Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Customer service was great when I bought the car 6 months ago. Since then, I've had electrical issues (backup camera works whenever it wants sometimes get an upside down image, Bluetooth connects here and there, hazards rarely work, car is stuck on safety feature that restricts speed and volume because no administrator key was given at time of purchase). Informed the dealership of these issues along with the fact that whenever I drive in the slightest bit of rain it feels like I'm driving on black ice. When I mentioned this to them they said "well it's a ford". They said thru test drove it and thrre werent any issues with it sliding or pulling, when i asked "so you didnt feel any pulling at all?" they said well yeah it could be an alignment but did nothing to fix it. Instead they charged me to fix the wiper and for an oil change. Not to mention that one of the wiper blades broke clean off mid drive in the rain and the seal around the windshield on the passenger side is coming off. One of the employees went on to tell me that they get all of their inventory from the Philly auto auction and pretty them up to sell them. I made it very clear that I wanted a safe car for my daughter to drive especially in the winter and now I'm stuck with a payment for a car that feels like a death trap.

I needed a newer/safer car for my daughter. Carlos was amazing! He explained everything to us and made the buying process so easy. I would highly recommend Royce automotive and will be back for any future purchases.

I test drove a car at this dealer, and Remon and his team were very professional and answered any questions I had about the car. There was no stereotypical used car salesmanship techniques. I highly recommend this dealership, top notch!

I bought my car from here just over a year ago and could not be anymore satisfied. Someone hit my car (hit and run) I took it here to the mechanic and he did his best to help me get my car back to the way it was with reasonable prices. I also just had my inspection done and he also helped with that! Very reasonable prices and they go above and beyond to help make sure your vehicle is safe. I will forever bring my car here to be serviced.#happycustomer

Friendly staff, fair pricing. Everything laid on the table and up front . Usually I tend to keep to private party sales when purchasing a used vehicle to avoid basically everything that goes along with the sales process . These guys were great and easy to work with and zero pressure . Got a good deal on a great car and even came with a pretty noteworthy warranty. Go see Remon or Denny for a hassle free buying experience

It was my second car buying experience and completely opposite from what I expected. Extremely stress free conversation, to the point and gave us a very fair value on the used car we bought as well as our trade in value. No hidden fees and extra charges. We were out the door with our purchased car in one hour. Highly recommend this to people who appreciate no price haggling car buying experience.

My son's girlfriend bought a dodge dart from this dealership about 2 months ago.They've had nothing but problems.Turbo is going out, clutch isn't right, gas door fell off, and when they went to drive it on Thursday the shifter linkage broke.The warranty that was on the car didn't cover anything. They had to pay $450.00 at the dodge dealership, the dealership told them the warranty didn't cover anything.I don't know if they've reached out to Royce, but it would be nice if the dealership would reach out to them.Times are tough for everyone, and now they have a car payment for a car they can't drive.I hope you can make this right.

Horrible experience. Stay away from this place!!! You are better off finding a used car from another dealer. Owner won t return phone calls or emails.. car didn t even last 8 months / 3,500 miles from time we bought itUpdate: Let me refresh your memory. You said you would consider my offer to cover the fact your vehicle didn t last longer than 8 months or 3,000 miles.. I called and no one would ever answer during your business hours.. I tried emailing you and never got a response.. you know you ghosted me .. I m not wasting my time to drive to your physical location when you refuse to speak to me. did you ever take it upon yourself to get back in touch with me . That would be a a simple no.. horrible business everyone should stay away from this place. Too many other places to buy a car from these days . If I could give a zero I would

My review is long overdue. After an exhaustive search for a commuter car and 2 trips to this dealer specifically we finally found my new to me car! The team at Royce was great! Dennis was very helpful and never pressured us to buy. We decided to buy here when we were looking on their lot, asked about a car in the back area and we were told that car didn t pass their inspection and was going back to auction. From that point we could tell they cared about the quality of car they were selling. Plus they have a mechanic on staff. We bought a civic with a 30 day warranty (free with purchase) and have not been disappointed. Thank you again to the Royce team and Dennis, your patience, honesty and help was greatly appreciated!!!

I just bought a Honda Fit here from Dennis and had a great buying experience. He made the purchasing process very easy and seems much more genuine than some car salesmen. I'll update this post in 6 months with more detail on how my cars been holding up. Thanks, Royce!Adding an update after owning the car for around 1 month. The Honda Fit has been working very well and I'm planning on doing a road trip with the car and have no concerns about the reliability of it.I will mention here that Royce Automotive is very intentional about asking their customers to leave online feedback like this when they purchase the car.The reason for removing one star from this review is that I left a review on Google Maps before leaving the car lot, but they didn't see it show up right away and called me a few minutes later to encourage me to post my review. The perceived "pushiness" for feedback combined with the fact that the car lot had only recently started doing business left me concerned that they were pressuring customers to leave reviews when they bought the car and if there were problems with the cars, they weren't showing up before the customers were pressured to leave 5 star reviews.I share all this not because I think Royce is being dishonest or doing anything wrong. I just want to provide some context on how this new car lot has so many good reviews already. Even though they strongly encourage online reviews, I do believe all these reviews are trustworthy. I love my Honda Fit, I'm glad I bought it from Royce.

Best customer service experience I ve ever had, anywhere. I wish more businesses and dealerships were like these guys. I can t say enough about how this dealership really took care of me, truly they are the BEST EVER! I had a really hard time finding a used Honda Ridgeline but they had the perfect one here. Dennis, the salesman I talked to on the phone, was one of the nicest guys I ve ever met. Very friendly, we were even chatting sports and all sorts of things not just business so I appreciate him taking the time to get to know me a little. One thing they did that made them the best is follow up! I had trouble with other dealers not caring to call me back, but the guys at Royce called me back when they said they would and I appreciate that. The price was good on the vehicle too, I felt like I was getting a good deal. Another thing I really liked was they have the carfax report available for all their vehicles for free on their website, so I could see the service history of the vehicle I was buying. I also appreciated that the vehicle I bought was serviced, prior to purchasing. I feel like they did me a huge solid by taking the vehicle off the lot to hold it for me while I got final approval from my credit union because I really wanted this vehicle. They spent a lot of time with me and it shows they care. I wasn t just another sale. I can t thank them enough, they went above and beyond. Again, best customer service experience I ve ever had, anywhere!

Great dealership. Denny was great to work with. I bought a Kia soul from them. When I got home I discovered a problem with the car. I called them the next day and they looked at it and ordered the part to fix right away. No argument or anything. Very good guys to deal with. I'll definitely go back for another car.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my car here! A lot of other places I looked at, the cars looked good online, but would either smell like smoke, or look a mess in person. All the cars I wanted to look at, at Royce's looked great online and in person. Dennis was super helpful, very laid back, no pressure at all, and answered all the questions I had. Thanks so much!!

Great experience all the way around! Dennis was kind, understanding and honest. No pushy sales and there is no pressure which allowed me to feel confident in my decision. I recently bought a car from Royce Autos. A nice selection of used cars, all in great shape and spotless clean. I needed a basic, daily car to get to work and back and Denny had the perfect one for me. Denny's been in the business a long time and I appreciated his honesty and sense of humor. Dennis is the man, as soon as I walked in he gave me the keys and said to test drive it. We chalked it up and I came back the next day and got the car. Such a smooth transaction. And the car was worth the money because he believes in selling cars for the right amount and to not fool people. My Grandfather has been wanting a newer car for a while now. When he called and told me that he stumbled upon this new car lot I was a little hesitant. I went him him the next day and met Denny. He was very upfront about everything and didn t mind that we took a super long test drive - I wanted to make sure my 90 year old grandfather was going to be purchasing a safe and sound vehicle. Denny treated my Pap and I like we were family. He was straight up with us and not the type of guy to take advantage of an old man. My Grandpa is beyond happy with his new Jeep Patriot, he gave it two thumbs up! Thanks Denny and Remon for truly exceptional service! I am for sure gonna send some business your way !!
