to drop off a loose wheel for a flat repair. The service writer asked if I had an appointment to which I said "No but wanted to drop this tire off for repair."Tire was repaired but I was charged for a rebalance even though the tire was not rebalanced. I am also sitting in my driveway right now cleaning the remnants of the dunk tank soap water off of the wheel. I was less thatn pleased and will not be returning. Plenty of other tire shops in the area.

Excellent customer service. The store manager Jairo was very kind and patient. I had a nail in my tire and he showed it to me and gave me time to make some calls and figure out what I wanted to do since they didn t have my tires in stock. Really good experience here and wanted to leave feedback as I appreciated the level of service provided.

Went to Meineke for just an oil change they suggested a state inspection too so I said sure. Get a call that my car needs $1800 work to pass inspection. Twenty minutes later I left Meineke paid their failed inspection fee of $56 and went to tires plus where two very skilled mechanics put my car on a lift for the exact same issue Meineke failed me for that Tires Plus passes after thoroughly inspecting the issue on their lift and said ma am that part is good for at least another two years and popped a sticker on my car that night!. Left a very honest review for Meineke. I had one question for Meineke which is why did they fail my vehicle when Tires Plus passed it 20 min later? Dan at Meinekes reply was luck to slandering Tires Plus mechanics calling their mechanics idiots. That s when I decided Dan obviously shouldn t be the one speaking to customers and just hung up. Dan must have been so out of control he tried returning calls to my phone that I did not answer. I no longer wanted to speak with any of them with such an attitude. They show pictures rather than the car itself at Meineke where Tires Plus goes beyond just photos! Tires Plus is a garage who speaks with respect to their clients even when we re confused Tires Plus refused to slander Meineke unlike Meineke did to them. Do yourself a favor stay clear of Meineke. I highly recommend the $50 lower rate per hour garage which is Tires Plus to do your work. What Meineke would have charged $1800 ($197 hr labor rate) for Tires Plus quote was over $1000 cheaper.! AAAAA for Tires Plus! I think the BBB should hear this story. Very pleased with the service from Tires Plus! Hope this helps.

Frank and Jairo along with the most wonderfully professional staff took care of me and my 2007 four wheeled baby expertly.The customer service at this location keeps me coming back. I live an hour away from the store.

no customer service, called to check on progress twice, First call on hold for 6 minutes, second call put on hold for 19 minutes. Short borderline rude response during my short call. No customer notifications that my car's service was completed.Totally unacceptable

This place is the worst unorganized and customer service sucks .My husband setup an appointment for an oil change and rotation of tires we dropped the car off at 9:00 a.m. and we didn't get our car until 1:00 p.m. and when we showed up my vehicle still was not done when we finally got our car and drove it home his car started smoking when my husband checked it he noticed that they had spilled oil all over the motor and this is why it was his car was smoking.I don't recommend this place to anybody.

Issues with service requestsWent in for a pretty hefty fix. Over $4K spent. Tire still has a leak due to not changing the stems I was charged for. Oil change needed never done, although I was verbally told several times it was part of the work order via in person and on the phone prior to work even starting. Refused to inspect car for state inspection/emissions and tried to upsell me on more fixes to pass, but it passed with flying colors at another local shop. Great customer service from Joe is the only good thing I have to say.Bottom Line:�No, I would not recommend this to a friend. Prices comparable to any other shop in the area.

Terrific and helpful team members!! Showed up with a massive nail in rear, driver-side tire. Too fearful to drive back to Harrisburg with this nail sticking out of the tire, I stopped by to see if someone can lend a hand. Front desk guy and a mechanic graciously stepped away from their work to inspect and remove the nail. Surprisingly and luckily, the tire was undamaged after the nail was removed, but these guys did a superb job in customer service!

I highly recommend this place. I went there numerous times for tires and once for tie rods. They have done well and can always do the work when you need it but they do seem to have a rather high rate of employee turnover.

Bought 2 interstate batteries here and had my old ones tested. Got me squared away. Batteries cost about 50 bucks more then interstates suggested retail price. But a good place to go if your in a pinch.

They tried to charge me $700 to replace my alternator without even testing the alternator. They only tested the battery. Another place said they d replace it for $470 (w tax), but wanted to make sure it actually needed replaced. When I took it to the other place, they actually tested both those & the charger. Turns out the alternator is perfectly fine. The battery is just old & needs replaced soon. All the testing & battery only comes out to $200. Tires Plus tried to rip me off. Not sure if it was because I m a young woman & they thought I d be too stupid to check elsewhere or what. Don t come here & don t trust their prices or testing.

Overpriced and not to good with customer service!!! $1600 for a staggered set for our camaro and they won t honor the 2nd free oil change they promised. She said there was an exp. date on a voucher that we never received. Never using them again!!!!!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Our experience has been that the service is done quickly and efficiently. We like the coupon discounts and being able to schedule appointments online. Two weeks ago, I was visiting Lancaster from NY for my nephew's wedding when my car started making a horrific noise. I knew that it wasn't going to make it home. I was in a time crunch trying to work around the rehearsal and the wedding. I was turned away by 2 other establishments and was getting anxious. Then, at the recommendation of a groomsman and an employee at one of the other establishments, I called Charles, the manager at Tires Plus. Charles took my car in right away. He, the store associate Jeremy and technician Jeremiah (Jerry) were very understanding of my situation. They were able to diagnose and repair my car in one day so that I could drive back to NY. Everything was explained to me in a clear, concise way. The bill seemed completely fair considering everything that they had to repair. It always hurts and seems unfair to lay out money for an unexpected repair. Sometimes people get mad at the service center and the people that work there. But, I drove home with the peace of mind of knowing that my car was in the best working condition possible because of the employees at Tires Plus. You can't put a price tag on that feeling. Many thanks to Charles, Jeremy and Jerry for making this a very good experience for me. A ten star visit! I highly recommend them!

Let me start off by saying , I never had a problem here and sent my employees and customers here for year's ...pricey but work was good. I had an oil change and picked up car drove fifty something miles and noticed check engine light the next day , drove a few more miles and noticed smoke and realized the oil cap was never put on sitting on battery . Car was smoking, oil every where , called store and the guy that answered the phone was okay . I had to clean some , make sure right amount of oil was out in car to drive , change clothes and cancel part of morning as oil smell from car smoking and given the cold shoulder when entered store . Never again , I should not have been charged either . They never apologize to me just gave call when car was clean , I had a horrible smell in the car for four days . It still smells when heater is turned on. I sent an Email and never received a reply . Wouldn't it be easier just to call me . You have all my information and I gave you an account .

I enjoyed chatting with the manager during my visit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I can tell he really cares about the company, the employees, and the customers. This was my first visit (for a state inspection) and now I'm planning to go back next month for tires and alignment. Definitely earned a repeat customer.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This would have been the 4th canceled appointment at plaza Blvd Lancaster PA. This place never keeps their appointments. I have had early appointments where they would start hour's after the appointment and then call late day and say they did not finish. The appointment was only for an inspection (started around noon called 630).A whole day for an inspection on a vehicle that needed no work. Today's excuse was first tech called off so it will take a little longer. I was ok with that but 15 min.later I was told the tires weren't there yet. The appointment was made the previous week. I decided I will use another tire shop from now on.Service: Tires

Waited over 2hrs. Only to find out they didn't have advertised tire in stock!!! Save yourself time and definitely ask upfront regarding availability and Pricing.
